Jarrod is a great host. Helpful and responsive. His place is in a great location. Walkable to a number of great restaurants and even a very nice grocery store. We had a great time.

The place was great! it is centrally located to restaurants and things to do. our place was on the back of the restaurant below, so the noise was no concern. pretty sure we were above the kitchen as the smell of the cooking and food lingered. it wasn't a issue for us though. the place is old. as mentioned. so therefore you do hear a lot of outside noises as well as any other guests in other rooms as well as above you. the area was clean, no concerns with that. the mattress is a little on the firm side , but that is no worry to me. I enjoyed our stay and appreciate tims recommendations on restaurants.

Cute little apartment that was definitely worth the price! Host was quickly responsive, lots of stairs getting up to the apartment but it probably says it in the listing and I wasn’t paying attention bc it was so cute and a great price! Would recommend if you need to save some money and just want a clean place to stay!

Love it but the rules are to much

This Airbnb is a GRAB!!! This bnb is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Also located in a great area where there’s a plethora of food and shopping options at your service. The bed is extremely comfortable!!!! I was recharged every time I arose each morning. The inside of the Airbnb is extremely comfortable and CLEAN. You’ll want for nothing if you decide to lodge here for your time in Memphis. The check-in process was extremely simple and Taylor made everything comprehensible when it came to her check-out instructions as well. It’s the perfect space. BOOK IT!!!

Mario’s place was nice and welcoming. It was easy to find and he was flexible with my checkin. The private parking is a plus and there a places to eat within walking distance. This is my second time staying with him and I will for sure be back.

Great location right down the street from where we live and perfect for having friends in town. We will use this again. I do think it’s a little on the pricey side, but it was a great place. Thank you Max for everything. The guys that run this Airbnb are fantastic! It was a crazy weekend with the flooding in Memphis this weekend. We couldn’t get in the front door for a while, but that subsided, and the house held up and everything was super!

We had a great stay while visiting Memphis. Rachel was very communicative. We really appreciated the extra amenities like laundry detergent and shampoo/conditioner. We were a little nervous about the location at first, but after settling in, it felt very like at home and safe.

Sharron was a wonderful and accommodating host. We would most definitely stay here again. The house was very clean, lots of amenities and in a quiet neighborhood. Thanks so much Sharron for your prompt replies to questions and for being an awesome host!

Had a crowd and everyone was happy with the house and its location. Close to Germantown and Collierville. It was perfect for our visit with family. Close and easy access from 385 and I240. Very happy with this property. John was a great host and responded quickly to all inquiries. Great place.

Anna place was a wonderful place to stay. It was quiet neighborhood, which I felt safe in. I liked to get away from Downtown Memphis yet be close enough to the Renasant Convention Center. it was a 5–10-minute drive and a 50-minute walk for me. The house is comfortable, clean, well-stocked with dishes and cookware. I would stay there anytime.

It's always a delight to stay at Huey's - clean, great instructions, close to everything we want. She's very responsive when needed - we love staying here.

The location is in quiet neighborhood but an easy drive to downtown Memphis in under 10 minutes. The house was very clean and we appreciated the two bathrooms. Cuile clearly communicated everything ahead of time and was response time was quick. Finally, a special nod to the fact that there was a full sized La-Z-Boy type rocking chair. A rare bonus!

It was an absolute joy staying at Landon’s place, around 20 minutes from downtown! He was so accommodating - we wanted an early check-in to allow my elderly parents to take a nap after a busy morning, and Landon went out of his way to make an early check-in possible and convenient for us! When we arrived at the house, not only was the place spotless and well-equipped, but Landon had left a fresh box of donut holes to welcome us, as well as directions to local supermarkets (we had asked if there were markets nearby.). How thoughtful and reflective of Southern hospitality! The code for the house was made easy for us all to remember, the rooms had plenty of space and everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped with basics plus extras like foil, wraps, scissors, etc., which we do not always find in other places. Everything was lovely and we would highly recommend Landon’s house if you are in the Memphis area!

LOCATION! Central to everything and within walking distance to Beale Street, and the Civil Rights Museum. The place itself was perfect; just like an apartment. Response time and accuracy of description spot on!Loved that it was pet friendly and with plenty of parks near by. Overloaded on amenities and personal touches. Highly recommend.

We had such a great time in Memphis! We loved the condo. It was close to everything in Memphis. We went to Beale Street and listened to live music and ate fantastic ribs. Right behind the condo is the Lorraine Hotel and the Civil Rights Museum - so much history all around us! The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. There are tons of places to eat or get a drink. We highly recommend this condo!

The apartment was large and spacious. It had virtually everything we needed although as Europeans a kettle would have been nice. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was tastefully decorated. We heard footsteps in the upstairs apartment both mornings, and although it didn't bother us, the soundproofing wasn't great. The location is easily walkable to Beale Street and there are lovely restaurants within a stone's throw of the place. We would have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone looking for a central Memphis location.

Place was just as shown on pictures and place had all the basics. You are in a perfect area between coffee shops and dinning. The gated parking is gold! The towels and sheets could feel and smell fresher but it is nothing to write negative of. amazing place, I've stayed twice!

We will totally stay here again! Fairly close to everything. If you’re headed to the zoo, the museum, or a show, the location can’t be beat! The host is super responsive, and friendly, top notch as far as I’m concerned. Looking forward to next time! Thanks

If you want to visit Memphis and enjoy the music and history of Beale St., this is a great location. Everything there is walkable. Don't miss BB King's place (about 6 blocks) for great BBQ and wonderful live music. Sun Studios is only a 15-20 minute walk. Daniel was very communicative and helpful during the stay. We would return to Memphis and Daniel's place again.

Great place to stay! Very safe with gated parking and keyed entry. Denver’s place has everything you need. He is very responsive and will fix any problems quickly. I stayed over a month and it felt like home. Hate to leave. I will stay with him again if I’m ever in need of a place in Memphis.
