Alex place was great! Was just what we needed prior to our cruise. Was close to the port, and the pool and outside area was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

I booked this Airbnb at the last minute due to a terrible experience with a previous Airbnb. It was a breath of fresh air. The location was great. I was really pleased that it looked just like the pictures. I was so happy to have a sitting area outside in the backyard to drink my coffee. I love how all the bedrooms had nice size TVs. The kitchen was beautiful and the bedrooms were spacious. I will definitely stay there again as I was really pleased.

Our three month stay was absolutely wonderful, we hated to leave. The house is Great! Erika is Great ! Overly accommodating and was always responsive to all our needs. I can’t say enough good things about our stay, the house, and Erika. Thank you for a Great three months

Do not hesitate to book Cloudya home it’s perfect. The villa is very spacious modern and clean and the pool area is fab. On our arrival we were left snacks and drinks which was a lovely touch :) Very close to shops and eateries also location for both Miami and fort Lauderdale. Would 100% come back here! Loved our stay! - 2 families with 3 children ages 12,11 & 8..

Vischka has a beautiful family home, she was always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed. I would recommend staying at her place!

Me and my friends spent the weekend and it was such an amazing experience. The house is at perfect location, next to every famous spots, there's literally a brazilian market by the end of the street and this was very important to us! House was so clean and smelling nice, the place is very comfy for 5 people. The outside area is pretty cute and lots of space, we could parked 2 cars easily. The host is very helpful and friendly! Amazing experience!

Jessica and Saul’s place was amazing me and my family had a great time.. the house was amazing and it’s exactly as you see it in the photos. The place was spotless, clean and felt very homey. I recommend this place to anyone you won’t be disappointed.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in the appartment. It has everything you need and the location is amazing. Walking distance to beach, Ocean Drive. The parking for the rental car in the designated areas with the parking pass that Donna provided worked out very well too.

This is a great place to stay if you’re planning on doing a lot in Miami! It’s very close to the beach, downtown, the arts district, and the design district. Chloe was an amazing host. She was very responsive, and did an absolutely fantastic job! A few things you should know… The place is very small. It’s great for coming back to at night and cooking small meals, but it’s not the place you’d want to stay if you’re planning on spending the majority of your day in your AB&B. Everything supplied is bare minimum. For example, there was only two rolls of toilet paper, two towels, no additional blankets or change of sheets, etc. Just know it’s not a hotel. There are no additional amenities. A lot of reviews talk about how comfortable the bed is… it’s not. It’s your typical $99 mattress. So just be prepared if you’re planning on staying more than a couple of nights. All in all, I felt very safe, welcomed, and taken care of. It was money well spent!

Es un apartamento muy espacioso, no hay muchas opciones con esas características en Miami Beach.

This place was beautiful! The pool area was amazing and very private. Marco and his co hosts were very responsive and helpful. We needed to use the washer and dryer and he supplied laundry soap for us and also an air mattress for our last night when 2 more guests had to join us as we were leaving for a cruise early the next day. Definitely would recommend this place!

Die Wohnung von Jonathan ist großartig und so wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Die Lage ist in einer ruhigen Straße in einem schönen Wohnviertel. Alles war sauber und der Check-in einfach und unkompliziert dank der klaren Anweisungen von Jonathan. Die Restaurant-Empfehlungen waren auch toll. Danke für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Helena’s place was very clean and felt like a little home. She was very friendly on any questions we had while we were there. The area was very peaceful and that helped a lot if you have kids with you.

Hillary excelente anfitriona y el apartamento es muy cómodo, organizado y limpio. Solo recomendaría ser muchísimo más claro en el ingreso al sitio. Probablemente a la gente joven que manejamos tecnología se haga fácil el ingreso, de pronto personas mayores no lo puedan hacer tan fácil. Ejemplo : Tablero interno del acceso al apartamento.

The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

Our stay was great!! The unit was just as described, it was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful ocean view and enjoyed the amenities, specifically beach chairs, umbrella and toys for the kids. It was a quick walk to the beach and the entire unit was quiet - everyone in the building respected quiet hours. Just what we needed for a quick beach getaway for our family.

Overall highly recommend Great location Well equipped Note: the building would not let us use the pool or the spa on our last day and wasted 1 hour of time calling around on why our passes expired without solving it (pool is run by W hotel)

We recently stayed at this lovely apartment in Sunny Isles, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The clean, modern, and thoughtfully decorated space creates a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The large windows let in tons of natural light, making the apartment bright and airy. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and convenience stores, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, quickly addressing any questions I had and offering great recommendations for places to visit in the area. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer in the apartment was a major plus. The building also offered secure parking, which was a bonus in this area. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Sunny Isles. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Al’s condo is outstanding. It was even better than the pictures. The panoramic ocean view (sunrises are amazing), very nice furnishings, and convenience of being directly on the beach was just perfect for a family vacation. Condo has everything you need to feel right at home. Great area with tons of restaurant options. Finally, Al is a great communicator and genuinely wants your stay to be perfect. 10/10. We will return.
