Downtown Montreal, Ville-Marie : locations de vacances qui acceptent les fumeurs

L’appartement est très bien situé, entre le centre-ville et le vieux port, à proximité de commerces et de très bons restaurants. Le quartier est calme.

Arthur was nice and communicated well during our stay. His apartment is described accurately and it was a comfortable stay. The place was clean and tidy. We felt ok coming and going from the apartment but the 2-3 blocks right around the apartment made us a little nervous and we were careful to avoid certain streets. There is a "lockbox" described for keys but Arthur met us at check in and check out to exchange keys (there was not a lockbox option). Also, the place states that smoking is allowed, so anyone that is sensitive to smoke should take note. We didn't smoke, and there was somehow smoke in the apartment sometimes, perhaps coming in from outside (we did not tell the host - it was mild and we didn't feel the need to bring it up). Overall, Arthur is a great host and really seems to want to people to have a good stay.

This house is located in a very convenient area! We can walk to VIA Station, supermarkets, Notre-Dame Basilica, and more. The house itself is also great—clean and well-organized. In addition, the host is very kind and responsible. When we didn't know how to lock the key (apparently, it's a common style in Canada, but we weren't familiar with it), he did his best to help us. If I come back to Montreal in the future, I would love to stay here again.

I was in. Montreal for a week long conference on art. Returning to her quiet, warm and peaceful home was the perfect end to the day. I will definitely book with her again when i return to Montreal.

Quiet location near downtown, close to the metro station and the Mont Royal Park, friendly and helpful host.

Alexander's place is spotlessly clean and very tidy and uncluttered. Alexandre was helpful to get us a close by parking spot on the street. Tho we were staying in his living space, he kept to himself to give us privacy. Our stay was only one night so we didn't use the kitchen. Alexandre has a small and friendly dog - he asked before our arrival if we were ok for the dog to be around, and we were fine with it. the dog was charming and polite. was friendly and helpful.

Such a unique place. Very cool basement studio to chill and make music. Cozy and clean, Tim was great too! Will come again

We had such a wonderful stay in Montreal. Lucas and Rui were so quick to communicate any time we had a question. They were super flexible as well, as my friend arrived before we did, and was able to check in early. Also, we were able to check out late because we had an evening flight. They were so kind to accommodate these requests. The townhouse was centrally located, and we were able to walk to almost all of our destinations. They gave us a wonderful restaurant recommendation one evening, and we had such an amazing meal. There was more than enough room for three adults, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend staying their property. The furnishings were comfortable and there was a lot of natural light. 5 stars all around!

Bonnie a été une excellente hôte toujours présente pour répondre à la moindre petite question. Elle très réactive ce qui nous a beaucoup aidé. L'appartement est d'une propreté irréprochable, bien équipé et au calme. Notre vol retour était le soir et Bonnie a été très flexible quant à l'heure de notre départ. Une belle adresse à Montréal à garder soigneusement

Great place to stay in the heart of Laval!

Clean and spacious. Felt very safe and matched the description. My family enjoyed the park nearby, especially my toddler son.
