Tricia was friendly and communicative! Our Air BnB was in a great location - easy Uber ride to Broadway St. Everything was clean and comfortable! We enjoyed sitting out on the patio each morning and evening! I recommend this place! Thank you!

We had an amazing stay! This house is absolutely adorable and was stocked with all the essentials, making it feel so welcoming and comfortable. The outdoor area was a highlight—there’s a pool, hot tub, tons of games, and even a pool house/tiki bar! It had everything we could possibly need to have a great time. The house itself was spacious and fit our group perfectly. We loved the house, the area, and the overall experience, and we’d definitely love to book again when it’s a bit warmer to fully enjoy the pool. Highly recommend!

Great place near downtown—clean and welcoming! Loved that we could bring our dog, and the fenced backyard was a big plus. It was also super easy to catch an Uber to Broadway for a fun night out.

The house was very accommodating. Was bigger than I was able to envision from the pictures. I would definitely recommend and would come stay again. Hosts were very responsive to all questions.

Place was clean and private, everything worked and the pool was great to take a dip in between the activities we had planned. Great location and space. There is lots of construction in the neighborhood and it’s very loud, but obviously this is not the owners fault! Just something to be aware of if traveling with kids as we were. Very well decorated, nice kitchen, super cute and comfortable!

Very cool, cozy bungalow in a fantastic location...right in the heart of East Nashville's Five Points / East End neighborhood. Nealy was very kind and courteous. Comfortable bed, nice porch / backyard area. Would definitely recommend for two people looking to stay in a safe, walkable area.

This home was great. The decor was classy and fun. The beds are really comfortable, extra blankets and pillows, towels, games and karaoke. There is so much to do at this home from sitting in the hot tub, sitting by the fire, enjoying the pool, games in the game room, selfies at the selfie wall, enjoying the balcony and over looking the downtown lights. All the little touches were noticed. It is centrally located to everything we did. I would recommend this home and if we are back in Nashville with a group I’d rent it again.

Beautiful house, close enough to Broadway for quick rides but far enough away to be away from the craziness.

You won't regret booking with Steph! She was so attentive, had anything needed available and offered to do more to make our stay comfortable! We had to cancel our studio time due to the tornadoes and flooding at the studio, so we spent plenty of time cozy at the house and it was a great place for it! Steph was also sure to message and check on us during the tornado warnings and directed us to the safest place in the home. If we are back soon, we will certainly stay here again! Thank you Steph!

The location was perfect to visit opry and downtown. Both just a short drive away. The house was super clean and cozy. Perfect for the dog with the fenced yard. Directions to get there and to check on were clear and easy! The host was wonderful! Super fast at responding and very helpful! We very much enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend!

Very clean and well supplied, it’s an OK neighborhood, some loud vehicles but easy to find and about a 10 minute Uber ride to Broadway. I’d definitely stay here again.

Nice home in an excellent location! It is located in our favorite area of Nashville, there so much in walking distance from this home and you still get to enjoy have quietness and peace while sitting outside

We loved our stay in Nashville at Chad’s place! The backyard was the perfect set up for our two little boys to run around and get our energy! We even utilized the hot tub once and they were so excited! The big coffee table posed some struggles when the wiggles to go be too much but being able to go to the backyard and run remedied that! Thanks again Chad for hosting us! Hope to be back soon!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful. It was a great location as well. Everything was well put together. It was definitely nice to have access to a garage with all the rain we experienced. The attention to detail in the place was very nice. Things like extension cords for extra plugs and fans in case you needed extra air circulation were a very nice detail. It’s a very beautiful place and we would love to visit and stay here again.

Jeff was a great host. He proactively reached out to me a couple of times before check in and he checked in on me after our first night. The house was great. Everything was super clean and in great shape. 10/10 would recommend to anyone staying in Nashville.

Excellent place to stay. I would recommend it to anyone. Very affordable and literally a 10 minute drive to downtown Nashville. We had a great time, house has activities and a great area for the women to get ready. Everyone really enjoyed their stay.

Nice place with 3BRs/4 baths downstairs and 2 BRs /1 bath upstairs. Sitting areas (each a little limited) and kitchens on both levels. It worked fine for our group of 5 guys. Not in the greatest area but felt safe. Plenty of parking in the rear and conveniently located to restaurants and other businesses on Main St. The host was very responsive and accessible.

The Red House is very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was quiet. There is a Kroger market close by. The house is close to the airport which is a plus for an early morning flight. It did take us about 25 minutes to drive to downtown but we enjoyed being away from the busy downtown. Terje was always available to answer questions.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed the well-designed and spacious house. It was full of character, the beds were comfortable, smart TVs in every room, and and nicely stocked / renovated kitchen. We were surprised with how close it was to everything, including walking-distance to Vanderbilt and restaurants. We highly recommend this to anyone wanting to experience Nashville!

Nathan hosted our dance team while we were in town for a dance convention. This home surpassed all expectations. We felt right at home. Everything we needed was provided and then some. Would absolutely recommend staying and will absolutely book again if our group returns to Nashville. One of the best Airbnb experiences I have ever had!
