This bnb was perfect for our trip with 10 guests! It was about 15 minutes from popular Nashville areas and attractions. It was very clean and spacious and the host was very quick to respond. However, there are a lot of stairs throughout the bnb and none of the bedrooms were on the first floor. This was not an issue for us, but something to be mindful of when planning your trip if any of your guests have difficulty walking up/down stairs. The location was very calm, quiet and easy to locate. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this bnb!!

Deidre was absolutely wonderful. This place was just as described and was less than 2 miles from Broadway which meant a cheap Uber! Win win!

lovely home, pleasure to deal with, responded quickly. minor inconvenience getting something to watch on TV but we weren't in town for that so no big deal. something about the energy in the home felt loving and positive. would stay here again.

We loved Chris’s place! It was perfect for our group traveling for work and had everything we needed. The one item we did not have was a toaster (possibly went home with a previous occupant). Upon letting them know it wasn’t there, they ordered and delivered one to us immediately! The layout and rooftop area were fun and it was comfortable! The location was good to access various fun areas of Nashville! We hope to be back next year! Thank you for a great stay!

As soon as you enter feels spacious, modern, clean , open. After long travel made me and our family of 4 smile. Went to Nashville to meet our son on his 1st spring break , he traveled from Dallas, us from VA to meet in the middle and see new city. Lively stay, lived the design of the townhome, we don’t have that style in VA. Thank you.

The photos do not do this place justice! SUPER clean! The beds were super comfortable! Loved having the private outdoor place. Very close to where we needed to be for a dance competition. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Davids place was absolutely amazing and very easy walking to broadway, just 5-6 short blocks. The house was decorated great, very clean and everything we could have asked for. As for david as a host....probably one of the best hosts I’ve met while using Airbnb. He took much of his own time to help us out with any questions we had, recommendations on places to go and things to see. Clear and easy instructions for our stay. And periodic checkins just to make sure we don’t have any needs. I would highly recommend this to anyone and I would stay here again on my next visit to Nashville.

This Airbnb was perfect for our girls weekend in Nashville! Quiet, comfortable, spacious, and perfectly located for quick Ubers to and from activities. Highly recommend staying at Scott’s residence if you are in Nashville!!!!

We loved this condo in East Nashville. Easy driving or uber to Broadway. Great having a reserved parking spot. Condo is well furnished, clean, modern and had everything we needed and more. Chloe & Brian were quick to answer any questions and check in/out was a breeze. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Great location to choose to have the flexibility to visit down town Nashville, Grand old opry etc or travel to the many great places Tennessee has. Franklin, Smoky Mountains, Dollywood, etc. Beds were very comfortable and loved the back deck. Lots of kitchen appliances, pots pans, spices etc. We are not restaurants folks so Kai’s home worked perfect for us. We did have to do allot of internet research about the area to know where and what local grocery shops were available, restaurants etc. It would have been great to have a guide or resource from Kai about the home and the local area to assist guests during their stay.

The property was exactly what we needed for our get away! Amazing views from the rooftop and large windows, would definitely recommend!

So clean and a pretty walk through Vanderbilt University campus to Starbucks, Dunks, CVS and The Graduate Hotel for brunch at White Limozeen!! Space was great! Loved the little additions like a brita water dispenser and hand soaps in the bathrooms. Highly recommend.

Lovely home and host! We did drive everywhere (though there is a list of walkable restaurants in Madison’s guide). Usually able to park right in front… I arrived close to midnight and had no trouble or worries unloading the car. Just for us older folks/those with rickety knees: aside from 1 bedroom w/bath and laundry, everything is upstairs— 1 flight to the lovely kitchen/living area, and another flight to the second bedroom &balcony.

Stay was great! And Harley was a fast responder. Would recommend!

Simply put, 519 Music City was fantastic. Our group of 6 felt right at home and it was so easy to get where we wanted to go. I highly recommend you check it out next time you are in Nashville, you will not be disappointed!

Enjoyed our stay at the howdy house! Everything was perfect come check in and throughout the stay Mike was very flexible and responsive!! The house was perfectly described and suitable for 7 people! Definitely recommend.

Five stars across the board!! My family of four had a wonderful stay here! The house was absolutely lovely and so was the host. It was so nicely put together, spacious and clean, the beds were super comfortable, the host was very quick to respond and help with every question we had both while we were there and leading up to our trip (including some specific birthday recommendations for our daughter, which were wonderful) and overall it provided everything we needed. I can’t think of anything that would have made our stay any better. We visit Nashville at least twice a year and we definitely hope to stay here again!!

Great location and place to stay. It was nice to have a Shell gas station next to the house for water, snacks or any other items for the stay. Uber was very easy to use, and they didn't have any problems finding the location. The house had plenty of room for us during the stay for 3 couples. Please make note, the house does have stairs for some that may have issues with climbing stairs. Overall, a great stay and very short drive to downtown Nashville. The host was very responsive, and the area was safe. Would stay her again on our next visit with a group.

The place was roomy and very comfortable for our family. The open floor plan was a great place for us to really enjoy our time together. Having 2.5 bathrooms was also a big plus! Doug was also very responsive to any questions I had about the area.

Chris’ home in Nashville was an amazing place to stay and I would happily stay there again. We had the place fully booked with a group of friends and had plenty of space for everyone. The bathrooms were nice and the beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect- cheap Ubers to downtown and walkable to plenty of things to do in East Nash. The home itself was beautiful, everything was very modern and clean; the rooftop was awesome! Chris is a fantastic host, he was very informative before our stay and checked in with us frequently throughout; he was very responsive to any questions we had. 10/10 place, we loved it!

Addison's place is so nice and modern. It is great for all ages. The different level are great for privacy between floors. She assured us that if we needed anything aside from what was made available in her property, to just let her know. However, we didn't need anything extra, the instructions were clear, and information on things locally to do were a great bonus. I definitely will be booking again in the future.
