Great scenery & extremely accommodating host. No choice but to look for his properties!!

My parents spend the Thanksgiving holiday in this home. The place was very clean and the view was nice! The host was super nice and the details for checkin and check out were super clear and easy. We will definitely be staying here again!

Andrew and Sofia were my heroes on this trip. They saved me from an unpleasant booking and made the reminder of my week an absolute pleasure. I could not ask for a quicker response time, property and surroundings were just lovely! Beds were comfortable, well stocked kitchen with everything you would need for some meal prep if you're staying in. if dining out is your wish, all the best restaurants are a very short drive away. very highly recommend!!

Olga is a fantastic host, She is very responsive and has lots of knowledge of the area. Condo was clean and in a very convenient location. I would recommend this listing as a very good value for the location.

Everything was exactly as described and owner was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be staying here again on our next getaway! Every little thing was perfect!!

Staci was very accommodating for me. The WiFi had gone out the morning of our first day there, and with bad weather we expected to be inside for most of the days. Staci changed her cancellation plan and offered us a full refund due to the WiFi being out. If it was under different circumstances we would’ve had a great stay.

Great location, some wear and tear on the house but it's near the ocean and is to be expected. Had a few issues that were resolved in a timely matter. All in all it was a great trip

Pool was perfect, location is ideal. House was pretty bare bones, but had everything we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend this place for a couple or small family. We’ve stayed many places in Pensacola Beach and we would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was excellent! The place was the size we needed with 2 bedrooms and two baths perfect for two adult couples. We were extremely pleased to find beach chairs, beach towels, and bicycles available. Also available were some DVDs ( mostly children's). The kitchen was more than adequately furnished including very nice dinner and drinkware. Nice coffees and snacks were provided. The only thing we could have used was an ironing board. The short two block walk to the beach was almost as good as direct beach access. The beach can be seen from the front porch. There are two good sized porches on front and back with seating and tables making outdoor lounging, eating, and star gazing very nice. I would recommend this place for two couples or a family of four, but a sofa bed is available for two additional people or children. We were extremely pleased with this property!

We spent 1-2hrs on the beach before we even entered the house! This location was perfect!! Close to NAS, 35 min from gulf shores beach for more great food options. The kids couldn’t wait to get in the water (and sand) everyday!

We were struggling with our vacation schedule and must have reviewed 100 properties and finally decided upon Hannahs home. The property is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for us. The way the house was decorated, the cleanliness, the location, the price....all unbelievable. I can not say enough about Hannah as a host. She is a great communicator, was so helpful and truly provided a welcoming feeling to us so that we could get away and enjoy. As an additional bonus, her neighbors are fantastic. Sometimes when you stay at properties there is this awkward relationship but they reached out and asked us if we needed anything and shared some stories and we now have some new friends. If you want privacy you will get it. If you want a welcoming area you will get it. We will be back and looking forward to staying at Hannahs property in the near future! Mike T

This home was perfect! The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels. The kitchen had everything you could need, I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb that was better stocked with items to make a family meal. The gas grill was nice to cook up a few meals. The view was to die for! We brought our paddles boards and paddled up to the little restaurant and shop for an ice cream. Grocery stores are close, public beach access was about 5mins away. We will be staying here again! This house is dated but was perfect for my large family. Things to note.. bring paper towel, tp, dish pods and all toiletries.

This is our second time renting with Bobby & Janet, we love this place. Great space, the kids loved the game room amenities, 3 minute drive to the beach, and 15 drive minute from Walmart. It’s on our favorites for reason. Thank you for hosting my family.

The bungalow perfectly met our needs for a pet friendly Mardi Gras weekend staycation. We were able to enjoy the festivities and have our dogs with us rather than a sitter. Great location for being close to the beach (less than a 3 block walk), the bars/restaurants (also walkable), and was adjacent to the parade line-up (our reason for being out there that weekend). With it being one story, having tile floors and a mostly fenced yard (just the carport is unfenced and we blocked it off to let our dogs run when we wanted to let them play outside) it really was a dog-friendly rental. Will definitely look into booking again for future Mardi Gras weekends and recommend to friends and family traveling with pets. Although, I'm sure all of those features would be great for people with kids too.

We loved staying at Jennifer’s condo. Jennifer was very kind and helpful. The condo is exactly as pictured and very clean. We were a short walk away from the sound and right across the street from the golf. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great place to enjoy Pensacola. Close to everything-restaurants, shopping beach and sand dunes, Great view from large balcony Lots of everything supplied (towels,kichen utencils) Only complaint pool is freezing in March it does not appear to be heated) Loved this cosy home

We had a wonderful time . It’s in a great location and so close to the beach. You can walk to restaurants and beach. I we will definitely go back next year.

Look no further, book it now before someone else does. Fully stocked for long term stays. Fully. The best we have ever stayed in, by far. Dolphins every day swim past, Pelicans, Gannets, Gulls, Loons, Ducks and more. The most beautiful cloud formations and sunsets out of this world, What a wonderful place to watch the world go by. We spent January 2025 there during the record snowfall. Pristine white sand beach at the end of the private boardwalk, so readily accessible, The walk in shower in the master bedroom has me thinking about a redo at our place, it was great. This is our second stay in Anne's Airbnb. We love the location. The beach is beautiful and you have a view from two balconies. Anne is a really responsive host. She goes above and beyond to make guests comfortable and fill their needs. We sleep like babies when here. And there is the perfect configuration of beds for my husband and I and our daughter's family. It's a bonus having a washer and dryer so you can leave vacay with clean clothes. My granddaughters believed the games and toys were specifically for them. We might stay longer, next year.

Perfect for our weekend needs. Just outside the busy district but a short walk to get to the heart of the beach activities. A short walk to beach access. Clean and tidy. Recommend highly.

Great place! Very well kept and clean, exactly like the pictures! Can walk right out to the beach and very close to a lot of amenities. The host was very responsive to our needs of finding the parking passes and let us know of local things going on in the area while we were there. The only problem we ran into I think was it gets a bit hot in the bedroom on the left side, even with the ac turned down, but other than that we had a great stay. Thank you for hosting us!
