Thank you to Rob, we had a great family vacation! With this house, there was plenty of room for all 10 of us! We loved the location, the pool, the proximity to the beach, and local attractions! Rob was a great host! He communicated well, and everything was as described, beautiful and comfortable! Thank you from all the family!

Beautiful location and very spacious. Amazing view of the ocean and made for a perfect weekend getaway. Kitchen was well stocked. Would stay here again!!

We have travelled all over Florida. Tonya was off the charts as a host. She was the easiest host to communicate with, check in was simple and everything she said prior to our stay was accurate. The condo was clean, safe and perfect location within walking distance to everything. We will stay here again.

Absolutely great location and wonderful service!

The communication during planning was prompt and accurate. The condo and the facility it is in is comfortable, quiet, well-run. The balcony is big enough for all guests to enjoy the view comfortably together. Water pressure, temperature control, kitchen utensils and appliances - all those things that make a place comfy or a little annoying - were all great. Parking spaces were not cramped. Never waited for elevators. And the beaches right across the street are incredible.

We loved the access to the beach and the Naval Air Museum. Good food in the area especially the Shrimp Basket on Gulf Beach off of Hwy 292 going toward Alabama, excellent fired shrimp. This location is easy to find and really quiet and well maintained.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect with a breathtaking view. The condo was homey and comfortable for our family (kid friendly). We will be back!

Laura was an amazing host! We really enjoyed are stay here! Everything was clean and she has plenty of towels, blankets, and everything we needed! The beach access was soooooo easy and convenient!Just about a few minutes to walk to the beach and didn’t have to cross the street! The pool right out the door was absolutely fantastic! My kids loved it and we loved it so much! We definitely will be coming here again! Laura even had recommendations for things to do and places to eat! Fantastic place to stay! You won’t regret it!

The host's communication was amazing! Timely feedback and some great local recommendations. The property was perfect for a couple and the amenities are simply amazing. The pool and hot tub were a great addition and the only issue I have was I wish I could stay longer. The bed is comfy and the small kitchen was perfect for the space. Keep in mind the bathroom is small but completely manageable if you communicate with your travel partner. Easy to find and easy to access. Persons with mobility issues may have some difficulties navigating the stone pavers and the multi-level backyard. The kitchen also has two steps down from the main level of the studio. Bottom line…we loved it and think you will too! Time to stop reading and book before you miss your chance. I will 100% book again when I am in the area.

The house and the host are wonderful. The area is very peaceful and quiet which was perfect for my husband and I. The local neighbors are very friendly too. The home was very clean and well stocked. The host is very responsive and helpful. We would certainly stay here again.

Our stay with three boys and our pup was perfect for spring break. The location was perfect, everything was in walking distance yet the cottage was peaceful and private. We loved the fenced in backyard.

This was our second time staying here. It's clean and spacious. I love how close it is to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to have a couple home cooked meals and even did a little baking! Beautiful place and another wonderful time with the family.

The house was peaceful and in a quiet historic neighborhood. Dick had bikes available for us and even offered a bike tour! The house had plenty of amenities, we didn’t need anything because it was all there! The bedrooms were beautiful and quiet. I highly recommend this house!

We had a great week here for Spring Break!!!! The directions were a little off saying the office was located across the street and we never did get codes to any of the doors - however, we lived!:). We would love to stay here again! Thank you!

Highly recommend this cute cottage. My mom, my dog, and I spent the month there. East Hill is a safe and peaceful neighborhood. The cottage is close to the dog park, which is by the water and has tennis courts! It’s a short drive from downtown and the Mako Athlete CrossFit gym, where I spent a lot of my time. The shared courthouse was peaceful and very private. Terri and Stuart are very kind hosts. They’re easy to talk to, but also gave us our space. I will be back!

Her place is beautiful and super clean! It is a very short walk to the beach and just a quick drive to the area's restaurants and shops. Would 100% recommend staying here!

We had a great relaxing week here. Being so close to the Bay and the Gulf was ideal! It was wonderful to walk along the shore for miles and to be away from the busyness in other areas. Elaine was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. It had a nice pool area and was a quiet friendly condo community. Would definitely recommend to anyone. We loved our stay at Shane's beautiful condo. The location and the VIEWS are absolutely unbeatable. The condo is spacious and beautiful, and we enjoyed the extremely comfortable beds and the coffee every morning. Shane is very responsive and easy to get into contact with, and we had no problems with check-in. This might become my go-to when visiting my folks in Pensacola!

Susan was extremely communicative and helpful from the get-go. Her place was even more beautiful than the photos. Beach is right outside door. LOVED it and so grateful!

Location, amazing scenery and location! Room was as described and had all the necessary items to make the stay comfortable. The balcony and views are amazing, views of the gulf, bay and sound. Tons of boat traffic and amazing sunsets was definitely a highlight of the trip. The location was fantastic, we were able to walk everywhere or use the trolley when available. Would 100% stay here again.

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay! The house has plenty of space and looks just like the pictures. Great location, easily walkable to many restaurants and shops. Short drive to beautiful beaches. We’d definitely recommend it to friends!
