Fantastic spot, the neighborhood was beautiful! House was great, with pool and hot tub. What helped the most was the hosts were responsive and flexible. When the code to get in wouldn’t work, they tried to get it resolved quickly. Hot tub problems? Over in less than an hour to fix it. I do wish some of the cleaning supplies were available - like a vacuum. But that’s about the only thing I would change.

This house has a great location with privacy and also still being close to the beach and all that Pensacola beach has to offer. Backyard was very nice to hangout and enjoy the sunshine and sit around the pool. All the decks are great to hangout out on and enjoy the weather. Would definitely go back in a heartbeat!

What a great place! The house is huge. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our stay. Everything was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the common spaces were cozy. Will definitely be back when in the area.

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay! The house has plenty of space and looks just like the pictures. Great location, easily walkable to many restaurants and shops. Short drive to beautiful beaches. We’d definitely recommend it to friends!

Joshua's house was a very nicely laid out house that we were able to sleep 8 people in without issue. The pool was a nice space that the kids loved to swim in. We had a couple of details that we brought to Joshua's attention and he quickly addressed them. Anything we needed from Joshua was quickly addressed via messages through the Airbnb app. The kitchen had a nice amount of space which we felt allowed us to feel like we weren't crowded. The cooking spaces was helpful to save a little on eating out for every meal. Laundry was available on site which meant we were able to pack lighter for our week stay. There was construction next door but we hardly noticed it because of the fence surrounding the property. I would definitely stay here again!

This place was gorgeous and comfortable! The beds were great which is what we look for. The private pool was incredible! The hosts, David and Tracy were wonderful!

We booked a last minute visit to Pensacola to see our daughter and we were happy to find this place in such short notice. It’s a cute house and had everything we needed for a few days. They even had some beach gear for use too.

We had a great stay! Home away from home, close to the beach, fenced yard for the pup 👍🏻👍🏻 only downfall is we wish we could stay longer :)

Mike is a great host. He was very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. The house was exactly as described. This was the best stocked Airbnb we have ever had, plenty of linens, the kitchen had plenty of supplies including spices. We had plenty of space for our large group. Highly recommend 😊

Bill and Mindy were very easy to work with! House was super clean and had all amenities for our short term stay for a wedding. Also very close to McGuires and Palafox, my personal fave spots in Pensacola.

Our family of 5 with 3 grown sons felt right at home. We loved the house and everyone had their own bathroom! We enjoyed the pool, pickle ball courts, riding bikes and 2 of the boys enjoyed several days of golf! Dee Anna was the best host! She answered every question with a timely response! We would love to come back next year!

The location of this house was perfect with just a short walk to the beach. Delays caused the pool to not be available during our stay, but with the beach so close it wasn’t an issue. There were also plenty of amenities available when we weren’t out exploring Pensacola. From the entertainment area under the house, to the grill and fire table outside and plenty of space inside, it was easy to relax and enjoy our time. Laura was very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet beach getaway.

Great place to stay! The house is spacious and clean. The pool is fantastic. The neighborhood was quiet. It was perfect for our family. The hosts are great communicators and showed me around on arrival. They took care of the pool while we were there to make sure everything stayed perfect. Definitely recommend!

My family of 5 (kids 12,9, 4) stayed at Dmitriy’s house and had a wonderful vacation! We were able to cook meals at home and thoroughly enjoyed the pool and sauna! It was the best place to stay to go enjoy the beach and have lunch out and then bring the kids back to the house for more swimming and relaxing! Our puppy loved it too! Would stay here again for our next Gulf Breeze trip! Highly recommend!

We stayed 30 days to get out of the cold from Ohio. It was close to the beaches, State Parks and restaurants. Christian was very response if we have any issues or questions. I would recommend this rental.

Our group of 7 people felt right at home here. The home was spacious and the sleeping arrangements were great. The large driveway was a plus since we had 4 vehicles between everyone. Will definitely be trying to stay here during our future Pensacola visits.

Very comfortable stay. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood. We loved the heron theme. Leon and Angela were great communicating with us. It was close to Perdido Key Beach FL and Orange Beach Alabama which we had wanted to visit for several years.
