This place is well maintained. We enjoyed our stay. The bed room next to road gets a good bit of traffic noise. That was the only negative and we just turned on a fan.

The house was so aesthetic it was great! We loved the pool table and the hammock that was out back. Any problems we had they responded very quickly and that was definitely helpful! Overall it was a great place to stay for my family and I and we would definitely stay again!

We stayed here for a week last year and loved it so much we came back for a week this year! House is spacious and has everything we needed. Love the outdoor patio and grill! Will be back next year

Great stay! My wife and I were in town for a wedding and had our dogs with us, the yard was perfect for them and the screened porch was fantastic as well. The house itself was spacious and clean.

We stayed 30 days to get out of the cold from Ohio. It was close to the beaches, State Parks and restaurants. Christian was very response if we have any issues or questions. I would recommend this rental.

Had a good stay- 3 days flew by. Too cold for us to use the pool, at night.

This was our third time staying here. We love it! Everything is so clean. It is nicely decorated and very comfortable. We love the extras. Soft towels, comfy pillows and full size refrigerator. We'll be back!

The interior space is beautiful, relaxing and enjoyable! Even has a nice pergola with comfortable chairs outside. The walls and floors must not be insulated so you hear noise from other guests, as I am sure they hear yours. However, everyone was respectful of the request by the host to keep quite after 10pm. It was very lovely, and we would stay here again.

Such a cute lil place in a great spot. Super quiet and chill. Also everything you need in a lil apartment. So happy I stumbled upon this. Definitely recommend it.

Marcella’s cute and cozy rental is absolutely perfect. It is exactly as described, very comfortable for two. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen had everything you can think of. We appreciated the beach chairs made available to us. It’s perfectly centralized to downtown restaurants and bars. Thank you for hosting!

Great little find in downtown Pensacola! The Airbnb was so clean and well stocked with things we forgot to bring- like a steamer. The area was very nice, quiet, and walkable. The hosts were so responsive and went above and beyond to return an item we’d left. I’d highly recommend staying here!

Great place to stay when you are in the Pensacola area. Quiet, good views and central location, close to naval base as well as beaches, restaurants, other activities. Very clean and comfortable. This is our third stay and we may be back yet again.!

The location of the condo was extremely convenient to the local beaches, shops, and restaurants. The main drawback worth mentioning for future renters is the busy traffic on Perdido Key Dr. The speed limit is 45 mph, very looely patrolled, with a high daily commuter volume between FL/AL line. The closest designated crosswalk is at the River Rd, which is about a 4-5 min walk. if you have small children, you'll need to use extreme caution. The beach access is super convenient, once safely across, directly across from the condo and the sand is amazing in this area. The inside of the condo is adequate, but know ahead of time the bathroom is cramped with limited storage space and room to dress. The toilet is very small, which could be to save floor space?, but I could see this being a real challenge for some. Think budget-friendly vacation. We would absolutely stay here again, no traveling children in our family.

Great place to enjoy Pensacola. Close to everything-restaurants, shopping beach and sand dunes, Great view from large balcony Lots of everything supplied (towels,kichen utencils) Only complaint pool is freezing in March it does not appear to be heated) Loved this cosy home

Very nice place. Michele was an awesome host. She had lots of great recommendations and was very communicative. The only thing I would say is that the loft bed is a little challenging to access if you’re older. So maybe not the greatest place for two older couples. Probably better for a family with a couple kids who love climbing a ladder! The condo was super nice and totally worth it.

First time to Perdido Key. Susie’s condo was exactly as described and was very convenient to the beach and local restaurants. The condo had everything we needed…and more. Susie made check in very easy. She even was proactive to take care of an issue with one of the neighbors…made our stay so much more enjoyable. She’s a great host. Her notebook in the condo had everything we needed to know about out the area…very detailed instructions and suggestions. Highlight of our trip was the National Seashore; it was absolutely beautiful and very close to our condo. We needed a place to relax and recharge…and it was EXACTLY what we needed.

Our 10th-anniversary celebration at Melissa Mae's condo was truly unforgettable. Everything was beyond our wildest dreams. Beautiful condo located in walking distance from the beach, souvenir shop, and eateries! Well decorated, spacious, peaceful, and clean! Our host Leslie was friendly and quick to respond! I will definitely plan to stay here again on my next visit!

This is our second stay in Anne's Airbnb. We love the location. The beach is beautiful and you have a view from two balconies. Anne is a really responsive host. She goes above and beyond to make guests comfortable and fill their needs. We sleep like babies when here. And there is the perfect configuration of beds for my husband and I and our daughter's family. It's a bonus having a washer and dryer so you can leave vacay with clean clothes. My granddaughters believed the games and toys were specifically for them. We might stay longer, next year.
