We have stayed at this house twice now and have loved it! It’s perfect for big groups, our favorite part is the living room being so large and great for conversation!

Perfect location. Great communication by the host. It was the ideal spot for my colleague and I for a business trip.

We stayed there for 28 days, because of we open our New showroom at Goldsboro as a Regency Furniture. Home was very clean and peaceful, harmonious area and close with everything (shopping canter etc…) thank you 💐💐

We loved staying here while our home was being renovated. The neighborhood is great for long walks, and in an excellent location close to everything in the heart of Chapel Hill. The home is spacious and well laid out with comfy beds and everything you need for cooking. Sheila is so friendly and responsive, 5 stars all around!

Loved our stay! Will definitely stay again and have recommended to friends and family visiting Cary NC! Spent a lot of time in the sunroom watching wildlife and enjoying the waterview!

My children and I were participating in McKays 50th Birthday road trip! This house gave my kids a chance to have some fun before embarking on our 800 mile journey! We felt right at home and had a nice night.

I highly recommend staying here! It’s a clean, well-decorated home that has great amenities in a peaceful neighborhood. We had a great “staycation” and would definitely stay again. Umer and Sehar are great hosts and made the house feel like home.

Our stay at Emily's place was great! She was extremely responsive to all our questions. The location is very walkable to Duke's East Campus, which was very convenient for us. The place is clean and has everything we needed for a peaceful stay.

Great stay! The place was exactly as described. Matt was great to communicate with and had responded quickly when there was an issue with the WiFi. Appreciate the cleanliness and the eco friendly products in the bathroom and kitchen. Easy walk into downtown. We are enjoyed both of the food recommendations offered.

I had a very nice stay. I especially appreciated the peacefulness of the location and the water and nature view out the back deck was really nice. That view was a nice surprise given the residential area. The general location was great for me as it was close to the heart of the north hills area. Nelson had everything you could need taken care of, and it made sense that he is a super host.

Stephen’s place is truly a sanctuary close to downtown Durham - a cozy and comfortable downstairs apartment with beautiful gardens and sitting areas in the back. He has thought of and provided all the little things that make you feel welcome and at home. You’ll find comfortable beds, a nice living room arrangement with comfortable furniture, and a sweet little kitchen stocked with things you didn’t even know you needed! Stephen is a genuinely kind person and he’s also a treasure trove of information and tales if you have a chance to chat with him! We thoroughly enjoyed being at his place and loving on his dog Boomer, and cats David and Susan well! We were lucky to find his place and look forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had some awesome features like a zipline that goes straight into the pool. The hosts were kind enough to let us sleep in with a late checkout at 2 PM, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend!

Brent’s place was perfect for enjoying Durham & Duke softball - walkable to everything, comfy beds, & great kitchen. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting to experience Durham.

We had a great stay at Scott’s place in Durham. We were a group of four, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Communication was excellent—Scott was quick to respond, very polite, and professional. The check-in instructions were clear, and the apartment was easy to find and access. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, which made our stay even more relaxing. The space was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and kitchen, and the beds were perfect for a good night’s sleep. Highly recommended!

I can’t say anything short of amazing. Joshua was extremely accommodating throughout the entire stay. He included everything we would need or had forgotten in the apartment. The place was also in a really good area!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay very much. We saw a show at DPAC, which was very close by, and then after check in were able to walk to local restaurants and bars. Antonio's place was spacious and in a great location- perfect for our needs.

Will’s place was ideal for my work trip. The location was superb, with many restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. He was incredibly accommodating when my trip dates changed, responding quickly and making the adjustment seamless. I appreciated their flexibility and communication. The location's convenience and the host's helpfulness made this an stress-free and enjoyable stay. I recommend it for anyone looking for a place when visiting Raleigh.

This place was perfect! So nice that each bedroom came with full bath. Everything was spotless! Andrea was communicative. Great place to stay especially if visiting UNC. The Bolin Trail was such a treat and waking up to the sound of the birds was just lovely. Will definitely stay there again.

This was a beautiful place!!! Cleanliness is a BIG deal to me and this place was practically spotless! Huge shower/tub, huge tvs, beautiful bedroom and living room and free of clutter. They also provided extras like soap, floss, qtips. A plus was it’s a gated community!!! I felt very safe at night and my kids and I walked to several restaurants with no issue! There is even a Publix in walking distance. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe which was also important to me and even the neighbors were friendly as I had to ask a few some questions The only thing was the shower head is too far up. I’m very short so it was hard to get and the angle allows water to come out the back all on the floor . Also even with pictures it still took me awhile to find the keys - it’s a black pouch and not a box and it was tucked behind the drain pole which was hard to see… but I get it’s for privacy. Otherwise this is a 10/10 spot !!!! I will definitely stay again if I come back to Raleigh !!! ☺️

This place was clean , quiet, and close to downtown shops and restaurants. There is plenty of parking at the complex and it’s easy to get to downtown by walking. I would highly recommend this stay.

This was our second time staying in this community. As before, it was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. The space is well laid out, with comfortable furnishings. It was wonderful. We would definitely return.
