Perfect location. Great communication by the host. It was the ideal spot for my colleague and I for a business trip.

Insane location for an excellent price. We stayed for five weeks last minute after our first place we booked wasn’t clean or suitable for my family to stay for five weeks. Josie got us in last minute and I’m so happy she did. We discovered a beautiful area of Raleigh with our dogs and 3 year old son. Fenced in both back and front yard. The space was amazing and very clean large space with updated and clean bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, and BONUS kids play room with tons of toys and books. A lot of pieces around that show they lived there, but this was welcome for us as nothing was missing. Book this, you will NOT find a place this good for this price in this neighborhood.

This was a perfect place for me and my 2 kitties in Durham for two months. Kay was responsive when we had some wifi troubles, and otherwide let us be (which works great for me). Plenty of room, well stocked, decent desk for my workspace, two comfy beds, nice yard. It's not a great neighborhood, but the immediate space around the house, the block we were on, was perfectly save. Adorable home, obviously a place where people have lived.

this home was exactly as described. we loved the home and the back yard was so cool and our dogs loved the little trails made up in the back.. my wife called it the enchanted forest. best shower I ever had at a rental. if u have dogs and need a clean, great kitchen, lots of room place to stay. this is it. we were so happy. there is so much more good about this. parking was easy, checkin easy, fully stocked, tons of room, great water pressure. we will definitely be back.

Had a quick stay here and this house was perfect for our group who were attending a Durham Bulls game. The location is not in the best area but was convenient to get a cheap Uber. Jeremy is super responsive and accommodating!

Such a great place and host! Tamara was super responsive and helpful, and the place feels a bit mid century inside, which I love. I loved the bedroom- very comfy and cozy! I’d definitely stay again!

Lanae was just the kindest hostess. We were coming to Durham to see our daughter and her partner. Suddenly their dog fell ill and Lanae was able to take us earlier. Her house is lovely - great pool, squeaky clean and near a beautiful park. We are so grateful for a perfect stay. We will be back! Laura and Joe

Jocelyn's place was one of the most beautiful we have ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean, fully equipped, comfortable bed. The location is just minutes from the interstate, so getting around Raleigh is easy-peasy. The neighborhood is a quiet cul-de-sac of townhomes, well kept. We needed a place for a long weekend and this was perfect! Jocelyn was prompt to respond to questions, and also reached out to make sure everything was okay with our stay. We would definitely book this beautiful townhome again. Thank you, Jocelyn!

Tabitha is a proactive host who provides a clean, comfortable, pet friendly home to her guest. Although we did not enjoy the pool on this trip it is a beautiful outdoor space. Neighbors are friendly. The place is well maintained inside & out, we had a wonderful experience here- we highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had some awesome features like a zipline that goes straight into the pool. The hosts were kind enough to let us sleep in with a late checkout at 2 PM, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place in a great location! Modern what looks like IKEA type furniture and very clean. Very comfortable beds and great amenities. We just like to see maybe some small snacks and better coffee if possible. Otherwise really enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay again.

Laura‘s place was clean and quiet and it was exactly as listed. There was easy access to the basement and plenty of room. The bed was really comfortable and the amenities were in place. She communicated very well and timely to any requests. She went out of her way to make sure that I was comfortable and was available if I needed anything. I would definitely recommend it for an overnight stay in the Wake Forest area.

This was my first time getting and AirBNB and this home was absolutely amazing. Very clean great neighborhood and the homes amenities absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for hosting my family we really enjoyed ourselves and will most certainly be back again.

The house was clean and beautiful, the backyard bonfire was a bonus for us, after a long day at work it was perfect to hang out and relax around.

Loved it! One Jozzby’s place was everything I needed. It was clean, spacious, great amenities, and in a great location. As hosts they were incredibly responsive and flexible in allowing me an early check-in due to my flight. I’ll be back and I highly recommend!

Great place, as described with easy check-in and (other than a 10am check out time) was probably the easiest check-out procedure we’ve had to date! The home fit our larger family well for the time we were there. Communication was excellent. Would recommended and will look up again.

Matt & Dawn's house was wonderful and they communicated great! House was very easy to check into, clean, and had everything we needed. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and it was close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

Nicole's place is a nice upstairs townhouse-style duplex built into a bit of a hill. The space is clean and comfortable and has all the basics. It is located in a woodsy neighborhood. Its a good option if you like space and affordability. Nicole was quick to communicate and help with any questions we had during our stay.
