Really liked how it felt like we had a good amount of space between us and the neighbors, the location of the house is not only convenient to all things we needed but it was a peaceful neighborhood. The host explained everything in a simple and straightforward way and we loved that . We had one request which he accommodated and from there there was no need to communicate with eachother again. This is a good thing , however I was confident that I can easily reach out again. Overall 10/10 place would highly recommend .

We were in town looking for housing and needed someplace to rest peacefully and keep our gear locked up. We felt safe and at home during our stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Very cute pristine vintage house. It has everything you need to feel like home in a quiet and clean neighborhood. The host is pro-active and responsive. Very close to Midtown, Circus Circus and El Dorado Casinos. About 3 miles to Reno Convention Center. I will definitely come back if in town next time. Thank you.

Such a lovely space. If you are looking to just relax in a safe, clean and quiet neighborhood, this is definitely the spot. Host was responsive and directions were clear. Had a wonderful weekend with fantastic weather. We are looking forward to making this an annual stay.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this location. Madison was outstanding on both occasions. I found her friendly efficient and that she runs a tight ship. The house was clean, well appointed and everything worked exactly as expected. It’s a perfect location if you have business or pleasureat the northern part of the Reno Sparks area. Easy to get to from the airport or if you’re driving in from either east or west on I 80. I will stay here again my next trip. Perfect set up.

My stay was definitely short, I was there for a volleyball tournament near by and it was really close by to this location. Which was awesome. The place was exactly like the pictures. So many beds and so much space. I loved it. Very quiet at night and clean home. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you, Chris and Jennice. 😁😊

This week/weeend was my first real experience with Airbnbs. We had a different one before staying at here, and it came with a few issues. This place, on the other hand, was a total game-changer. Incredibly accommodating—letting us check in early, extend our stay, and check out a bit later, which made things so much easier for us. The kitchen was surprisingly well-stocked with useful cooking items, and the location was perfect for everything we needed downtown. Communication was smooth and responsive throughout. My family and I are now fully convinced that Airbnbs can be a fantastic option—especially when hosted by someone as awesome as Michelle and Christine. We’d definitely stay here again!

Very nice and comfortable. A little chilly in the room, but the comforter and pillows were very nice. Great accommodations. Very quiet.

Loved the Cozy Casita! Great location. Quiet and private. Carol was the perfect host and gave us great suggestions for dining and sight seeing. We really enjoyed our trip to Reno!

The place was awesome. Fit the whole vibe of that area of Reno and the view of the river was awesome. The convenience of everything being near was also great.

Scott was an amazing host. Very friendly and informative. He knew all of the great restaurants and activities in the area. His place was within walking distance to everything restaurants, bars, grocery stores etc. The home is very quiet, peaceful and safe. I will definitely be back.

I had a great time while at the house. Easy to cook, wash cloths, and shower. The room was nice and spacious.

Great place right near Nevada beach for a last minute getaway. Was convenient to get to Safeway across the road.

It was a little difficult for us to find a place in the area, but luckily we found Danielle's! The home exceeded our expectations. The home and area were clean and well-maintained. Danielle was always responsive and helpful.

Perfect for our group of 10! This house was amazing. Beautifully decorated and furnished, the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed. The views were simply stunning. Plenty of hot water for everyone after long days on the slopes was a huge plus. The location was ideal, so close to Heavenly's Boulder Lodge and Stagecoach - super convenient for skiing or snowboarding. We loved the high-end appliances, especially the wine and beverage refrigerators. Two ovens and a microwave made cooking for a large group easy. The house had plenty of space for all 10 of us to spread out and enjoy some private time. And the hot tub! That was a definite highlight. The cover was easy to use, providing both shelter and beautiful lighting. Sean was an excellent host, very communicative and helpful. Julio from luxe Vaca, who manages the property, was also extremely responsive to any requests we had when we checked in. We will definitely be booking Sean's place again!

Beautiful home with lots of natural light and views of the surrounding hills. Beds were comfortable and owners were welcoming. We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. I really enjoyed the openness of the living room and kitchen area. I also really enjoyed the patio and the hot tub. I really liked the comforter set I got to sleep with. Overall It was a great place to stay! I highly recommend it!

Stayed here with my girlfriends for a ski trip and it was perfect! The house was about 15min from Palisades Ski Resort and 3min from Safeway and CVS. The host provides clear instructions and a guide for everything in the house so there was almost no need to reach out to them for any questions. Would definitely recommend and come back!
