This home was absolutely charming, cozy and fantastically appointed. The beds were very comfortable along with the bedding. All bedrooms and bathrooms were prestine. The living area and kitchen was very spacious and welcoming....outside of skiing we barely wanted to leave as we enjoyed the space so much. The fireplaces warmed us up quickly and the hot tub was constantly hot as soon as we were ready to jump in and enjoy the view from the top floor after long days of skiing. The owners were very kind and responded very quickly. We can't wait to visit again.

Alice’s place was a perfect fit for our family. It was spacious yet cozy, remote and peaceful, yet conveniently located, and had all the amenities and touches of home. We had the best time sledding at the local hill she recommended to us, skiing at sugarbowl a quick drive away, and cooking delicious meals in their open concept kitchen. Not to mention the hot tub! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at the Glass House! It was just as beautiful as the pictures promised! The amenities were fantastic, and we particularly loved the hot tub and sauna, which provided the perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the chef's kitchen was a fantastic bonus for preparing meals. Communication with our host was quick and convenient, making the check-in process seamless. This home is ideal for a ski weekend, offering plenty of entertainment and relaxation options right within the house. We would absolutely love to come back and rent this spot again in the future!

This place was great for our family get together. Easy access to everything Donner Lake has to offer. 5 minutes to downtown Truckee. Enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the deck with a view of the lake. Well furnished with lots of amenities and responsive hosts. Definitely on our list of places to return to.

This property was perfect for us. It was beautifully decorated, super clean, and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay - cooking utensils, spices, etc., hair dryer, bath products, and even a good assortment of baby and pet supplies! And the decor was casually classy and not overly rustic nor pretentious…and beautifully done. In fact, i am taking a few ideas home with me. Alberto is a fantastic host. He initiated discussions to ensure we had clear instructions for getting into the property and to offer assistance or guidance if we needed anything. It made me feel very comfortable with him. When I did ask for help with something, he responded very quickly. The entire family was very taken with the property and surroundings and are looking forward to another visit soon!

We had a great stay at this house! It was very clean and tidy, with lots of space! The location was also great, would definitely book again!

Very Nice Cabin located just a block away from the lake. Inside felt cozy and right at home. Had lots of entertainment inside. The host was very helpful and laid out clear instruction. Made our stay really easy!

My family and I had an amazing time. We went to Tahoe for the weekend just to relax and that’s exactly what happened. We enjoyed the hot tube, cornhole, and the horseshoe game. The house was stocked with everything that we needed. Would love to stay here again.

My friends and I had a very cozy stay in this cabin. The fireplace and hot tub were nice amenities, there was spacious parking, and it was in a great location for the ski resort and other places we wanted to visit. The hosts were also very responsive, but we really didn’t need anything. The cabin is well prepared for guests. We would totally rebook in the future if available.

Laura was an incredible host. She responded promptly to texts and calls with the many questions I had. She was always very helpfull, very pleasant and accommodating. We were delighted with our stay.

This little cabin on King’s Beach was the perfect retreat for us two friends after 2 very long days at Palisades Tahoe! The view is great out the back and from the hot tub, which was exactly what we needed to restore our bodies after all the snowboarding. Living room and fire place were a great place to sit around and chat, and play a couple games from the cabinet under the tv. Had all the basics for preparing solid meals as well; cooking equipment and a cupboard of everyday ingredients. Would definitely book this place again if coming to Kings Beach!

Chris's A-frame is so cute, well-stocked, and well-located (we were able to drive to Palisades to ski in <15 min). It was the perfect place for a weekend getaway with a group of friends. He was also super responsive with questions/issues -- for example, we had trouble fitting our EV charger into their plug, and he helped us resolve it within hours. Would highly recommend / would come back!

The place was exactly like the pictures. Even though other cabins are nearby it was still very private and relaxing. It was easy to get to places no matter what direction you went in but far enough away from the busier towns.
