Crystal’s house was everything we expected it to be, neat, clean and a little on the funky side. We were in town for a wedding and had our two children, their spouses and five grandchildren, all under 10. It was really nice to have a yard the kids could play in so they could burn off some energy. We would definitely recommend Crystal‘s house to friends.

My sister and I travel to Richmond every February to visit family. When we entered the house, we were absolutely thrilled! The house is beautiful and spotless! The home was equipped with everything we needed. The area is quiet with beautiful homes and very walkable to restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. Logan was great, very responsive! Check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. We have found our home for all future visits. I highly recommend this home; you will not be disappointed.

This was an AMAZING stay! A group of us came to Richmond to celebrate my 30th birthday and our plans consisted of staying in, cooking, watching tv, and playing board games. We wanted to feel at home and be comfortable cooking and spending time together. This Airbnb certainly delivered! The rooms were big and spacious, the beds were SO COMFORTABLE and we immediately felt at home. If we needed anything, it was likely already provided and if we had any questions, the hosts were very quick to respond. They certainly went above and beyond. It was well worth the money we paid and we enjoyed ourselves so much. The photos came out beautifully too! What an incredible house and even better facilities. We can’t wait to return — this time in the summer!

Brittany’s place was great. It’s just like the pictures (the only thing we didn’t realize from the listing was that it’s a duplex). This worked just fine for our large group, though. Brittany was super responsive ahead of check in and very helpful overall. She even offered to put up a Christmas tree for us and left ornaments for us to decorate. We’d definitely stay here or at any other of her places in the future!

The house was perfect for our family on a quick trip to Richmond! It was easy to get to all the areas we wanted to visit, the fenced yard was great for the kids, and we all appreciated the snacks and coffee we found waiting for us on arrival. The host was very proactive in communication, offerings lots of great local suggestions!

We needed a place to stay for 2 weeks during a home renovation. Garry and his partner were awesome to work with as we did have several questions. They were both prompt in their responses with clear information. The home is delightful, you can tell someone was very intentional in designing this space, It has just enough of everything. The kitchen is well stocked, clean and easy to maneuver. The bathroom space was maximized in its design and was comfortable for 2 college girls to share. The overall home was very clean and enjoyable. We felt safe, the location is perfect.

My family and I had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at Bill & Brian’s home while we toured VCU with our son. Our hosts were super understanding and accommodating of our last-minute schedule changes. We will definitely consider staying at their home again if our son decides to attend VCU next Fall. Our overall experience was A+++!!!

We really enjoyed our stay and loved all the nice touches that made our stay seamless. The house was cozy and relaxing and very clean. We loved the kitchen and spending time in the living area. We had everything we needed and more. The beds were super cozy and the bathrooms well-appointed. We definitely would like to come back. Tina is a super host.

This was a perfect spot for us being in town for an event at the convention center. Loved it!

Stayed here for a soccer tournament and were very happy with the lodging. Huge bag yard with kid things and room for our dog to run. Beautiful high ceilings in the unit made it feel much larger. Clean, and just as described. Owner was very responsive and able to accommodate additional requests. Would def stay here again.

It was a wonderful experience staying at Mary‘s place. When we walked in the place was immaculate cite with sweet touches. I would definitely recommend Mary’s place to anybody. I cannot wait to go back in the spring or summer.

Tanishia was a great host, super responsive, flexible, and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place as it has great amenities, is close to everything needed, and is very convenient. It's a beautiful place, I will definitely be returning for future trips.

I booked this home for another party. It was a pleasure setting this up with Taryn! She was very responsive and kind. The person who rented the home really loved it!

Sue and the apartment were both as described, and Sue was very friendly. The apartment has everything you need for the stay, and Church Hill is a lovely location with coffee shops, cafes, and parks easily accessible. If you're staying with a larger/active dog like ours, it may feel cramped and the stairs are very steep, but we made it work! The apartment could use a bit of a deep clean, but was comfortable overall and a good stopover in Richmond.

This property was perfectly suited for our holiday vacation. This was our first time staying in this area of Richmond. It's now our favorite and in close proximity to Hubby's parents. A five-star rating relates to accurate listing and amenities of the property.
