i loved staying at Rashad's place. We came in for a convention and my work colleagues loved it. We couldn't of asked for more. Rashad was also fantastic at being there for us for everything we needed. very quick to respond. thanks again!!!

Fawzia and Ash provide a private Casita for their guests, which is spacious and beautiful. Their warm , and generous hospitality is an outstanding feature. Happily this environment became our home for two months. We found the amenities of this listing to be excellent. Fawzia regularly checked with us to make sure we were comfortable and responded quickly to any request we made. Be sure to review the pictures because they tell the story of the lovely comfortable home we enjoyed this winter! We highly recommend this listing!

Cynthia made check in easy, the house was clean, the kitchen well stocked. We would recommend / stay at Cynthia's place again!

We were in town for a wedding and it was very accommodating for our family group to stay here. Fong and Kelly were helpful with any requests and able to let us add an additional day. I would recommend here for a relaxed family trip; we had a great stay.

My family stayed for the weekend and we had a wonderful time! The layout of the house was perfect for our kids, the house had immediate access to nice trails, and there were plenty of grocery stores and restaurants really close by. The nice backyard and the hot tub were the cherry on top. We definitely plan to stay here again the next time we are passing through!

Anastasiya's place was fabulous. There were 3 of us traveling for work and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen, veranda, and family room were all great places to hang out. Loved the hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked so we cooked in quite a bit. Everything was perfect! Would highly recommend.

Great place! We enjoyed Thanksgiving week here with our family of 10. Plenty of space for everyone, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, fabulous yard. We loved picking some fruit from the trees! Great location!

This place was very comfortable and very clean. All streaming services are provided on the tv and the dimming lights are a great bonus to change up the vibe and setting of the place. The stay has very relaxing and not a sound surround the entire stay even thought the location is in a neighborhood, and surrounded by houses. Very nice place to stay for a getaway. Very clean and the host gives clear instructions and responds quick. 10/10 stay in my books, will most likely come here again when in need of a relaxing quiet weekend👍🏾

We had a great stay with our three kids! Sway was a wonderful host — communicative, helpful, and provided the space with thoughtful touches. Check-in was a breeze. The house was clean, comfortably furnished, and tastefully decorated. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the location was super convenient.

This apartment was perfect for us and our two dogs. The place is so cute and well decorated, and the fully-fenced yard made it easy to manage our dogs. A corner market, coffee shops, and restaurants are in easy walking distance. I would love to stay here again next time we're in Sacramento.

Spacious home with 3 FULL bathrooms!! That was a plus for grandma who doesn’t like walking up and down the stairs while she is babysitting. It’s also next to many stores, even our favorite donut shop. Lots of natural lighting which we enjoy very much. If you need space for kids and have an elderly with you, this is perfect!

Kelly’s place was clean and comfortable. Host was an amazing communicator and the location is perfect to get anywhere in the area.

Great central location. Neighborhood was clean, safe, and easily accessible. The house was perfect for our needs, the small yard in the back and front porch seating were definitely a bonus. The house was very clean and had all the amenities needed for our weekend getaway. Also, finding a place to park was never an issue for us or our guests. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved this place. So peaceful and quiet. The house was so nice and clean. Everything in the descriptions was accurate. Stayed for a weekend with my family and pets. We really couldn’t spend time outside in the backyard because of the rain, but the when it stopped raining for a bit we did go out and saw how pretty it was. It has a nice grass area and lots of trees. I would stay in this house when I visit Sacramento again.

Mike's listing was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. Extremely comfy, very lovely up to date kitchen, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everything was spotless when we had arrived and the check in was easy and fast. A very big selling point was the patio, it felt very nice and secluded and the peacocks and view while having a nice cup of coffee in the morning was a great way to start the day. Mike himself was very quick to respond to any questions and keeps the property up to date and very clean. All of this without gouging the bank account for me and my friends made the trip absolutely amazing.

Incredibly cool place, very cozy, clean, thought out to the smallest detail. You must stop at this place even if you are just passing through. It is not just clean, thought out to the smallest detail, cozy, beautiful, convenient, but such a cool place that we are very glad that we stopped here

I loved staying at Leah’s . I had the best sleep ever on her big comfy bed . The kitchen had great high end appliances and stoves . The location was close to great restaurants and beautiful Curtis park . We had the best stay ever!

John was absolutely amazing host. He was very understanding of the situation my family and I were. House was awesome. Definitely recommend this place to anyone

Alfonso was definitely a great host. The place was nice and very clean once I arrived. Any questions that I had we was there to answer within minutes. I'd definitely book with him again if his place is available when I come back to visit
