Very quiet and well appointed suite, though personally I prefer cotton bed linens and a firmer mattress. Wished we had allowed time to enjoy the beautiful surroundings, and the swinging garden bench.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Imelda's place. The apartment was quiet, peaceful and very private. It had all of the amenities that we wanted for our short stay.

We really enjoyed the property we stayed in. Stu was very responsive with inquiries we had and did a great job coming up with solutions. We would definitely stay at the property again.

This was a perfect place to decompress during a busy work trip. The space is beautiful, and the attached gym is such a nice treat! Everything was exactly as described, clean and lovely. I would definitely stay again!

I was surprised when we arrived that the space was a converted Garage. I was a little worried when we drove up but the space is beautiful. They did an amazing job it was spacious , clean and safe. The neighborhood is peaceful and serene. My girls and I loved walking through the neighborhood in the mornings and evenings. Communication was great the host was very responsive.We will absolutely be staying here again.

Had an absolutely lovely stay at Rezan’s place. She was the utmost in hospitableness and thoughtfulness The property is absolutely gorgeous, filled with birds and trees and flowers and the sound of frogs, statuary, walking paths, places to sit and enjoy the environment, a little pond with fountain, and just minutes to downtown Los Gatos. I had the best stay.

Ray’s place is like a home away from home tor us and we appreciate especially his accommodating change that arose this trip - quiet house, convenient location, and everything we needed.

Kate’s place was great for our family of four while we visited San Francisco. The immediate area was clean and felt safe, and a variety of food and shops were within walkable distances. Access to the Caltrain was also close by. As for the house, it had everything our family needed but may be a bit tight for groups larger than 4, especially if they are all adults. Amenities were as listed and made the stay comfortable. Kate and Toni were responsive very quickly and helped us with everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Stayed at Arthur’s to attend a SAP Center event. Planned to Uber but found the neighborhood very walkable. Place is nicely tucked away and quiet away from the street and main house. We only had trouble street parking on our first night which was a Thursday after 5pm. Otherwise it was fine. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Laurel's place is absolutely stunning and so serene! It feels tucked away and is quiet, cozy, and surrounded by nature, but it's an easy drive back to the world when you do need to head into town. The area is a lot of families who appreciate the land up in the mountains and take care of it so well. I also didn't realize it was where John Steinbeck lived for a bit, and the mini-museum of artifacts and quotes is so very cool. I loved the frogs at night and all the creatures—the ducks, wild turkeys, lizards, deer, cool bugs outside, etc. Laurel is a wonderful host with impeccable taste and an eye for detail. Everything we needed was there, everything is comfy, and it all feels lived-in in the best way—it's all very intentional. She was also incredibly kind and flexible when we had a handful of changes, which we really appreciated. Communication was always clear, warm, and timely. It’s hard to leave a place like this. We’re already looking forward to the next visit!

I stayed at Mariana’s place while in Palo Alto for work and it was perfect for my needs. Comfortable and clean, located in a beautiful neighborhood walking distance from University Ave and the Caltrain station. The place is not huge but is well-designed with effective use of the space. The hosts were great communicators and extremely responsive, even running out to purchase wash cloths when I enquired if they were available. Would definitely stay again!

We loved Rebekah's cottage. It had just the right balance of homey touches without clutter, great light, nice space and comfortable furniture. We were visiting our grandkids who live nearby, so it was super convenient. It's a space that feels happy. It is also a block from our kids favorite frozen yogurt shop. There are 2 outdoor spaces, one of which is a private courtyard with a small firepit and the other an entry courtyard that is visible from the main house. The bedroom is separate from the kitchen/living room which is nice if one of us needs to work some of the time we are there. Rebekah was very responsive and replied to texts in just a few minutes. We have already booked a return visit for our grandson's birthday next month.

This is my second time staying at Sunny’s property. Great experience the first time so no hesitation to book again. The space had lots of room, closet space, a great bathroom, and well-stocked kitchen. It also had a laundry unit which made it super clutch for last minute laundry. We needed a couple of things like extra trash bags and an ironing board and Sunny was more than accommodating. Highly recommend if you need a great space to stay in while being in San Jose.

Thanks for the stay! The bed was very comfortable, and the space was private and quiet. The room is quite large and nicely divided into the sleeping area, sitting area, and eating area. And parking on the street was aplenty.

Very nice guest house, two good-sized bedrooms, two doors to the bathroom, one for each bedroom, nice fireplace and well equipped kitchen. The unit has everything you’ll need for a delightful stay, including restaurants bars, etc. within walking distance. As the description indicates the driveway is extremely narrow, and only small cars can fit in the driveway. I ended up parking on the street when I found an open spot. Highly recommend if you wanna have a nice place to stay that is convenient to eateries, nice neighborhoods, etc.

My grandpa and grandma stayed here and they said this was the best bead and breakfast they have experienced in their life. huge thanks to Silvia for being responsive and making my grandparents feel at home!

Helen's place is roomy with a well-equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom. The dishwasher and washer/dryer provided added convenience. The location is just off busy Woodside Road with a Safeway market about 5 minutes away on foot.

Great host, very quick to respond the place was wonderful and I enjoyed my stay there and will be definitely looking forward to staying here in the future as well five stars highly recommended!

Very enjoyable stay. Being right in downtown is close enough to so many shops and restaurants. Everything inside was well kept and clean. It allows us to feel very comfortable while staying.

This is a very nice place, an ADU, exactly as advertised. I would be happy to stay there again; I lived there for 10 weeks. The furnishings are similar to the quality one would put in one’s own home. I especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen with all the spices and appropriate equipment. Hosts Elie and Syma were very friendly. Elie lent me his tools to put fenders on a used bike I bought. Syma gave me a broiler pan. The neighborhood is very nice. The place is a 12 minute bike ride from the Stanford Oval, and a 12-20 minute car ride, depending on traffic. Just excellent.

Owen and Amy’s place was perfect for our short stay. Super comfortable and clean. Loved having our own little space to do our work in peace. Super easy to get in and out and Owen and Amy were super friendly and accommodating.

This was an amazing place and I will definitely try to stay here again every time we come to this area for baseball tournaments! This was the perfect spot, Richard and Amanda were amazing hosts, and it made my stay the easiest ever. 5-stars! Thanks and I’ll be back!

Jim’s place is located in a quiet neighborhood but easy to get to town. The bed is super comfortable. It is also nice to have the kitchen and dining area separate from the bedroom. Highly recommended!
