Katie's place is our go to place when in the cities! We ALL love it!

An excellent stay. We had a great time. It was very cute and easy to get to. A 5 minute drive took us to the heart of downtown Minneapolis.

Beautiful home with plenty of space and tons of great amenities. You can really tell Janine tries to take every detail into consideration - there was nice ambient music playing when I walked in, there were Valentine’s Day decorations throughout the house (which was very cute) and all kinds of little extras. Every room had towels nicely folded with pillow mints and flower decor. There were robes, slippers, travel toiletries, fans, space heaters, foam toppers for the beds, books/coloring books and supplies/puzzles/toys for kids, I could go on. We live in Maple Grove and needed somewhere to stay while having work done in our home. Staying at Janine’s made life so much easier and actually made the whole process something to look forward to!

Kady is a great host with a one of a kind house. She was very accommodating, she went above and beyond. The house is very unique and comfy. I will go back if available. Thank you!

This is my 4th or 5th time staying here. I always feel right at home. And it is very central so easy to get around while I'm here. I'm grateful to have discovered this gem!

I can't say enough good things about Vlad's home but it was freaking PHENOMENAL!!! Amazing and spa like bathroom, old home/historic charm and touches, stained glass windows. Vlad allowed my daughter to stop by early on her way to airport so they could make sure TV and channels worked so when I got there I felt right at home. if you get a chance to book this place don't waste a minute. it was perfect and worth every penny. Neighborhood was so nice and walkable to look at giant historic homes, walk to restaurants and shopping. I loved my stay!! Thanks Vlad!

Nice place good stay!

Peter’s place was a great location for a winter getaway to Minneapolis. We visited with our 2 and 5 year old and there was plenty of space for us all to warm up and relax after a long day exploring. There are a ton of great restaurants within a very short walk, along with the art institute and children’s museum which are great. Beyond that, we got around via bus and train. There is a bus stop right out the front door for the frequent line 18 bus - which connects to tons of other lines downtown. Overall, the unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay.

Not huge but perfect for a place with 2 bedrooms that is easy to get to everything you want to get to in St. Paul.

We had a great time using this spot to relax after being at events all day. This is well worth the price. Although the location doesn’t feel the safest you can’t ask much with low prices and plenty of space for multiple people in the twin cities area.

Peter was an exceptional host throughout our stay. He was very almost immediately responsive and a great communicator. My elderly parents stayed with me and had some mobility issues, and Peter and the building manager made generous accommodations to help them during their stay which. We enjoyed the place so much we decided to stay an extra two nights and Peter made it very easy to modify our booking. the downstairs amenities and grocery store next door were great, but Peter and the staff at Good Dwelling are who made our stay memorable. Book with Peter the first chance you get!

Fit the description ! Convenient location and good price

Great location - only a mile from the chain of lakes, close to downtown, easy walk to good eats, very easy parking! Great amenities (workout room, extra comforts like blankets and decor, free coffee/tea). This was my second stay at Good Dwelling and will be back!!!

The Lincoln House is a lovely place to stay. It's on a quiet block with plenty of street parking, and it's only a few blocks away from Macalester College and several restaurants. The apartment is very roomy including 3 bedrooms, a nice sunroom/office, and a remodeled kitchen and bathroom. We also appreciated the lovely holiday decorations! Hope to visit again soon.

We had originally booked another stay and it was not what we thought. We needed a place asap at 7pm and Stephen was amazing and took us in! We loved his space. We are a family of introverts lol so it had plenty of space for each of us to get our space at the end of a hectic day. It’s an old house so there are squeaks and creaks but we loved it all the same. Being that it is old it’s a little chilly but we didn’t mind because he had plenty of bedding. The locks were moody but we always got in eventually. The neighbor upstairs was super helpful. It’s close to everything! Great stay we were in town for business so we had to run all over the place several times and it was quick and easy. Highly recommend.

John was a great host, welcoming my son and I into his home. There was a nice sense of community in the home filled with past travelers and stories. I much more prefer the experience of a home than staying in a stuffy hotel. The accommodations were the perfect size for my son and I, not having to cook breakfast was a huge bonus and it was very delicious. The area is walkable, sadly it was a little cold and snowy to venture out on foot. Will definitely stay again!

stayed here with our family. loved all the king beds for adults had baby bed, pack and play high chair perfect for babies games and entertainment for middle school kids. never stayed at rental before with so much food included too. close to and easy to get to mall America, zoo and Ikea

Monica could not have been more welcoming as a host. (I also briefly met Russell and Rebecca, who were also lovely, but the North Minneapolis property at which I stayed was mainly managed by Monica.) Along with ensuring my access to a variety of amenities (however experienced I may be as a traveler, I always forget things!), Monica also went "above and beyond" as I was dealing with a flare-up of a mobility-limiting condition, finding a heating pad for my use and taking me on pharmacy and grocery runs when I could not otherwise manage other transit. Moreover, she prioritized my well-being as an immunocompromised person by declining reservations from additional guests, absent their assurance in advance concerning their vaccination status. I found her highly knowledgeable about the area and a very caring, sincere human being overall.

Lisa was a wonderful host. She was very warm, and ensured that I had everything that I needed for my short stay. It was also a very peaceful home. I am grateful to have been able to stay.

Great host. let us check in early due to our fighting landing early. clean house, comfortable beds, close to food, groceries ,etc. close to downtown, the mall of america and airport only 20 mins away. nice quiet place to stay.

I was able to work from the kitchen table- where there was cereal, lots of cut up fruit and homemade mini muffins- which were delicious! They made the availability of the kitchen area open which was really appreciative. Super nice people. The bed was very comfortable and the tub was super deep- which was nice soak in. The neighborhood was beautiful! Walked many miles. easy access to the very inexpensive public transportations systems. Thanks for the opportunity to stay with your family.

There should be a category “Exceptional “ because that would describe my experience in every aspect! Welcoming, warm, nurturing, beautiful, luxurious, accommodating, respectful, charming. This describes the suite and the host, Michael Jon and Carl. I’m glad I was here during Christmas! The decorations, warmth of the fireplace, plate of Christmas cookies and cake were such a special treat! Bottle of wine ( my preference), coffee and tea service, yogurt and fruit, towel warmer in the bathroom ( ! ), super comfortable bed were all unexpected luxuries! I felt like I was in a European luxury hotel. Seriously! I highly recommend treating yourself to this place when you come to St. Paul. I’ll be referring family and friends here! Thank you again Michael Jon and Carl for your hospitality!

The stay at Liz & John’s Airbnb was incredible. The house was welcoming, and you feel at home immediately. They are great listeners and truly value Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. I have known Liz & John for many years as I used to have employees from out of state who have stayed with them regularly when on business trips. I recently went through some rough times and need a home to stay and found refuge at their humble and beautiful home. Liz and John are amazing hosts, and their breakfasts are prepared from the soul. They are like a family to me, and I am so grateful to them for making me feel so comfortable and welcomed. My stay happened to be over the thanksgiving holiday and was invited to join their family and friends for thanksgiving dinner. It was one of the best thanksgiving dinners I have ever had as Liz is a master chef. May God bless them both as they continue to help so many that needs a warm bed and welcoming home to stay.
