This place was perfect. The cabin was spacious. We loved the full kitchen and the hot tub with the river view. Not in the middle of town but right outside of it. Absolutely would come again.

Cute and rustic little cabin. Kitchen very well-outfitted with cooking supplies and utensils (+ coffee maker, toaster, etc.) made preparing food very easy. We enjoyed sitting at the solid kitchen table and looking out the big windows at the nearby hills and low mountains. We also spent hours chatting/lounging in front of the airtight insert in the fireplace; it seemed small at first, but really put out the heat and was easy to start and keep going with relatively little wood. Hot-tub was a total treat: clean, smelled good, nice and hot, easy to access, with moderate privacy (nearby cabins were vacant). Setting was lovely, with beautiful scattered pine trees including several large shade trees over deck. Elements in the cabin were a bit dated, the whole cabin could use a coat of paint, and the long stairs could make access an issue. We were two adult couples, and had to flip a coin to see who got the small room with double bed and separate bath vs king with en-suite. All as advertised!

The cabin was exactly as shown in photos and as described. The hot tub was wonderfully clean and the kitchen was well stocked and even included some spices and cooking oil, which we appreciated. Bonuses were the movie and music selection, as well as being very easy to find and gain entry. We would totally come back for another stay if given the opportunity!

Absolutely loved it! Was everything we had hoped for and more. Extremely clean and well maintained. Hope to come back next year if not sooner.

The place was great! We were there for a few days and were even able to last minute extend our trip! House had everything we needed to cook aswell as entertain and enjoy ourselves.

Off the beaten path but near everything! The pictures matched the property. The kitchen is very well stocked with all the utensils and cookware needed. Beds were comfy. The yard is huge, perfect for the dog! Hot tub was awesome! The host were pleasant and very informative. Even though we live fairly close, it was just enough get away, to relieve life's stress. Thank you

Amazing place to stay. Very cozy and clean, it felt like home away from home! The hot tub was a huge hit! Communication with the hosts was smooth and prompt! We will definitely stay here again!

we loved staying at Ali & Mike's cabin. All of their instructions were easy to follow, the space was clean, it's in a great location, and reasonably priced for the area. Also, you can rent snowshoes and board games at the canteen. Thanks for a great weekend!

Noelle was an awesome host. Her home is an adorable cabin like atmosphere with a newer kitchen completely stocked with anything you could ever need. It is walking distance to the lake and has a beautiful deck and gas grille. Beds are very comfortable as well as pillows. Neighborhood is safe, however some homes are beautiful and others are a bit run down. This home was perfect for our needs. She also welcomes dogs and our golden retriever absolutely loved being able to go down to the lake so easily. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Noelle

This was the perfect home base for our several day mountain getaway! Yvonne was very flexible with allowing us an early check in to beat the snow storm on our arrival day. It was an easy drive to spend a day in Boulder and to get to a few great local hikes! We would absolutely come back to stay again!

This cabin was perfect for two couples and could have held more. It is in an ideal location for winter fun in RMNP and/or Winter Park area. It was cozy, clean, and charming. We would definitely stay here again. The kitchen was well equipped for making meals, and the small fenced area in back was great for our pup.

This cabin was perfect for all 9 of us! Zedi responded timely and even offered early check in! He also allowed us to push check out due to scheduling however it all worked out! Kitchen was stocked, snowshoes were provided, enough towels, even some condiments in the fridge! I will say the driveway was a little slippery with it being winter but nothing that put a damper on our trip. Definitely recommend a 4x4 vehicle! All in all it was a success! thank you!

WOW this place was absolutely breathtaking. We woke up in the morning to snow capped mountains in the distance and a river rolling near the cabin. The cabin was exceptionally clean. The hot tub was phenomenal and I could not think of better caretakers of the land and the cabins than Lee and his wife they are truly truly wonderful people.

We loved the cabin! So cute and clean, just the perfect place for a quick stop on our trip! Christopher is doing a fantastic job!

This place was perfect for our stay. James was very responsive and helpful as we had questions about the road. He had the place warm for us and we had a great time!

Had a great and cozy stay here for only a short night -- the cabin looks small from the outside but is actually quite spacious. It has everything you would need to enjoy a night in Livermore, plus it's right behind Rigby's, a pretty great restaurant and local hangout.

Laura‘s place was absolutely perfect! We stayed there over Christmas holiday. The house was decorated for Christmas, which was so lovely. The amenities were abundant! I was able to cook a Christmas dinner with no problems. Everyone enjoyed their stay and we’ve already talked about wanting to go back. I would highly recommend this place any time of year!

A beautiful location on the river!

This is our second stay at the little red cabin and we are already planning our return trip. The space is cozy, clean, well-appointed and centrally located. Cathy couldn’t be a better host! Lots of games to choose from, the kitchen is well stocked and there’s a family of deer that walk by each morning. Don’t hesitate to book!
