Lovely spacious cottage for two (which is also perfectly set up for dogs) right above a popular beach at Portwrinkle. Beautiful location and very convenient for anyone wanting to get away to Cornwall with their dogs. It’s very close to the beach which is dog friendly (but gets quite busy) or there are local headland path walks. Cottage had a comfy king sized bed and pretty much everything you need for a few days away. Plenty of localish (drive required) choice if you want to eat out and everything you need if you want to eat in. Large parking space right outside the front door makes unpacking very easy.

We had a wonderful 3 nights at Sarah's lovely cottage in Polruan! The cottage is in a really nice location, with a lovely view across the estuary to Fowey from the lounge and main bedroom. The ferry across to Fowey is every 10 to 15 minutes where there are several pubs, restaurants, shops etc. There are also a couple of pubs in Polruan, plus a little grocery store and bakery. The walks around the estuary and nearby coast are fabulous! It is best to follow Sarah's advice and park in the car park at the top of the hill as the roads in the village are quite narrow. All in all a lovely cottage in a quaint village with easy access to Fowey and we would thoroughly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thanks for a lovely stay (and the complimentary bottle of wine which was a nice touch)!🙂

Drift Cottage is an amazing place. When we were there we did not manage to get outside and enjoy the space, that was just due to time constraints on our part - things to do people to see. Had we been at Drift Cottage longer we would have used the BBQ (spotless) and the outdoor areas which were plentiful. The cottage is as described and more, spotless and full of interesting things; you could spend a day looking and reading... The local pubs and restaurants/Cafes (the ones we used) were all friendly and the food/drink quality. A shout out to the Boringdon Arms (out of the top door and up the steps), the Clovelly Bay Inn (out of the top door turn right and walk 200 yards) and the Jennycliff Cafe with its wonderful views. The boat to Plymouth was great but we were stumped a bit when we went down to catch it only to see a notice stating there were no crossings between 12:30 and 14:15 due to the low tide. Just be aware if looking to use the boat when it stops during the day.

I adore this place. The house is larger than it seems in the photos. Three beautiful seating areas, all with sea views. An enormous kitchen and well stocked kitchen. Washing machine and tumble dryer are very handy. A really beautiful ensuite bedroom. The childrens attic room offers lots of fun for the children. I loved the coastal walks and the wild sea. I hope we come back soon. X

A great picturesque location, overlooking the river. Perfect for walks and just a short drive to many beaches. Inside it was very clean with modern appliances and a comfy bed. The welcoming biscuits and milk were a nice touch. While Bee was very friendly and on hand, if needed for any suggestions of good local places to visit and eat. We would definitely stay again.

Unfortunately we only had two nights in this amazing apartment. We could have easily stayed much longer, the location and the views could not be beaten. The bed and bedding was worth noting too, so comfortable!! Thank you so much Lucy, we had a great time!

Absolutely fabulous place! Listing was accurate, instructions were clear, and the location and apartment were superb. Would stay again and hope to be back! Love this area and the privacy that the apartment afforded on the balcony was peaceful. Nicki was a fantastic host and so responsive!

The place is beautiful with a very calm and peaceful aura. The views from the place are stunning and the amenities are in place for rainy days and sunny days alike. From the comfort of the bed, to the kitchen, the squeaky clean bathrooms to the little sailors placed in cosy corners, this place is clearly built with care and it is evident. It is best suited for young families who want to spend some quality time with nature and each other. The walk to the beach is literally 1-2 mins from the property. The beautiful sound of chirping of birds early morning from the balcony is something you don’t want to miss :) 10 stars for the house with a stunning sunset view.

Pam’s communications are outstanding. Loved the site, the caravan was a great base and everything that you needed. Beach was stunning. The staff on the site were super friendly. The only downside is the caravan was at the top of the hill which could be a problem for people with mobility issues, but for our family it wasn’t a problem. Would definitely return

This apartment is absolutely beautiful. The location is amazing and to wake up with that view and then walk out onto the balcony was special. The decking area and seating and cushions are lovely. Everything you need is in the apartment. Probably too far for me to walk into Salcombe but the ferry is steps away and it’s a great way to arrive into the town (check out the dates for the ferry cos it stops for the winter). We ate at the Crab Shed which was very good; you should book a table if you want to go. We will definitely go back if we can. Loved it!!

This stay was perfect for us, Emily's apartment was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. The apartment is in an excellent location, in a beautiful position and has the added bonus of a carparking space. I would fully recommend this apartment, we had a wonderful time. Thank you Emily.

Really enjoyed our stay and would love to return. Chalet had everything we could have needed and more. Easy to access and very clear instructions on how to get to the property. Surrounding areas absolutely stunning and so peaceful and quiet. Cafe provided nice selection of food and drinks. Would recommend The Fisherman’s arms if you venture into Plymouth. Heather, as a host, was very responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate us with our last minute booking.

Heather's chalet is in a beautiful location, perfect for walks along the coastal path and strolls on the beach. The accommodation was clean, well equipped with everything we needed. Heather was quick to respond and resolve a problem we had with the heating. Would definitely recommend.

A delightfully quiet location, yet just a ten minute stroll to the bay and the two villages. Linda was there to greet me when I arrived which was very helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this cottage. Highly recommended.

This was our first experience of an Airbnb as a family of 7, and it was amazing, hosts were friendly, and always responded very quickly to any messages. House was perfect and felt very homely and cosy. Had everything you could ever want or need and the views were stunning. Will definitely be returning, thankyou so much.

Really spacious, warm and comfortable with fantastic views - convenient for the ferry, the shop and the pub and well placed for walks Beds were comfortable and the interior was stylish and pleasing - bigger than expected from the pictures and as good as any place we’ve rented in Polruan previously Beds just inside the entrance perhaps would make it less appealing to 6 adults but was fine for us as we were a smaller party and used the 2 other sizeable bedrooms William was a very good communicator and sorted an electrical problem we had very promptly (we didn’t notice where the fuse box was) Would definitely stay again!

I'm always a bigbury fan, and Raz's bell tent did not disappoint, spacious great views , not boxed in with neighbours, dog friendly, off grid (ish) , lovely artisan coffee and pizza truck on site. I will be back. if I could change one thing it would be few more knives and equipment in the kitchen but at a stretch that's a ni e to have as I loved the place and Raz is lovely

Fantastic location very close to the beach had everything you could ever want. Nice to know you can walk to Looe along the coast. Great views off the sea and beach from the villa.

What a super place to stay - we did a small friends weekend and it was perfectly set up. Beautiful views and the bar is incredible!
