Beautiful space in a lovely part of the world. Walkable to the coastline and the hot tub is a great touch.

Frank is very deserving of the Super-host moniker. He is an absolutely fantastic gentleman, who goes out of his way to make all his guests feel welcome, he is very quick to respond to messages and very accommodating and welcoming. The cottage is fitted out to a very high standard, with a feeling of luxury in every room. The views are absolutely amazing. It is a very quiet area to stay, in fact it is the quietest area I have ever stayed in. There is plenty to do around the cottage for those rainy days when you don't want to get out. It's a beautiful area, the small village is about a mile away, apart from that, it is pure farmland as far as the eye can see. If you are after a quiet, scenic holiday with a fabulous host, you cannot go wrong with The Views. A big thanks to Frank for all the hospitality he extended to myself and my family.

We had the pleasure of staying at Julian’s place for a short weekend with my partner and our dog, and it was truly a fantastic experience. We were looking for a unique and spacious home, and this property did not disappoint! The house is huge, with high ceilings and an incredibly comfortable atmosphere. The design is well thought out and perfectly complements its surroundings. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the home was easy to navigate. It made for the perfect getaway for the two of us. The village is just a short 5-minute walk downhill and around 8 minutes back up, making it very accessible. The private parking was also a huge plus. As someone who manages multiple Airbnbs in London and has a refined taste and high standards, I can confidently say that Julian’s home ticks all the boxes. We highly recommend it to all future guests!

We had such a lovely time staying at Claire & Marks cottage. It is in an absolutely breath taking location with many beautiful walks right on the doorstep. The cottage itself is stunning and was spotlessly clean throughout. It felt like home from home with absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The pictures really do not do this place justice! Claire went above and beyond to make my birthday extra special and we can’t thank you enough. Perfect home and a perfect place to stay! Thank you xx

A really beautiful location with plenty of privacy. The barn itself has been decorated really well and looks exactly like the pictures. The added touches of providing coffee, milk and even a tasty lemon drizzle cake were a welcome surprise. The guest information was really detailed and provided lots of information. The jacuzzi was always hot and ready to go when we arrived. A 40 minute drive from multiple beaches including Looe and Bude. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful and peaceful location, with great local walks. The cottage was very well equipped and comfortable. Loved sitting in the wood fired hot tub listening to the owls in the evenings. Louise and Andrew were great hosts and provided lots of little touches including leaving us some local eggs and milk and lighting the hot tub fire for us when we were out for a days walking. Definitely recommended.

Lovely week stay at Mill Cross House! Beautiful place, such picturesque views. The cottage was well maintained and very stylish. Very friendly and informative hosts. Reply very quickly, happy to help and offer suggestions. Lovely local pub just a 5 minute walk, delicious food and drink. So pretty as well! Fantastic location, very easy to get to any beach, country walk, boutique shops and nearby town or city. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Michelle’s cottage which had everything we needed for our short break. The cottage is very close to Looe which has lots of local shops and restaurants. We look forward to returning to Cornwall.

Had the loveliest secluded holiday in the cottage. Plenty of log burning nights and serenity. Exactly what I needed.

The cottage was homely, clean and well equipped with what we needed. My 2 year absolutely loved the animals and the play set outside the front. Gemma and Andy were lovely and so friendly to speak too when needed.

Overall a fantastic place to stay. Great location, easy to get to into Polperro and very clean. Everything you need for a few days away.

Upon arrival, we were greeted and given a tour. We felt very welcomed, and the cottage was lovely and cosy. The surroundings are idyllic and beautiful, with lots to do and see. We loved making use of the facilities, especially the games room and hot tub/swim spa. Kamila was very kind to share a personal experience with the cheeky goats and alpacas. Thank you for everything; we had a wonderful holiday.

This is a super place, in a quiet, peaceful location. The accommodation has been well thought through, absolutely everything you need is to hand, the kitchen is so well stocked with utensils it puts mine to shame! Thanks Paul!

Although Dawn was away when we stayed she gave us all the information we needed and her husband was always on hand if we wanted to ask anything. The house was beautiful with a lovely garden and fields behind. It was quiet and not overlooked. Every thing we needed was there, including dog treats and bowls. We had a welcome pack of milk, fresh bread and biscuits which was much appreciated. The surrounding countryside was beautiful and the house is in a convenient place to visit many places. We would definitely stay again

Absolutely beautiful cottage and garden in a fabulous part of Cornwall. We loved everything about the cottage - very well equipped and the beds were really comfortable. The kids loved the swings, slide and trampoline and all the quirky paths! The beach was close by and several gorgeous fishing villages. The scenery is stunning, the locals are friendly and the weather was fantastic! The narrow roads took a little bit of getting used to but they also added to the charm! We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and will definitely recommend Blanches Cottage to our family and friends.

The cottage was perfect for our family. Great location with parking and the added bonus of a hot tub. Lovely restaurants and places to visit . Fireworks on New Year’s Eve were fantastic.

Hannah and Ivor really helpful and friendly. Lovely setting. Children loved being able to forage and see the wildlife. Perfect. Peaceful.

In one word, heavenly. A Family or small group trip to explore anywhere around Devon, this is definitely a place for you —at a good bargain as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. Modern house with state of the art facilities, wash rooms were great, large island kitchen with a befitting diner stood out for us. All beds and beddings were so so comfortable. Simply felt like home. Hosts Robert and Jane were great with communication so we didn’t need to call the host at any point as everything was as described. They also recommended places around, some of which were 100% for us. We would recommend a trip to Salcombe obviously as it’s a 20+ mins drive, explore the beautiful town, trip to north & south sands via the ferry and enjoy the lovely oceanic view. Highly recommend a visit to Crab Shell inn in Kingsbridge, don’t miss a trip to Torquay Marina, about 40mins drive from Goveton. Need to add that the roads to the village are narrow but in all, great experience!

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely cottage. Even with a 3 year old and an 8 week old I managed to get some time to relax on the patio, watching the lambs play and just listening to birds singing. Truly wonderful! We really lucked out with some lush weather and spent a couple of days playing in the pool, my daughter absolutely loved it! It was a warm enough temperature for her to play around quite happily most of the day! And it was just us there all day! I loved the attention to detail having a little drinks fridge there too, great idea! We'd love to come and visit again one day! Thanks again for a lovely few days!

Fantastic homely cottage which was perfect for us. Very comfortable and clean. It's in a very rural setting and was lovely and peaceful. The host sent us very clear instructions and a map in advance so it wasn't difficult to find.

We loved our stay at Victoria’s place. She was very flexible & understanding when our plans changed unexpectedly - even offering us extra time at the cottage if we needed it. We couldn’t have asked for a more responsive host. The cottage is lovely, so cosy and homely, especially in the cold winter weather. Everything is clean and neat, and feels very new. Everything we needed was provided, and more - some delightful treats were left for us and we felt thoroughly spoilt.

A lovely place to stay in amazing surroundings. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking Plymouth Sound is an absolute must. Compact accommodation with beautiful original features. Everything you could need to enjoy a break and more.

Cottage cosy & warm, plenty of space, good enclosed garden for our dogs , plenty of parking space, Hosts very welcoming & friendly, nothing was too much trouble, surrounding area great for walking, places of interest easily accessible.
