Very cosy and central accommodation. Very well equipped with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Only slight downside was ease of parking. We hope to return sometime.

Freyas place is absolutely stunning inside and out. We loved every minute of our stay, helped by the gorgeous weather we had. The views are quite incredible, it is so quiet, and the inside is very cosy and comfortable. What a treat it was. We can’t wait to come back! What a gem. It must be the best cabin on Freathy Cliff!

Stayed here over the New Year period and it was perfect. Great location, the sea view was spectacular and the log burner was a great addition given the cold weather. Local pubs were so friendly and food was great. Will definitely return, thank you.

Thank you Guy for having us stay in your lovely home. It was definitely a home from home experience with every need and requirement met. Although the weather wasn’t very kind to us during our stay, we managed to find lots to do from your guide books, which were a godsend. I must also mention what a lovely surprise it was to find the Cornish welcome hamper when we arrived, much appreciated. It’s also great the attention you have given to dogs that stay at your home. Our two dogs loved the secure garden enclosure and we could relax knowing that they were safe outside. The stair gates keeping the dogs downstairs are a great idea too. Thank you for a lovely stay. We loved every part of our stay at The Nest, Swallow's Flight. Lucia was the perfect host and welcoming from the out set providing useful accommodation info, a welcome guide and detailed arrival instructions. On arrival we felt immediately at home from the chalk written welcome sign and thoughtful extras including tasty local cookies, Salcombe chocolate, a lovely bottle of Cava and the most delicious (and most local milk) we have ever had from Coleridge Farm next door. Every detail had been thought of in the design and layout from guides, maps, to wood for the fire and toiletries and kitchen items, everything we should need or want. We felt so comfortable and cosy during our stay and couldn't have chosen a better place to spend our Anniversary. I already miss the gorgeous window seat with cosy sheepskin, cushions and sunlight streaming in, the perfect seat for the morning coffee whilst bird watching! We only wished we had booked longer but hope to come return!

Straight up, we wanted a beautiful, cosy, private beach-front stay... with views of the ocean... and that's exactly what we got. The cabin was cosy and warm... and we settled in immediately. We had a lazy stay - we went to nearby Kingsand and Cawsand for an explore but every other day we were either outside on the deck or inside reading, cooking, relaxing. Either way, we LOVED watching sunrises and sunsets and storms. Katrina was always available to communicate with and VERY responsive. And she speaks fluent Australian.

Another great stay at David’s place. You cannot beat the central location & the cottage has all you need for a fab stay. Excellent communication as always from David.

Had a comfortable stay at Julie's. Julie was really helpful and friendly. It's a great area, with so many places to visit as well as great local walks. I booked it so that I could easily visit Salcombe, Bigbury on Sea, Thurlestone etc. Great location!
