Όμορφο περιβάλλον, πολύ όμορφη θέα, και αρκετα οικονομικό

Ev Kavala'nın en güzel yerindeydi.Konumu harikaydı.Old town, iskele,market,cafe ve restoranlara yürüme mesafesindeydi.Ev çok temiz ve moderndi. Balkon ve terasındaki manzara muhteşemdi.Çok memnun kaldık.

Das Apartment lag für uns perfekt. Wir sind jeden Tag zum DISFF, dem Kurzfilmfestival, alle Spielorte waren sehr gut erreichbar. Das Haus verfügt über einen Aufzug, was hilfreich ist, da das Apartment im 4. Stock liegt. Obwohl mitten drin, war es nachts ruhig. Wir hätten uns WLAN gewünscht. Das Bett ist 1,40 breit und die Schlafcouch ca. 1,20 x 1,80 - es gibt also genug Schlafplatz. Man findet viele Cafés in der Nähe, die alle guten Kaffee machen. Das Apartment verfügt über eine gute Klimaanlage und eine Waschmaschine, beides ein großes Plus für uns. Es gibt eine gute Küche mit großem Kühlschrank. Allerdings fehlen scharfe Messer oder eine Pfanne. Wir haben nie gekocht, da wir viel unterwegs waren. Essengehen war für uns sehr günstig und super lecker. Auch für Personen, die sich vegan ernähren, findet man immer etwas Leckeres zu essen. Wir empfehlen Sofias Apartment sehr gerne weiter.

Πολύ όμορφο και καθαρό διαμέρισμα, ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες!! Ο κ. Παρασκευάς πολύ εξυπηρετικός!

Apartament superb, foarte bine mobilat si echipat cu toata tehnica necesara. Pozitionat perfect foarte aproape de parc, port, magazine, farmacii.....absolut tot de ce aveti nevoie. Gazda foarte politicoasa si in general, calatorind pentru prima data in Grecia am ramas cu impresii bune. Sigur v-om mai reveni in viitor!

Great apartment! We were family of 4 and the apartment was more than brilliant for us. There’s fully equipped kitchen, but we use it for breakfast and coffee. Kavala have one of the best places for dinner so definitely need to be explored. One of our favourite beaches (Batis) is very close to the apartment. Apartment itself was very clean, spacious and air conditioned. We was with car so there’s plenty of space in front of the building for park, so that was a big plus. Communication and everything went perfect. Thank you Despoina and see you again 😊

Our stay at Artemis Nectaria's place was great overall!! The place was cozy, clean and modern. Also, it was even more spacious that what we expected from the pictures.The bedroom was spacious with a really comfortable bed and a smartTV. Finally, our host was great , helpful and always available to assist us.

Close to the center of everything, but just far enough away for the peaceful tranquility one would find perfect enough to cherish. 10 minute walk at most.

All very well! The only minus was that there is only one bathroom for all three bedrooms.

Страхотно място страхотна гледка към залива на Кавала. Много добри и отзивчиви хора са хазяйте. Силно препоръчвам.

Ευχαριστούμε μέσα από την καρδιά μας τους οικοδεσπότες μας την κυρία Μαρία και τον κύριο Σταύρο που συνέβαλαν ώστε να περάσουμε τόσο όμορφα τις μέρες των διακοπών μας στην περιοχή!Ήταν όλα τέλεια, το σπίτι πολύ ωραίο, πεντακάθαρο, ευρύχωρο, άρτια εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειάζεται κανείς για μια άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή και με έναν περιβάλλοντα χώρο εξίσου πολύ όμορφο, με έναν κήπο καταπληκτικό με δέντρα και λουλούδια, σκέτος παράδεισος!Το χωριό επίσης πολύ όμορφο, σε πολύ βολικό σημείο, κοντά στην Καβάλα και στις παραλίες της περιοχής.Και φυσικά οι ίδιοι οι οικοδεσπότες εξαιρετικοί άνθρωποι, καλόκαρδοι, απόλυτα συνεννοήσιμοι και αξιαγάπητοι!Περάσαμε τέλεια, χαλαρώσαμε και απολαύσαμε τις ομορφιές της περιοχής, και δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα!Συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα την διαμονή σε οποιονδήποτε και φυσικά θα επιδιώξουμε και για εμάς και άλλη διαμονή στο μέλλον!

Kusursuza yakın bir konaklama deneyimi geçirdik , eve geldiğimizde çok soğuktu ancak klimalar sorunsuz çalışıyordu ve kısa zamanda ev ısındı. Her şey tertemiz ve ev sahibi tarafından düşünülmüştü. Çok teşekkürler!

Merhaba Ev sahibimiz, ev, evin konumu, önümüzdeki plaj her şey çok güzel 10/10 fakat evde bazı eksikler vardı. Elektrik süpürgesinin kırık oluşu, çünkü süpürmek gerekiyor.mutfakta her şey olmasına rağmen hiç tava ve tencere olmaması biraz tatsız oldu kendi yemeğimizi pişiremedik türk kahvesi pişirmek için hiç bir şey yoktu. Deri koltukta yatmak imkansızdı bu yüzden küçük kızım bizimle yatak odasında yatmak zorunda kaldı onun dışında her şey çok güzeldi

Everything was great, the apartment in the center, clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you may need while travelling. John is really helpful and always there for you! We will be back one day soon...

Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία! Η Νόπη είναι εξαιρετική οικοδέσποινα, μας βοήθησε σε όλα και ήταν πρόθυμη σε ό, τι ζητήσαμε! Πολύ όμορφο και περιποιημένο διαμέρισμα, άνετο, με καλαίσθητη διακόσμηση...Όμορφή αυλή με ησυχία και ωραία θέα που συνδυάζει θάλασσα και πράσινο! Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα!

Amazing apartment, we we're really positively surprised as we didn't expect to be so pleasant. It is very clean, spacious, there is everything you might need. Very spacious parking behind a gate. The beach is literary a few steps from the apartment and people say it's the better part of the beach. Huge terrace though it's on the ground it is very nice.

Το διαμέρισμα του Αναστάσιου είναι ακριβως όπως και στην περιγραφή. Πάνω στον παραλιακό, πεντακάθαρο και ανακαινισμένο. Ο ίδιος είναι φανταστικό άτομο κ θα ήθελα να προτείνω το κατάλυμα του σε όποιον είναι να έρθει στην Καβάλα. Την επόμενη φορά πάλι στον ίδιο θα μείνω καθως δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση καν να κοιτάξω κάτι άλλο. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα. Φιλικά, Αναστάσης / Anastasios’s apartment is exactly as described. On the coastal road, very clean and newly renovated. Himself is an amazing guy and I would like to suggest his accommodation to whomever is about to or is interested in visiting Kavala, Greece. Η διαμονή μου στο κατάλυμα ήταν απλά υπέροχη! Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος, άνετος και πλήρως εξοπλισμένος με όλα όσα χρειαζόμουν για να περάσω ευχάριστα. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική – κοντά σε σημεία ενδιαφέροντος αλλά και αρκετά ήσυχη για να ξεκουραστώ. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλόξενος και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειάστηκα, δίνοντάς μου και πολύ χρήσιμες τοπικές συμβουλές. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσω ξανά στο μέλλον!

The place is a whole first floor of a three floor house. There is a private yard for the guests with a large palm, lots of space to play, a hammock and a big round table for lunches outdoors. Indoors the house has a living room area, bed area well isolated from the kitchen and dining space by a portable wall, a bedroom with large double bed and lots of wardrobes and a bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped, with everything you need for cooking at home. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, we found both ergonomic and regular pillows. The house is in very quiet area and has outer blinds on all windows so sleeping is great there! There are nice touches and handmade decorations everywhere that made us feel at home! But the best experience was meeting and talking with Vladimiros parents. They are such a nice people, very welcoming and kid friendly. Sofia had prepared a meal for us when we arrived and cooked a great breakfast once. Iordanis took care of us when there was an issue with the water supply in Palio - he switched on the water tank the house has and even brought us a dozen of water bottles! The dog is also lovely, our son liked to play with it a lot :-) Will definitely consider staying at the house again if we visit Palio.

Ζεστός, καθαρός και πολύ φιλόξενος χώρος, υπήρχαν όλες οι απαιτούμενες παροχές αλλά και επιπλέον για να κάνουν την διαμονή μας ευχάριστη και άνετη. Θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε!!

Merhaba, Beklentilerimizin üzerinde bir konaklamaydı. Ev sahibi bizimle çok güzel iletişim kurdu. Dairede konaklamayı kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Bölge hakkında verdiği bilgiler bizi memnun etti. Ev sahibi ve eşinin kızımı düşünerek yapmış olduğu kurabiyeler için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Biz çok mutlu ayrıldık.

Maria was amazing host. She is really kind and always ready to help. The studio was cozy and had everything we needed.
