You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. We’ve stayed as a family of 4 and our dog in Alen’s house. The house itself and Puntera are very cozy and peaceful. You will find everything that you need in the house - great kitchen and bathrooms, own backyard with parking place. And since we were on a car, the location worked perfectly for us. It’s quite close to everything and felt very comfortable on return after all-day driving through Istria beaches and surroundings. Alen and Manuela are very friendly, give us recommendations and advise things when we’ve asked for. All in all it’s a great place to stay for a family and I would definitely love to return again.

We had a great week staying at the family run apartment . A warm welcome by our hosts Ivan and Selena . A relaxing place to be with a great terrace and view on the bay . Beach , center and restaurants all a short walk away. We have been looked after really well. Thanks !

Man kommt an und fühlt sich sofort wohl. Ein wunderbarer, friedlicher, sehr ruhiger Platz mit einem ganz besonderen Flair. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet und bietet alles was man sich nur wünschen kann. Der Garten ist ein Traum und man ist umgeben von einem wunderschönen Wald. Dies war sicher einer der besten Unterkünfte, die ich je gebucht habe. Dies ist so ein Platz, den man am liebsten nie verlassen möchte. Das Dorf Griziane mit einem Geschäft und eine kleine Bar ist nicht weit vom Haus und man ist in 10 Minuten in Grikvenica am Hausstrand wo es etliche Restaurants und Geschäfte gibt. Wir haben sehr viel unternommen und sehr viele Erkundungen gemacht und es war jedes Mal wunderschön an diesen besonderen Platz zurück zu kehren. Maya war sehr reaktionsschnell und sehr nett und sympathisch und sie hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Danke Maja für diese ganz besondere Oase der Ruhe . Wir werden auf jeden Fall zurückkehren . Die Unterkunft entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen. Gartenanlage (Olivenbaumgarten) und Pool waren sehr gepflegt und sauber und es war einfach schön. Abends kann man entspannt auf der Terasse grillen oder einen Spieleabend mit der Familie machen. Das Wohnzimmer ist groß und geräumig und man hat leicht zu 8 in dem Haus Platz. Die Kommunikation mit Fred hat durchgehend spitze funktioniert und auch Igor (Hausverwalter/Gartenpfleger) war sehr nett und hilfreich. Kurz gesagt: es war sehr schön und erholsam.

Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie 2 Erw. und 2 Teens (16+14) in der Unterkunft. Wir waren begeistert von der Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Das war genau das was wir wollten. Das Haus ist ist zwar klein,aber es reicht völlig aus. Alles ist schön dekoriert und platziert. Genau wie man den Bildern entnehmen kann. Das Außengelände ist einfach ein Traum. Bis in die kleinste Ecke durchdacht. Die Outdoor-Küche haben wir regelmäßig benutzt. Wir waren jetzt im Oktober dort und hatten auch noch gutes Wetter. ( durchschnittlich 22 Grad ☀️) Dadurch wurde der Pool und Whirlpool sehr gut genutzt. Die kleine Bucht ist auch einfach sehr schön. Wir haben dort einen ganzen Tag verbracht und waren ganz alleine. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur bestens empfehlen. Wir werden wieder kommen. 🫶🏻🇭🇷☀️

Notre hôte était très réactive et arrangeante : Merci Christiana Le logement était spacieux et très joliment agencé. La vue est vraiment magnifique et la piscine parfaite. Ravni est une belle destination, avec de très belles vues sur l'Adriatique, toutefois nous mettrions un bémol sur l'accessibilité des commerces (20min de route vers Labin).

Een enorm leuke ervaring, bij deze ontzettend lieve mensen. We kwamen met 5 personen en een baby hier terecht. We hadden ook nog een trailer met auto erop bij. (Was dat weekend een auto show in jadranovo) Het was even zoeken voor parkeerplaats last minut. Maar ze hebben zoveel moeite gedaan om ons een veilige parkeerplaats te geven. Ze zijn zelfs tot op kruispunt gekomen om ons de weg te wijzen. Het huisje zelf is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt om even te genieten op vakantie. Je hoeft ze maar te sturen en ze staan voor je klaar. Ze hadden zelfs een kinder zwembadje voor de baby gebracht. Wij hebben er zeker van genoten! De jacuzzi en het zwembad, waren dan ook wel een groot pluspunt. We zouden hier alleen al terug willen komen voor de mensen zelf. Het centrum van Rijeka viel wel wat tegen. Er was weinig te doen, vies en onverzorgd.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse, la disponibilité et la discrétion de Sandra et sa famille qui vit au dessus du logement. Celui-ci est très calme, bien agencé, la véranda donne sur les arbres et la terrasse est à l'ombre vers 12h. La cuisine est pratique et faire à manger pour 2 est un plaisir. (Le micro-onde nous a très peu manqué car il y a assez de casseroles) La région est agréable, on peut aller marcher en altitude vers Poklon quand il fait chaud (7° de moins qu'en bas)les chemins et petites routes sont à l'ombre de la forêt! Tous niveaux. L'ambiance des nombreuses plages est familiale, beaucoup d'enfants et de bébés, il y a souvent des arbres et elles sont à l'ombre des montagnes vers 17h, c'est super. L'eau y est chaude et très claire car pas de sable, c'est incroyable de pouvoir nager des heures au milieu de centaines de poissons. N'oubliez pas votre tuba! Nous sommes enchantés de ce 1er séjour en Croatie, nous espérons revenir un jour chez Sandra

Mieszkanie ma wszystko czego potrzebujesz. Świetne miejsce, przepiękna okolica, ale również świetna baza wypadowa, niedaleko do promu na wyspę Pag i mostu na wyspie Krk, niedaleko do plaży. Marija jest cudownym, uśmiechniętym gospodarzem, komunikatywnym i chętnym do pomocy.

Very comfortable little place, great interior design with local flare, fantastic location as far as feeling part of the waterfront social scene. Sunsets were beatuiful, parking is a quick 2 minute walk from the apartment (free in the winter). Finding out that the location had some historical significance to location was a bonus.

I visited Crikvenica off season, so Ankica graciously offered me a bigger apartment then originally booked. She was very friendly and accommodating… place was quiet, clean and had an amazing view…

Uredno i čisto. Domaćini izlazili u susret. Jedini problem je parking, ali je navedeno u opisu.

Our stay at Zdenko's place in Opatija was absolutely exceptional! The house is modern, spacious, and very practically furnished. We found everything we could possibly need – from a hairdryer, iron, microwave, oven, to even a crib and toys for our one-year-old daughter. The on-site pool was an added bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable. Our small dog was also warmly welcomed by the hosts and had no trouble joining us on our vacation. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and always ready to help in any situation. They even surprised my wife with a small gift for her birthday, which made our stay even more special. We felt right at home. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

Had a wonderful time even with almost zero temperature and gusty winds. Easy to find, very close to mall and restaurants. Host was excellent to ensure all my needs were met!

Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche in dem wunderbaren Spa-Appartement genossen. Die Begrüßung durch Filip war sehr nett, unkompliziert und uns wurde alles erklärt. Frische Blumen, Obst, brennende Kerzen und gekühlter Prosecco sorgten dafür, dass wir uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig und umfangreich. Filip war immer für Fragen und Probleme erreichbar. Der Außenbereich mit tollem Pool, Whirlpool, Tennisplatz und dem einmaligen Blick auf die Kvaner Bucht war wirklich unser Highlight. Ein toller Ort zum Relaxen. Obwohl in dem Gebäude noch weitere Wohnungen sind, wurde Privatsphäre groß geschrieben. Die Eigentümer, welche im oberen Bereich und nebenan wohnen, verhielten sich fast unsichtbar und auch von dem Appartement unten drunter merkte man nicht viel. Wir können das Objekt wärmstens empfehlen.

Vielen Dank, dass wir in den Genuss dieser unfassbaren Unterkunft kommen durften. Noch viel unfassbarer war die Aussicht. Einfach unglaublich. Alles war rundum perfekt. Irena war sehr freundlich und hat uns zum Abschied noch eine süße Tasse geschenkt. Sanja, ihre Assistentin vor Ort war auch sehr nett und hat uns alles sehr gut erklärt. Jederzeit wieder!!

Das Apartment ist ganz nett und wir hatten alles was wir brauchen. Es liegt auf einem Berg aber das war okay weil wir einfach mit dem Auto hinunter gefahren sind um zum Meer zu kommen und kostenlos an der Straße geparkt haben. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit.

Wir waren rund um zufrieden. Am besten hat mir die Aussicht gefallen. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Promenade, von wo man schön lange an der Küste spazieren kann und Restaurants sind auch direkt erreichbar.

The time at Damir's flat was very nice. We received a very nice welcome when we arrived. The house and the balcony were very nicely furnished and very clean, so you immediately feel at home. It was also dog friendly accommodation. We couldn't have asked for anything better, are very happy and would definitely recommend it!
