This is a great apartment if you want to be near Temple Bar area. Many good restaurants and convenience stores. We would do it again without hesitation.

Flew my parents in for an AC/DC concert, as my Dad had seen them 44 years ago. Stayed at Andreas & Justin's place. Well good lord it was absolutely perfect. Unreal spot. Host is an absolute legend. Cannot stress that enough. The only thing he didn't do for me was physically carry me to the apartment. Gave me fantastic recommendations, he is the man. Stay at this spot. Stay with this host, it was all perfect.

The apartment was spotless and modern, conveniently located near UCD where my niece was attending. Very nice bathroom with great shower and heated floors; was peaceful and quiet with comfortable beds. Excellent Airbnb!

Very friendly host and very helpful, the apartment very spacious and comfortable and very clean, with nice Tv ,including satellite dishes, that's i can watch many tv stations, highly recommended .

This was the perfect location for us- I was able to walk anywhere in Dublin (both north and south sides of The River Liffey) while my husband was 3 minute walk from the convention centre. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, including a washing machine. It felt safe and was very close to many coffee shops, some restaurants, grocery stores and other attractions. Highly recommend this airbnb- host was responsive and easy to communicate with. Apartment was clean and comfortable.

Muy buena estancia y ubicación, con Ruani tuvimos una conversación bastante activa en todo momento, un apartamento bueno, bastante acogedor aunque con algunos detalles a mejorar, como el tener en el baño un enchufe para poder calentar el baño, el cual se encontraba bastante frío en todo momento, o mejorar el colchón. Por lo demás todo perfecto, el resto de la casa bastante bien, la calefacción funcionaba perfectamente al igual que la bomba de calor portátil. Además, el anfitrión nos facilitó desayuno, leche, cereales, entre otros. Todo tipo de utensilios en la cocina y toallas en perfecto estado. Muy Recomendable.

My friend group came to stay in Dublin for two days, and this was the perfect place for us because it was close to the city but still in a quiet area.

Séjour parfait chez Karleen, Nous étions deux, chacun dans une chambre. Mais la maison peut accueillir 2 couples sans souci. Stillorgan village à 2 minutes. Bus à 2 minutes (fait partie des lignes fonctionnant la nuit, merci Dublin) Je retournerai chez Katleen si j'ai la chance de retourner à Dublin.

Perfect location for any visit to Dublin. Public transport on your doorstep. Peaceful and safe location. We would highly recommend.

L'appartement est très agréable, bien situé pour atteindre le centre-ville à pied tout en restant dans un quartier très calme. Il est très propre, très fonctionnel et suffisamment spacieux pour 4 ou 5 personnes ! Petite note pour les personnes au sommeil léger : l'appartement jouxte des lignes de tram que l'on entend beaucoup, surtout le matin. Des boules quiès peuvent régler le problème !

Exactly as advertised, this property is opulent. Spacious, secluded, quiet, loaded with all needed amenities, close to Clontarf Castle and close enough to the city centre as well. We have simply nothing but good things to say about this fine property, as it is among the finest we have ever stayed in during our various world travels, save perhaps the Villa in Caddenabia on Lake Como in 2023. You always get a little more if willing to pay a bit more, but in this instance, you get a lot more for just a little more.

Very convenient location to UCD and to the train…lots of space, quiet neighborhood location

We had an amazing stay at Charlenes’ house. She welcomed us with beverages, snacks and even fresh flowers on the table making us feel at home. The house is very comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen; location is great with lots of restaurants, grocery stores at walking distance and many bus stops at 1-2minutes walk to reach city center. Overall highly recommend for a beautiful stay in Dublin.

We had a lovely 3nights stay here. Everything was as described. Simon was great! So friendly & helpful! The kids and ourselves loved the ping pong game, found in a box of board games and quizzes! And my daughter loved the swing! Me & my son loved sitting in the corner of the garden in the mornings and enjoy a coffee. Would def recommend Simon & his home 😁

Really lovely presented apartment, comfortable and clean. Having en suites in every room was really handy. Lorraine communicated all instructions well and was really nice. Highly recommend. Tram stop close, easy for taxis and ideal for larger groups happy for short commute to town.

Very convenient to walk to all the tourist attractions and fun areas of the city. The split/combined double bed options made for an easy set up to stay here with teenage kids

Great stay. You can't beat the location. Step outside the door and your in the temple bar district. The unit was good as well. Just as described and pictured. Plenty of room for a couple looking to explore Dublin. We also felt secure even though it is located in the middle of everything. With location does come expensive parking. If you're driving a car then you'll have to pay up for parking (just as you will for any stay in the area). There is a parking deck a couple blocks away. The host was very responsive and proactively sent videos showing how to check in and operate things. Overall, great stay. Skip the hotels and stay here.

Abidin was a fantastic host and the little extras he provided were very thoughtful. The flat was in a great location. Walkable to everything but far enough away from the louder nightlife. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The instructions were really comprehensive and clear. I got a clear mental picture of the apartment from the photographs and the instructions. Maria and Andre were very easy to reach and very promptly picked up and replied to messages. Access by car and by foot to all the places we needed to go was really easy. The apartment, the block and the neighbourhood were all very nice and felt safe and secure. Most important, Maria and Andre were very welcoming and the apartment felt like a home, even for the few days we spent there. We hope to return there on our future visits to Dublin. We certainly would recommend the hosts and the apartment.

This was a great place for our family to stay while we explored Dublin. It was a unique and nicely decorated apartment. Pretty easily walkable to all the places we wanted to check out the room. Layout worked well for us, but I would be cautious of the spiral staircase for anyone with small childrenor those with mobility issues. We would totally rent here again.

Amazing place! Thanks David! Very nice to be out of the touristy areas. Great coffee a short walk away at Brindle, not to mention the French press in the kitchen! The Indian restaurant downstairs was amazing! Great walk/jog path along the canal a block away. I hope to get to visit again! Aloha!
