Billy and Trish were great hosts! The area is perfect if you’re needing to stay close to campus and downtown Austin isn’t far either. There’s a few cute restaurants and breakfast places within walking distance as well if you’re in the need to do some exploring. 10/10 would stay with them again. Thanks guys!

Gina’s home was very comfortable, from the cozy couch, well equipped kitchen, to the comfy beds. The floor plan is open, bright and fresh. It’s less than 10 minutes from an HEB and easily accessible to I-35. My family enjoyed staying here, even the four-legged ones.

The backyard was just lovely, the koi pond made for a beautiful respite after long days. So beautifully decorated felt just like home.

We stayed at Mikes place for our son’s wedding. It was just beautiful! Very spacious! Home was spotless! Mike had a fully stocked kitchen. The backyard was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again on our many trips back. Many thanks for your kindness.

We recently stayed at this amazing Airbnb with our group of 18 (4 families, including 8 adults and 10 kids), and it exceeded all expectations! The house was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials, including new coffee machines that were a big hit. The living areas were cozy and perfect for spending time together, with smart TVs and board games that kept everyone entertained. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and thoughtfully stocked with toiletries and fresh linens. The big driveway was a huge plus, as it easily accommodated our 4 large SUV trucks. The attention to detail in this home made our stay so enjoyable, and it’s clear the hosts put in a lot of effort to make their guests feel welcome. We’re already planning our next visit and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this place for large groups or families looking for a perfect getaway!

Our group of 5 colleagues had a great stay. The host, Sue, was exceptionally communicative and proactive and we thought the value during a peak demand season was really wonderful. I really enjoyed the backyard space for sitting out in the mornings. We had everything we needed and any questions or unexpected needs we came across the host Sue addressed super promptly. Highly recommend.

Marguerite's place was just as described! Very private, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a quiet weekend getaway. Marguerite was quick and responsive when it came to our questions and needs. My husband and I will definitely be booking again.

This rental was exactly what I was looking for & the hosts were just as great. Always responsive and super helpful from the moment we booked to the moment we checked out. Their home was super clean and made us feel right at home. Perfect for a couple looking for a getaway or somewhere to stay on vacation. Great location if you want the best of both worlds of Austin , enjoy the outdoors and still be accessible to downtown Austin. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed here to go to MotoGP races at COTA and it was perfect. Easy to get to all highways and close to downtown as well. Had bars and restaurants that were walkable for us each night. Would definitely recommend.

Nice private location. The unit has everything you need. Nice kitchen living room combo. The loft is fine but for those who have limited mobility it would not be appropriate. The bath has a beautiful spa tub for those who love a deep luxurious bubble bath.

Rose was a great host! The place was just as nice as was shown with a great deck and view that made it feel like a treehouse. We stayed here as an alternative to the Omni for an event that was there - and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was mixed (sometimes easy, sometimes a bit pricey). But can't say enough about Rose as a host - she was great!

We came to Austin on a couples weekend and this was the perfect spot for us. So much to walk around and do. The apartment was fun and perfect for 4 people! Would stay here again.

A perfect place for a family stay. We enjoyed walks along nearby Shoal Creek and the easy access to downtown. Rachel's place was really peaceful and well appointed. Traveling with our baby, we also really enjoyed having a washer-dryer and a well-appointed kitchen for meals at home. The A/C was also awesome - even in March!

Wonderful stay! Great view and everything matched the description. Clean sheets and everything is very neat and beautifully decorated. Conveniently located to many local hotspots.

Do not hesitate! Marylin’s studio is a gem—even better than the photos. Full of charm and well-utilized space and very dog friendly. A very convenient neighborhood and walkable too. As if that all weren’t enough, Marylin is an amazing host. Thoughtful, considerate and communicative. I would definitely stay there again!

I have stayed in 100s of airbnbs across the globe. Erin’s place is flawless. Close enough to walk to Austin, a BEAUTIFUL riverfront path for jogging or walking, nearby paddle boarding, but also walkable for things like restaurants, UPS, Walgreens etc. It’s a short drive to the Alamo if you’re a movie fan, fifteen minutes from the airport. Five minutes from downtown by uber. Forty minute walk to the bat cave. Plus the place is clean. Cozy. Quiet. The washer and dryer for clothes were so helpful. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen with incredibly sharp knives. Nest thermostat for weather control, ceiling fans if you prefer a breeze. In addition Erin is an absolute sweetheart, available for any possible question and very sweet throughout our entire two week stay. 10/10 Will return.

My wife and I went to the pickle festival at the fairgrounds, and this location was perfect. Could walk to the fairgrounds and downtown is a 5 minute drive. The condo was homey, clean, and perfect for our weekend getaway. Carrie was very friendly and responsive, couldn't ask for a better host. Highly recommend.

This spot was beautiful!! Even down to the valet employees, they were so kind and wonderful! It was an amazing experience right in walking distance from Rainey street and a lot of other shopping and food spots, would 100% stay again

We needed a place close to campus for a long weekend. This condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds, enough hot water, quiet. It’s a third floor unit (walk up) on the alley side. No long list of checkout instructions. Very plug and play. We would absolutely stay there again.

Really beautiful and well-maintained space with nice views and plenty of natural light. We were impressed by how clean the apartment was and with the amenities available. The area is walkable and safe. It’s close to the river and downtown. The host was very prompt and friendly in all communications. We would definitely stay here again!
