We found this place to be exceptionally clean and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The abundance of towels and extra linens made using the pullout bed very convenient. The kitchen was a definite plus, with plenty of dishes, pots, and pans, and we especially appreciated the filtered water in the fridge. Having a washer and dryer was incredibly handy for keeping our clothes fresh. The location's walkability to the Amtrak station and Whole Foods was a major advantage. While a couple of Uber drivers had a little trouble finding the exact location, it all worked out in the end. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we'd highly recommend it, particularly for anyone wanting to experience the vibrant 6th Street area of Austin.

Nice private location. The unit has everything you need. Nice kitchen living room combo. The loft is fine but for those who have limited mobility it would not be appropriate. The bath has a beautiful spa tub for those who love a deep luxurious bubble bath.

We enjoyed our 3-month stay here while we were in between places! The location is great—very safe neighborhood, nice walking trails, and close to lots of good restaurants, HEB, etc. The neighborhood is really quiet, but since it’s a garage apartment, there will be occasional noise from the attached house (mostly early mornings before school or when playing outside). We didn’t mind it, but noting it in case anyone doesn’t prefer such close proximity. The apartment was really comfortable and had mostly everything we needed for an extended stay! It was clean and had good storage space for our belongings (a major plus when you’re moving across the country). The host, Natalie, is super kind and was very responsive to any issues! We had a couple hiccups with the A/C unit in the bedroom, and Natalie was quick to get a tech out to fix it and answer any questions. We’d definitely stay here again! A great spot close to downtown but away from the chaos—stay here!!

Hieu, was great to communicate, and respectful.. The place was very well kept. I liked the book collection. Especially enjoyed reading the book on immune. The coffee selection was very good, and felt home. The bed's were very comfortable. We will come and stay if we have to next time :-)

The place was great and comfortable! Felt right at home. It’s a tinnnnny but hard to find the first time but once you find the right gate/door it’s a breeze. Would definitely stay there again.

Robert and Jen were amazing! Great communication made my friend and I feel very comfortable and at home in the space while we were there. It is about a 10-minute drive to downtown, but there is still stuff to do around the place since you're right next to the UT Austin campus. If I find myself in Austin again, I would definitely book with them. Thanks, Robert and Jen!

My first priority is cleanliness. It was very clean. Great location to Georgetown Square and Monument Cafe. Could use a few more living room chairs as the house sleeps 6, but only sits 4 in living area. Same with dining room. Nice that coffee, sugar, and creamer were available and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both bathrooms. Would stay again and recommend.

I absolutely loved the small country roads and rural neighborhoods around the dale area. The bedroom was comfy and cooking was easy.

We enjoyed staying at Bahram’s home. It’s close to downtown. Quiet. Private. Not many extra blankets was a downside. Not as clean as I would prefer, personally. Overall it’s a good stay, convenient location and responsive host.

I have stayed in 100s of airbnbs across the globe. Erin’s place is flawless. Close enough to walk to Austin, a BEAUTIFUL riverfront path for jogging or walking, nearby paddle boarding, but also walkable for things like restaurants, UPS, Walgreens etc. It’s a short drive to the Alamo if you’re a movie fan, fifteen minutes from the airport. Five minutes from downtown by uber. Forty minute walk to the bat cave. Plus the place is clean. Cozy. Quiet. The washer and dryer for clothes were so helpful. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen with incredibly sharp knives. Nest thermostat for weather control, ceiling fans if you prefer a breeze. In addition Erin is an absolute sweetheart, available for any possible question and very sweet throughout our entire two week stay. 10/10 Will return.

This was our second stay at John’s condo and we had a great time! The condo is in a quiet, peaceful setting and we really enjoyed using the provided golf cart to explore the beautiful neighborhood, wooded areas, and to go to the pool. The condo has everything you need for a short or long getaway. The furniture and beds are comfortable and the outdoor balcony is another nice perk! The condo itself is so quiet! You’d never know there was anyone else in the building, but all the neighbors we encountered outside were super friendly. We had a blast swimming at the pools and enjoyed the hot tub too. John is an excellent host and is quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a place in this area!

We did enjoy our stay in this corner unit very much. There are great views all around. However, it is over a major highway that is incredibly busy, both day and night. We do suggest noise machines for the next guest to minimize traffic sounds at night. Although there is one balcony chair and an odd table, we wished there were 2 chairs. We carried a dining chair outside to enjoy the river view but the balcony is such a fine place to sit and relax, small matching chairs could maximize the limited space. It was an added plus that the balcony overlooks the famous bat bridge and it was fascinating to see the bats emerge in the evenings in search of food. The pool was lovely, people were helpful and friendly, and it was a great value.

Great property walking distance to a number of food and drink options. Would highly recommend.

This was the fourth time I've stayed at this flat. The apartment is spacious and clean, with great patio options for some outdoor reading & relaxation. The location is ideal to take in the fantastic dining options that downtown Lockhart has to offer. Staying here is always a highlight of the trip!

This lovely place is an amazing Austin gem. From the amazing location…steps away from downtown and UT…to the lovely double en-suite bedrooms… and the authentic Austin decor…you will find a home away from home. Jessica’s personal touches are sprinkled throughout the entire home and you feel comfortable the minute you walk in. We loved our stay so much we plan to rebook for our next visit. The condo was exactly as described and absolutely gorgeous. It was overlooking lake Travis, which you could see from the windows. The natural light was amazing. The atmosphere was serene and peaceful, just a nice change of pace from everyday life. Wendy was very sweet and responsive, and helpful and a great hostess. I definitely recommend.

We needed a place close to campus for a long weekend. This condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds, enough hot water, quiet. It’s a third floor unit (walk up) on the alley side. No long list of checkout instructions. Very plug and play. We would absolutely stay there again.
