John’s house is amazing. Very spacious and plenty of amenities. 10-15 mins to Suntrust Park. Would definitely stay again!!!

The photos don't do the mansion justice. It is so much better than we ever imagined. Adam was responsive, from the very moment we booked (nearly a year in advance) to the day we left. The house was beautiful and had ever amenity possible. There were 12 women for a week and we all had lots of space, both to get together and also for some much needed "alone time". I can't say enough about our experience. I would give this place the highest possible recommendation.

Staying at Jill & Bert’s place is like visiting the home of long-lost cousins – & that is how you are treated. They bend over backwards to make sure you feel at home in their charming, historic house. We were greeted by fresh-baked cookies & fresh flowers. You will find books, art & travel mementos in every nook & cranny. Our 3-generation group of 8 had all the space we needed with 2 sleeping spaces & 2 bathrooms on the first floor & 4 sleeping spaces & 2 bathrooms on the second floor. We did not have any issues with the other renters on the property, but were glad that Jill told us of their presence when we arrived, as we did hear an occasional thump from that side of the house or car door closing. The kitchen had all the space we needed to cook a holiday meal & the dining room had ample room for enjoying it. Jill even showed us where to find extra table linens to make it more festive. We loved having access to the hot tub and being able to walk to dinner one evening.

Stewart’s place was even more spacious than anticipated. We stayed with 6 adults but there was definitely room for more. The house is well-kept and an easy walk to Piedmont Park!

FABULOUS stay at Lisa Marie's home. We have stayed at multiple AirBnBs and this home is hands-down one of the best. Lisa Marie's home is spacious and elegantly decorated--feeling elevated and luxurious while still comfortable and homey. We enjoyed the tranquil backyard--it feels extremely private and is truly an oasis with all of the separate outdoor spaces to enjoy. We loved the hot tub! The kitchen and bathrooms are immaculate and clean, and the master bedroom is truly a treat. The home is also quiet and spacious and was perfect for our group for each person to have their own space and privacy. The biggest treat was the extra playroom nook for our young children, they loved it and all of the toys thoughtfully placed for them to play! Lisa Marie stocked each room and bathroom with plenty of soaps, conditioners, shampoos, and the kitchen was well-stocked with every item you could need for cooking/coffee making. If we come back to Atlanta, we'd absolutely love to stay here again!

Very quiet neighborhood and furniture and beds were comfy. Oven works very well. It was easy to fall asleep in this place. Hot tub worked well and overall a good place to stay. It was clean and tidy too. Friendly host too, and very responsive.

This was an amazing place to stay, located in a charming and peaceful neighborhood. We only wish the weather had been warmer so we could have fully enjoyed the gorgeous backyard, complete with a pool, hot tub, and fire pit—such a perfect setup for relaxation! Getting to downtown Atlanta was super convenient, just a quick 12-minute Uber ride away. Dina was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with Dina again on our next visit to Atlanta!

I really enjoyed my stay at Lavonne’s house. The space was great, and had everything I needed. Lavonne is super sweet and attentive, and was able to answer any questions. It has bright and colorful decor, and comfortable bed. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything. Highly recommend!

Lovely host, very unique and accommodating place. Detailed description and pictures tell a true story and helped us decide. An urban oasis in the middle of the city was exactly what we needed.

WOW! This place was beyond the expectations! We loved every part of it. Spacious and clean. They go above and beyond to make it a home away from home. Would recommend to stay here. One of the things we liked the most was the house is in the corner so easy to get in and out of.

Dawn was a great host. Very friendly with open communication and flexible check in. The place was very comfortable with extra blankets and a space heater. This was perfect for me because I'm anemic and always freezing. The bed was comfortable too. The provided snacks were a godsend and held me over til morning since my flight was delayed and everything in the airport closed, so I couldn't get dinner. Would definitely stay here again during another visit!

Extremely clean accommodations. Even the oven mitts smelled clean and washed. I appreciated the amenities included in the property, such as cookware, condiments, soap... there was even a brand new fresh sponge so you dont have to do dishes behind someone elses used sponge. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept like a rock. I had a slight issue and Neda was communicative and responsive and accommodating. This is now my go to place to stay whenever I visit ATL.

A nice place in a lovely part of metro Atlanta. Heather was easy to reach and always prompt and helpful. The place is compact yet complete in both necessities and amenities. The neighborhood is very walkable and, yes, there are a number of restaurants and bars in the area, several quite good. We enjoyed our time there.

The place was perfect for me. Close to amenities, and the highway. Thomas even had a cold bottle of wine waiting upon check in. Sheets were squeaky clean and the bed was comfortable. I will stay again!!

We stayed at Terry’s home to be for a girls weekend and absolutely loved it! There were six of us, and the space was absolutely perfect for a bigger group. The neighborhood was gated, and made us feel safe. The location of the home was close enough to our activities in the city without being directly in the city. Woolf definitely stay here again!!

The apartment we stayed in was gorgeous and with incredible views, just as pictured. We would stay here again and again. Perhaps this was a housekeeping oversight on our stay, but our only suggestions would be to offer creamer pods along with the coffee pods, and Kleenex tissues.

This apartment is in a building that's in the heart of Inman Park. One of the exits to the building puts you right onto Highland Ave, a main thoroughfare in the neighborhood with lots of restaurants. Another puts you right near a great gelato place, an (upscale) convenience store, and much more. It's also about a 5-min walk from the Beltline. The apartment had everything we needed - a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, a TV with lots of channels, and comfortable places to sit and eat or work. The bed was comfortable too. It was also nice that they supplied little things so we didn't have to buy them (the aforementioned convenience store is very pricy) - paper filters for the coffee maker, dish detergent for handwashing and for the dishwasher, laundry detergent, etc. I'm going to return to the area to visit family and will definitely try to stay in this property or another one that they own in the building.

The stay is great. The home is beautiful. clean & has everything you need & more. Precious responds immediately to your messages. Precious also checks on you to make sure everything is going ok & that there is enough household items especially with my long stay. She gives you your privacy. This is the best stay I ever had & things didn't finish when planned. I was overwhelmed to make sure I booked her home for longer. She made the process so easy on me. If you in town or like me just getting work done to your home ...try Precious Paradise. I promise you will not be disappointed. From the host kindness to the beautiful home they provide was a great experience.

We had a great experience. We met with two of the Porters Brothers and they were easy to work with. They accommodated each of us with early check in and late check out.
