Great place to stay in a beautiful area away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Sara (Owner) was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. The condo was clean and was the perfect size for a group of five.

We live very close to the Cozy Condos. Our family members enjoyed their stay here during our post Christmas family celebration! Although the weather wasn’t ideal for this trip this super clean condo would be a fabulous site to choose for an extended visit to the Barbeau area where you can enjoy watching the super impressive freighters as they navigate the southbound shipping channel to their final destinations! Watch from the outdoor deck at the Cozy Corners Tavern and Grill right next door! Their food is excellent and service is top notch! Boaters can tie right up to the floating docks at the restaurant and then continue on to enjoy the beauty and awesome fishing on the St. Mary’s River!

The Henn House was the perfect up-north getaway for our family! There were plenty of living areas, a large kitchen + dining space, comfortably rooms, great toddler toys + most importantly, beautiful outdoor areas! We felt right at home here - enjoyed their provided yard games + fishing + swimming off the dock. Downtown is a quick 15 mins away where we dined + enjoyed the beach / lighthouse + playground areas. We'll cherish these 'smalltown USA' memories forever. Courtney + Patrick were the best of hosts!! They were very thoughtful + responsive throughout our entire reservation process. Highly recommend!!

Let's start by saying that Deanna is the perfect host.. very proactive and always available when needed to answer questions . The place is absolutely how it's listed.. real pics on the listing and absolutely beautiful.. I swear it took an effort to leave the calmness of this place and head back home..the house is filed with everything that u need to have a peaceful stay Tip: only a fool would miss the food at the nearest cafe Stub-bee..

This house was so beautiful and nice I honestly wish I could move in. The host is wonderful and did an amazing job with the decorating and organizing in the house. I loved the binder detailing everything about the house and recommendations on what to do while visiting. I also appreciated how simple the check-out instructions were. I would love to stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at Jacklyn's home in Cheboygan! It was perfect for our large family group, with bedrooms for every unit including the kids, a great kitchen where we could comfortably prepare our own food and a spacious living room with a big comfy couch for playing and lounging. It was an easy 20 minute drive to Mackinac City for a fun day trip, and downtown Cheboygan was so cute! A perfect place for our up north vacation.

James was very attentive, always easy to reach, and receptive to any suggestions we had. The property itself was a beautifully secluded haven, perfect for recharging and finding peace. The surrounding landscape is nothing short of a potpourri of natural wonders, offering an immersive experience in areas beauty. We enjoyed every moment there and are most definitely interested in making a return trip during swimming season.

Trisha’s place is furnished with love and care and attention to details. The kids were very happy with the bunk room and they even started hanging their clothes in the closet that’s very kid friendly ☺️ they enjoyed playing air hockey in the basement! 💗 lots of natural light all over the place, and Trisha’s husband plowed the driveway and the street for us, which was awesome! Walmart is only 3 minutes away and downtown Cheboygan is extremely close. We were skiing over Presidents Day weekend at Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands, and the commute from Cheboygan to Harbor Springs was almost 30 to 40 minutes depending on how much the streets are snowy and how fast the car can go, but it was a good drive and we had beautiful time. Trisha sent us recommendations for many things to do around Cheboygan and Mackinac Island which was very kind. I would definitely definitely definitely stay at Trisha’s place again! Thank you 👍👍
