This is our 2nd visit to Tracy's place, and we love it. It is very convenient to most things in Cincinnati, is in a picturesque spot, and is so quiet and peaceful. The cottage itself is well equipped, and Tracy is a very responsive and helpful host. This will always be our 1st choice in Cincy!

The views at The Pilot House are outstanding -- boats to watch on the river, trains on the bridge, gorgeous sunrise views . . . it's fun to simply enjoy the many options for viewing your surroundings, whether from the hot tub on the deck or huge living room windows. This historic home was gorgeous, spotlessly clean, and cozy on cool nights sitting by the fireplace. They even have a pantry with a few extra food items if needed. We loved everything about our stay here! (And, if it wouldn't have been raining much of the time, we would have enjoyed walking up the hill to the coffee shop and restaurants -- but driving works, too -- all very convenient!)

This is our second stay at Scot's place. We love this area of Kentucky. Scott was accommodating as usual and quick to communicate. We love the movie theater setup downstairs! The house was the perfect size for our family of six. Thanks for hosting us!

We stayed here while visiting family in the area and had a great experience. Tyler was very responsive and accommodating from the start. We were traveling with young children, and he went above and beyond by setting up a crib and pack ‘n plays for us, which made things so much easier. The place is very family-friendly—even had a playroom, which was a huge bonus! Everything was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe. Highly recommend, especially for families with little ones.

Booked this place for my sweetheart's birthday weekend. It caught our interest because it had a hot tub, but when we arrived we both realized the place had a certain charm. It reminded both of us of the family homes we used to visit, like grandparents or relatives. It felt like a home away from home. I've had previous stays where nightfall would make a place feel unfamiliar and foreign, but I felt completely at peace here. We had a heavy storm hit us, so our enjoyment with the hot tub was brief, but Joshua was prompt in communicating with us any time we had questions. He also included a complementary gift for her birthday that we both appreciated. We both agree that we would love to come back here one day and maybe even bring the kids with us next time. Wonderful experience all around!

Definitely would go again made a great place for a family vacation, 1 bathroom was the only negative for multiple families.

The building was in a great location only steps from the public trolley station and easy walk to breweries and Findlay Market. It had a lot of character with the exposed brick and beams but felt cozy not cold. Parking was available for 2 cars and not on the street which was great. The steps are steep but that was disclosed in the listing and expected. I would stay here again but would have liked it to be cleaner.

It was a very cool place. We loved the layout, decor, and comfy couches! The place was close to all the bars in OTR that we came down to check out. We had the best time at Queen City Radio bar and best food at Milkman for anyone looking for a recommendation. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a convenient check in and check out, and a nice rooftop patio!

Stayed here with a friend for a wedding. It served it's purpose, we were not home much. It was clean and comfortable, also very cute. It was walking distance to some great cafés and restaurants. Host instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Street parking was available/easy. I will emphasize that if you are a light sleeper, this is not the accommodation for you. The floor boards are creaky and you can hear most noise from the neighboring/upstairs unit

We don’t stay in Airbnb’s often. The location was much better than local hotels for our needs. Included parking, especially in the city where you pay extra for parking almost 100% of the time, was a real plus! Nightly rate for our six night stay was better than the hotel we typically stay at when visiting Cincinnati. Would consider staying again.

Would definitely stay again! The place was clean, comfortable, peaceful, and in the perfect location for a friends wedding - the view of the city from the back porch didn't hurt either! Shoutout to Schwartz's Point Jazz Club down the street where I made some amazing friends. Bonus: the kitchen was stocked with healthy cooking oils! Couldn't ask for a better experience.

I had an extended stay at The Kimberly & it quickly became a place that felt like home. A chic sanctuary in the heart of Mainstrasse. Margaret’s tasteful art & design make the place feel like luxury. The bed is extremely comfortable & there’s plenty of clean & comfy bedding. Plenty of natural lighting. The couch is perfect for lounging/watching TV. The desk is useful for working & zoom meetings. There’s ample room in the dresser & footbed chest. The rollaway bed, comfortable & tucks away easily. The kitchen, adorable & well-equipped. The patio, spacious & relaxing. The bathroom, luxurious & donned with all amenities. Margaret is an attentive, professional host who responds in a timely manner. Though there’s hardly anything to ask for as she has anticipated the needs of her guests. Eat at Mama’s. Eat 50+ soft serve flavors at Piper’s, walk thru Goebel park. Browse Julie’s Consignment for vintage treasures. Get the cannoli at the Gyro place. Stay with Margaret, a steal for the value.

Cute and quaint small space. We were in town for my partners football scrimmage, this place was close and reasonably priced. You will have to climb a few flights of stairs so be mindful if you’re packing a lot and the stairway is narrow. Once you make it inside it’s the perfect tiny space that feels humongous! The hosts literally thought of just about everything one would need for their stay. They even had a step stool (my lady is short lol so I teased her about that). The bed!!!!! Superrrrr comfy and the star of the air bnb. I loved the decor touches as well. We are already planning a summer day back in cincy! Thanks for hosting us and being so prompt with any issues during our stay.

I only stayed for one night, but it was a very peaceful night! Parking is easy, the place is spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The view of cincy is so beautiful, though I didn’t get to hang out on the decks much because it was raining, and the decks are uncovered. I recommend this stay to anyone looking for a cool urban spot with a great view.

The listing was great! Spacious, cozy, clean. Not much to critiques there. I think the only thing we didn't expect was everything pertaining to the entrance into the building. It can seem sort of sketch, especially if you check in at night since the entrance is in this sort of side alleyway and lockbox out on the ground in the alley. When you walk into the building you're met with stairs going up and down and the stairs going down looks dark. Like I said the suite itself is great, but you kind of have to look past the general entrance experience. Overall, nice spot, Can't go wrong with the actual suite.

This was the perfect place to stay for a night and enjoy the Cincinnati stop of our road trip. Mike was very responsive. The parking garage attendants were very friendly as well and pointed us in the direction of the Mike’s place.

What a beautiful place! You won't be disappointed. Everything exactly as described & pictured. Prime location, easy access to the free street car for access of entire city. Right in the heart of Findlay Market, which was so neat! Parking is a little tricky, but Christy had great tips to make it as smooth as possible. The apartment was perfect for my family of 4. She even had games there which was great with the kiddos! We felt right at home & really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely recommend.

This place was the perfect cozy spot with a great view overlooking downtown Cincinnati and the river! Very close to everything you’d need, clean, and well organized. Perfect place to get away and enjoy downtown Cincinnati!

Great stay! Wonderful apartment. Just make sure you don’t leave any valuables in your car since the area can get a little crazy at night.

Really nice place beautiful really cool view

The house was beautiful. Had shampoo and body wash in all showers which I appreciate. Had coffee, tea, and cream. Lots of space to go and rest and really nice balcony. Marcy was really proactive and had clear instructions for entry and exit. Cleaning prior to leaving was minimal, too. Really great place. Will book again!
