This home is perfectly located in the center of Tenares. It's walking distance to a couple of Colmados (grocery stores). It's just a few minutes drive from Compin Club (Pool), Hermanas Mirabal House Museum, Tahini by Chef Javier (very good food), and Gold Club (for those who like the "disco"). When you walk in, you feel like you're in your home right away. The house can accommodate 2 couples with multiple kids or a close group of 6-8. With two bathrooms, one is located in the rear bedroom. In my opinion, more people may be uncomfortable merely for the sleeping arrangements. Other than that, the home is very spacious. All spaces have an air conditioner and ceiling fans, making a perfect escape to Caribbean weather. Would you prefer to be outside? You can always enjoy the pool in the back. If I come back (or when), I will try to stay here again.

The home is pretty much as advertised and all of the pictures are accurate, it can just use a few upgrades in some spots - but nothing too major. It is a nice place for a family, and the outdoor pool area is nice for entertaining. A couple of details - if you are a light sleeper it can become a bit noisy from everything happening in the busy streets outside, but we did kind of expect this in the campo. And also, it was quite humid when we came in, but I think if you keep the air conditioner on for a little while it would clear it up (we were out for a few hours and did not want to leave them on). We felt very welcomed - Christian was an amazing host, very responsive and always checking in on us. We appreciated his small touches. Honestly, the house does need a few updates but at the end of the day it was Christian's communication and willingness to help us at all times (even on Christmas Eve) that was the most appreciated and that reflects the review.

La casa es muy bella y espaciosa y lo que más me encantó es que es excelente para compartir en familia sobre todo porque tiene un patio hermoso y es muy privada, solo le haría falta un aire central en la sala y sería lo mejor de lo Mejor! La persona que te hace la entrega de la casa es muy buena persona y muy atento siempre!

Luis and Diogenes were very attentive and responsive. The place was very clean and centric with wvwrything within walking distance. Very comfortable, cozy and welcoming. This will be my spot for vacations to come. Definitely a 5 out of 5.

Oh my god, the house is so pretty and comfortable. It's really good for a big family and is close to the beach and rivers. I love it and I extremely recommend it to everyone. and Susana is so sweet and kind.

My stay in Eulogio’s apartment wasn’t the best. Parking was an issue . Neighbors were not friendly . Bad smell as soon as you walk in the apartment ,Bathtubs were dirty and toilets didn’t really work well they don’t flush . I dont recommend!

This was a very good airbnb. I felt completely at peace and safe. The host was very communicative and always checked to make sure my stay was going well. Hot water, constant electricity, kitchen with everything needed to cook... whenever I'm in town to visit, I will be staying here... Highly recommend!!!

This place was a nice stay and Pedro was such a good host! I will definitely stay here again. It has a good space and nice layout. The pictures don’t do it justice in person. My first time ever saying the sheets smelled amazingggg! Pedro got us coffee and water and there was enough amenities in the place. He had cameras outside on the streets and entry that you can see inside the TV in the house, so it was nice to be able to look at our car parked and door gates. Two of the rooms have their own private bathrooms and A/C. The third room does not have an A/C that would be my only recommendation, but if you leave the doors open with the fan on it gets a little cooler. There is a few stairs to get up to the building something to keep in mind if your like us that has more suitcases then hands or had a little to much to drink and walk up them with heels on is a workout! Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and provided us with more than enough towels!

The communication is seamless as is the check-in and check out process. The host takes their time explaining all the local stores and services available. Very clean place and quite. Staying at Yanet place is like staying over at that favorite aunts place where they spoil you. I will be coming back. Thank you for everything.

Yari is a great host who's very responsive and wants to provide the best experience. The apartment was comfortable, had all the necessities and located a couple of minutes away from the bars/restaurants, it's in a quiet area which is what we were looking for. Overall a lovely experience

This is the only viable AirBnB option in SFM. All the others are subpar or inactive for extensive periods. Verdana has over 20 units in the complex that you can choose from. There is security 24/7. And there is parking. The units aren’t luxurious. But for the price and the location, it’s your best option. All the basic requirements are satisfactory. Will return if ever needed.
