Dubaï : locations d'appartements de vacances

Very happy staying at this unit, very close to Dubai Mall, 7 mins walk, beautiful view from the balcony as pictured, spacious inside super comfortable with 4 people. The team is extremely responsive and helpful from check in to check out. If you see this, just book it, you won’t regret.

The accommodation has an excellent location with a great view of the Kahlifa, Dubai Mall and impressive fountain choreographies. The sights are within walking distance and everything you need is close by. The accommodation also offers everything you need to feel comfortable. However, when questions arose, the hosts didn't always respond straight away or you were fobbed off with empty promises! Maybe I was just unlucky with my contact person. But I would book it again, my annoyances were annoying, but otherwise everything was great!

Sehr schöne Lage mit tollem Panorama, ruhiger Strand. Wenn jemand auf die Palme bucht, weiss diese Vorteile zu schätzen. Natürlich dauert dann etwas in die Stadt zu gelangen, aber meiner Meinung nach ist es Wert. Aktuell in der Nachbarschaft finden Baumaßnahmen statt, aber die haben uns nur selten gestört, dafür könnten wir aber deren Strandabschnitt ebenfalls gut zum schwimmen nutzen. Das Fluglärm wegen Fallschirmspringer ist schon etwas lauter. Die Bauqualität in Dubai ist allgemein ein Problem, weil alles sehr schnell gebaut wird. Alles sieht sehr schick aus, aber vieles funktioniert nicht so einwandfrei, wie es sonst üblich ist. Hier ist es auch nicht anders. Also auf dem Bilder (auch auf unsen!) ist wirklich top, luxuriös, aber in der Qualität und Austattung bei weitem nicht. Was uns gefehlt hat, hat Irina schnell besorgt, hat sich wirklich Mühe gegeben, aber ich hätte evtl. nicht nicht die billigste Qualität z. B bei den Bestecken und Tellern erwartet. Summa summarum aber Top!

Ottima soluzione per la zona di Dubai Marina, dove ci si può spostare a piedi per andare sulla The Walk, la zona sul lungo mare. Bellissima la vista e appartamento dotato di tutti i servizi. Penso che lo riprenoterei se tornassi a Dubai.

Замечательное место , с детьми было очень комфортно и тихо . Просто потрясающий оборудованный пляж , общение с хозяйкой было очень комфортным )

It was a great experience. The apartment is in a good location, close to the promenade with lots of cafes and restaurants and a supermarket. The apartment is easy to get to, clean and tidy and have everything you need for your stay. Only 10 min drive to Dubai Festival with a lot of shops and 15 min drive from Dubai International Airport. Highly recommend.

This is the most responsive host I’ve ever seen, our flight was at 2am and I got the necessary support lighting fast. The place is very nice and cosy. It feels safe in the area. There’s a supermarket and a nice coffee shop nearby in less than 5 minutes walking distance.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour chez Living Experts ! L'emplacement est idéal, tout est à proximité avec une vue magnifique. L'hôte est très réactif et à l'écoute. Je recommande vivement.

Ich war auf der Durchreise und habe eine Nacht hier verbracht – und es war die perfekte Wahl! Das Bett war super bequem, alles war sauber und modern, und die Atmosphäre angenehm ruhig, die Lage aber absolut zentral. Die Gemeinschaftsbereiche waren gepflegt, und das WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Freundlichkeit von Saskia, die mir sogar spät abends noch hilfreiche Tipps gegeben hat. Die Lage ist ideal für einen kurzen Aufenthalt – gut angebunden an den Flughafen und leicht erreichbar. Preis-Leistung ist unschlagbar! Würde definitiv wiederkommen.

Very cozy and extremely clean. Host was very helpful. Kitchen was clean and in good condition. Place smells very nice. Check in and out was extremely easy. We escaped the traffic and noise on New Year’s Eve and the location was very quiet and peaceful. Such a nice place to walk around in.

Alles war gut. Der Vermieter war super freundlich. Er hat mich so behandelt als wäre ich sein Bruder, so sollte jeder Vermieter sein :)

I really liked the place, space is much better for 3 pax with extra bed. Location is also very accessible,close to bus stop, even Bathroom and kitchen also were good & clean. Finally Usman is a nice host though.Keep it up the good work.

Lovely place to stay. 6th floor but you feel you are on the ground floor. Very convenient. Would really recommend.

A huge thank you to Farah for providing us with the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had! From start to finish, everything was flawless. The apartment was stunning, modern, clean, and had every amenity we could ask for. The location of the apartment was in the heart of downtown ; we were just a short walk from the iconic Burj Khalifa and the incredible Dubai Mall. Farah’s hospitality was outstanding. she made sure we felt at home, gave great recommendations, and was always available to answer any questions. We are truly grateful for such a wonderful stay. If you’re visiting Dubai, this is absolutely the place to be! Thank you again Farah, for making our trip so memorable!

Tarek’s apartment is even better and bigger than it looks in the pictures. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful. Great location, in the heart of downtown Dubai. I would highly recommend it for anybody visiting Dubai.

المضيف كان رائع ولطيف وسريع الاستجابة والتواصل. المسكن مطابق للمواصفات ونضيف ومرتب وقريب على الترام ومحطة الميترو. كانت الاقامة ممتازة ورائعة واوصي بها بشدة. شكرا لكم على كل شيء.

Romy is an excellent host. I had such an amazing experience staying at her apartment. I felt right at home with my family considering she provided almost everything in the apartment. Romy was also very responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay. I would definitely recommend everyone to come stay at this place because you wouldn’t find a better deal
