We loved our stay here as a family. There's a supermarket next door, lots of playgrounds for the little ones, a lovely walk into the creek for restaurants. The host was superhelpfu and quick in his response. We'd definitely stay here again when we come back to Dubai.

I enjoyed a fantastic stay in the property with my family. There were 4 of us with 2 toddlers. The property was a good size for us and had all the required amenities. We loved the decor and furniture in the apartment. Lucas & XSTAY delivered best in class customer service during our stay and were without doubt the best host I've ever experienced on the Airbnb platform in nearly a decade of using it. The building & amenities available are tailor made for families, with the highlight for me being the multifunctional play space for children & adults on Level 1. The views of Dubai from Level 1 are stunning & the building is a few minutes walk from Dubai Mall. I highly recommend this apartment for any families looking for a wonderful place to stay in Dubai. If you are seeking a functional, beautifully decorated apartment with great amenities, set within a peaceful & secure building and with an exceptionally responsive Host attached then you will love this place.

I had the pleasure of staying in this AirBnB for one month. The apartment was spacious, convenient and cozy with everything that is necessary for a longer stay. Robert and Edu were the best hosts since they were always proactive on communicating and very kind to answer and help me. When I checked in I received a small welcome package which I really appreciated and it shows Robert’s and Edu’s kindness and attention to detail. There is a supermarket nearby (300 meters) and the neighbourhood is overall great. I had to leave for JLT every day and the drive was around 20 minutes from the apartment. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is planning a longer stay in Dubai and wants to feel at home. Robert and Edu get my best recommendations as hosts!

Laith is an exceptional host. He took really good care of our needs as we were travelling as a small family with two small kids. He even showed us around in the greens and springs to help us feel like a local.

It was a great stay and very efficient space for business trip. Located at a center of the city. Host is wonderful in keeping up the place as advertised and felt home with all facilities that any renter would need. I would book this place again!!!

My stay at apartment was extremely comfortable. The apartment is spacious and excatly as it is shown on the pictures. The host was very resposive and everything was clearly mentioned which made it very convenient for me to check in. The area is within a walkabe distance from good resturants and the ocean. The host was very prompt to respond and helped us store our luggage in the apartment until we left in the evening. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wants to stay in JBR. We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. We arrived slightly early and Zamil let us in before the arranged check in which was really good after a long flight. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had tea and coffee and a large water dispenser which was really handy. The apartment was very easy to find and in a great location, especially for tourists or those new to the city. It is a 5 minute walk to the metro station which was fantastic. It is a 20 minute walk to the marina which has great restaurants and nice views. It is a 30 minute walk until you are on the beach! It’s not a hard walk either and is very accessible. The view from the balcony was really nice overlooking the lakes. There are lots of shops around the place too for groceries, coffee, food etc. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend Zamil as a host as he was very responsive and his apartment was great value for a genuinely lovely place to stay.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! We traveled with two friends, our two children, and our baby, and everything was perfect. The home was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped to accommodate our group. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help us with any issues that arose during our stay. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. La maison est très bien placée vous pouvez répondiez tous les lieux à visiter en maximum 30 min en taxi à moindre coût ! Tout est sécurisé et très calme. Ce fut un plaisir de profiter de la piscine. What a wonderful experience. Namzy went absolutely above and beyond to help me with check in, finding local spots, checking how it was all going and just generally amazingly helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better host! The place is perfect for its location, views and amenities. The space was really homely and so much care and attention was given to every guest. The apartment stay was awesome! The apartment was clean and surrounding area was nice although lot of construction going around. One suggestion, I would share pictures of building location/surrounding because there are lot of "Sobha" projects/building going on and it is very easy to miss the building name and the entry to the building. Other than this my stay was awesome and the host was responsive. I would stay with this host again if I ever go back to Dubai. Completely recommend this.
