The property was all that we expected. Clean, recently renovated, tastefully styled with all the mod-cons! If we get a chance to stay there again we will make use of the bbq & entertainment area out back. We arrived ahead of schedule but had been provided the access instructions earlier in the day. We surprised our host who came the house, as we were settling in, to get the evaporative cooler activated for our scheduled arrival time. Next time we need a place to stay in Dubbo we will definitely be enquiring about this property first.

We booked this on the way from Sydney to Dubbo at the very last minute. We booked this on the day at 4pm and we checked in around 10.30pm. Hosts were very quick to respond and the place was exactly as per photos. Great place to stay if you need to crash during long trips. Also,the location was great! Everything closeby.

Penny and Tony made booking their house so easy! The house was absolutely beautiful, very sizeable for what you pay and had everything we needed! Would highly recommend to anyone especially a family given its sheer size!

We came up to stay because we were going to a sheepdog trial at Molong with our dogs. Christine's house suited us perfectly and Cumnock is a lovely town. The local store, which truly is local, has great coffee and a nice selection of toasties and baked goods. The neighbour's were friendly, directing us to the right driveway and the one's behind us.....once they realized we were staying, moved their dog and it was a lovely gesture. Comfy beds and a place with a lot of history. I hope to book again and come back next year because it's lovely, quiet and has a great yard for dogs.

Really enjoyed our stay with Cristina's place. It's a quiet place that full of creative design ideas. Not to mention our dog 'Popcorn' got a warm welcome of biscuit as well.

Ryan place was perfect for my family! It felt like home straight away with some toys for the kids to play with and a massive spa bath the kids loved! We will definitely be keeping it as a place to stay next time we are in Dubbo!

Georgia and Georgia's place would have to be the best host I've dealt with and the property was most accurately described. If you are looking for a great host, peaceful location and just a great time then look no further for Dubbo.

This place was well maintained and clean. The furniture and fixtures are very modern and updated. I was very impressed by the ease to enter and leave the property and the communication was responsive. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the property is exactly as described on the website. The bedrooms are the perfect size and the beds are comfy. It is a large home with generous living spaces to let the kids enjoy their own space and leave the adults to their space as well. I'm sure I will be a repeat visitor to this property.

Charming Rural retreat with delightful farm animals. We recently had the pleasure of staying Matt and Ashley’ enchanting house, tucked away in serene countryside. Our kids were absolutely thrilled to interact with friendly goats, sheeps, chickens and turkeys. The accomodation was charming and had everything we wanted. Ashley and Matt were very friendly and always helpful. We are looking forward to come back to this beautiful place soon.

Second stay at this property and planning to return again in future. Beds are super comfy, house is spotless and heaps of space!

A lovely country cabin, private and clean. Fishing was a bonus! Veronica is a wonderful host and communication was excellent.

When you flip the mugs and linen looking for the brand so you can buy it at home, you know that it’s good quality and something you want to own. We had a wonderful girls trip to a conference in Dubbo. I’d definitely come up to stay again. Thank you for creating a beautiful space and sharing it!

This place is like a theme park A time travellers delight It is niche but if you want a piece of living history then you don’t go past the homestead Yes, its a bit dusty- but then so is history Seriously a grand experience Tied it in with the Elvis fest in Parkes and could not have been happier The host was super helpful and really clear With communications . Just so much fun

What a fantastic stay this was. The owner of the property has done a fantastic job with the place. Really well done kitchen, brand new stacker doors leading out to a brand new deck, updated bathroom and immaculate home. Everything has been thought of, there’s nothing else you need to bring. The house itself is spotless (credit to the management agency) and whilst it has been very tastefully updated, it still retains its charm.. so much so that I’d love to talk to the owner as I’d love to do the same myself! With 2 adults/2 kids we found the place a perfect fit. It’s super quick to warm up in the mornings with the gas fireplace and 3 split system reverse cycle ACs, the outdoor firepit was a hit, wifi worked perfectly as did the usual streaming services. Congrats to the owner on creating such an inviting home that’s central to everything in Dubbo, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Exactly what we needed for the night.

We had a lovely stay at Timmy’s airbnb. Super clean. Everything was clearly well thought out for us. I loved that we had a little yard to let our dogs out and also play with our toddler. Messaging was also very responsive and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Booked for employees to stay for a work trip. No complaints from our guys and they were always helpful and very responsive when we had any questions.
