Dublin : locations de vacances avec brasero

Wir haben die Unterkunft zu viert gemietet (ursprünglich wollten wir hier zu fünft sein, aber einer konnte wegen Krankheit leider nicht mitkommen). Wir hatten sehr viel Platz. Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll ausgestattet und in einer super Lage. Wir haben wegen einer Konferenz regelmäßig zum University College fahren müssen, die Verbindung war sehr gut. Der Stadtteil ist ebenfalls toll. In der Nähe das Dropping Well ist als Restaurant und Pub sehr zu empfehl.en. Auch die Verbindung in die Innenstadt ist leicht mit der green line. Insgesamt ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt und ein sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir würden diese Adresse jederzeit wieder buchen, wenn wir in Dublin sind. Ich kann diese Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Even better than the photos! Our oldest affectionaly refers to this as "the toy house". Both our kiddos (3 & 1) had a blast here, and it was very easy caring for them with all the child friendly things. Aside from the many many kid amenities, this house was truly beautiful. It was comfortable and clean and very well appointed. The hosts were so friendly and quick to respond to questions. Very walkable to some great food and a bus stop. We would absolutely stay here again!

Marie was a great host. Her house is in a great neighborhood, next to one of Dublin’s great parks. Very safe with very cordial neighbors who greet you as you walk the streets. There is easy access to bus, but really inexpensive to Uber to Dublin center. The beach and nature preserve is within 35 minute walk. Supermarket, pharmacy, butcher shop, bakery, etc. are within less than ten minute walk. Marie was always responsive, left great instructions and e-mailed us videos for operating all the appliances and equipment. The house was very clean when we came in. We really enjoyed our 6 days there and Marie’s place was one good reason. We have stayed in Airbnb homes in many countries and we thought Marie’s provided as good a place as any other place we have stayed in. I would recommend it without reservation.

This place ticked all the boxes for us..Nicky loves cycling and Rose loves walking beautiful area for both...The house is even lovelier than it looks on screen...also we could bring our little dog Auzie...and that meant a lot to us...once we keep him under control as farm animals nereby.....we just cannot praise this place enough....Nicky & Rose

The location and the house were idyllic. The decor is perfect for the age of the house. Perfect to access Dublin but was also a good base for other day trips like Waterford (2hrs), Blarney castle and stone (3hrs) and the Cliffs of Moher (3.5hrs). Lots of really cool local places too Skerries Mills (30 mins), New Grange (30 mins), Battle of Boyne Museum (30 mins) and Hill of Tara (30 mins). Very good local restaurants. Serena is an extremely good host and responds to text quickly. Would definitely stay again.

Séjour en famille dans le logement de Daire très agréable et conforme à l’annonce. Très bien équipé au niveau de la cuisine et logement spacieux pour 5 adultes. Transport en commun proche du logement qui permet de se rendre dans le centre de Dublin sans problème.

We had a fantastic stay at Sara's. Absolutely beautiful house and surroundings. Helpful host and immaculately presented accommodation. There's plenty to do in the area as well. Highly recommended :)

Geoffrey was so friendly and helpful when it came to check in and any questions I had. The place is in a great area close to bars and public transport. I very much enjoyed my stay! The kitty is very sweet. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Great location and cozy room and affordable would stay again when back in Dublin’s area.

Firstly, Joan as a host is very friendly, welcome and kind. She was very responsive to my questions and helpful. Previous negative review about Joan and her place couldn’t be further from the truth as Joan couldn’t have done more for us. We arrived around 6:30pm during winter and she’d already put our heating on in both rooms and turned on the heated blanket on the bed which was an absolute treat after coming in from the cold day of travelling. Regarding the temperature, yes it was cold but it’s Ireland in winter so it was to be expected, but Joan has installed really powerful heaters that got it cosy in no time. The place has been renovated since the photographs, it has been decorated in a beautiful funky retro style but still included modern equipment such as an air fryer and electric hob. As for the location, Joan’s place is conveniently only a 10 minute walk from a supermarket which supplied everything we needed for our trip. There is also lots of public transport links nearby. 5/5

Geoff’s spot was exactly what I needed/wanted/could’ve dreamed of!! Perfect distance from everything you’ll want to do for your time in Dublin. The place itself is gorgeous. The interior is cluttered in a very lived in cool sorta way. The windows give an incredible view of the river, the city, and the local rooftops. Geoff and Dune were amazing. Personally I enjoy my solitude and Geoff and I barely saw each other in between my outings. He’s a great dude with fantastic recs and a very responsive, respectful, and helpful host. And Dune! Fell in love with the fur ball, so cute and cuddly but watch out, those claws ain’t for show! Any critique I can give is just the nature of the beast really. Bedroom’s temp at night could get difficult, cold without the heater and sweltering with it but that’s just me. The bath tub is also pretty high off the ground so be careful getting in and out. All in all absolutely perfect and beautiful. Couldn’t recommend more!! ♥️♥️♥️🐈‍⬛

It was amazing stay. Felt like you are home , very warm and very enjoying atmosphere. Hot tub was amazing place to stay. Everything you need was there. Very responsive host and very friendly. Highly recommending this location.

We had a fantastic stay at John’s farmhouse! The best part was definitely Blue and Luna, the sweetest and most friendly dogs who made us feel so welcome (5⭐️ for blue ). The farm was a joy to explore, with adorable goats, pigs (including the cutest piglets!), house sheep, and—most importantly—an alpaca! On top of the amazing farm experience, the night view of Dublin city from our room was absolutely breathtaking. It was such a treat to relax and take in the twinkling lights after a peaceful day on the farm. John was a wonderful host, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. If you love animals and stunning views, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this cabin for one night and had an amazing experience! John was a fantastic host—responsive, welcoming who even helped us with our belongings upon arrival. He greeted us at check-in, guided us to our cabin, and provided clear instructions. The cabin itself was cozy, and the view of the city lights at night was simply breathtaking. The farm is expansive, home to sheep, alpacas, pigs, ducks, and chickens, making it a delightful place to explore. However, the true highlights of our stay were Luna and Blue, John’s adorable and friendly dogs. We loved playing fetch with them and giving them plenty of belly rubs! If you’re looking for a peaceful, comfortable getaway without traveling far, this is the perfect place. Thank you, John, for an unforgettable experience—easily one of the best air B&Bs I’ve stayed in!
