The place was awesome. Really enjoyed the music vibes. It was easy to get in and out of. Just be ready for some stairs if that’s something you are concerned about. But we loved the place. Walking distance to some great food like Dirty Franks and The Walrus. I did have a small issue with my car being broken into. I will 100% blame it on me driving a Hyundai and the internet making people think they are easy to steal. But Joseph was helpful and even willing to put us up for a couple more nights while I worked with insurance stuff. And I really appreciated that. I would gladly stay here again if I am ever in town. It was a great spot and Joseph is an awesome host.

Gina’s place was a wonderful spot for an overnight stay in Lancaster. It was within walking distance of great restaurants. The space is incredibly clean, the bed is comfortable, and you feel at home from the minute you walk in the door. Gina communicates well and is very helpful if you need anything during your stay.

We loved Sara’s place! My wife had a conference in the convention center and since we made it a longer US trip, we were a bit wary of staying in the conference hotel, so we chose Sara’s place as our home in Columbus. And we felt like home immediately as we arrived. It was March but we were fortunate to have good weather, so we enjoyed the sunny terrace, could finally do our laundry, make our own breakfast and even dinner when we felt like. And it was an easy 15-20 minute walk to the convention center, all walking along High Street with its many restaurants and bars. It really was a favorite of our trip.

cozy. downtown. everything is walkable from here. stayed here for a conference at the hyatt. had trouble finding parking when I got there, but I realized the instructions were in the description of the listing, and when I asked about parking (At 2 am !) the host immediately responded. very nice apartment.

Our stay was great! Easily walkable or a quick Lyft for our needs! The provided ear plugs came in handy for a quick afternoon nap before our Saturday night event. The place was clean and exactly as pictured. Communication was great when we had questions. We would stay here again.

Had a great stay at this location. John was very responsive to all of my messages before and during my stay. There are also many great bars and restaurants nearby on High St. I reccomend this Airbnb.

We absolutely loved our stay! it's in a great location, close to the zoo and to the city which was nice. The only issue we had was it was confusing locating the apartment at first. Other than that, we would love to stay again if we are in the area :)

The stay was great! The host was responsive, communicative, and even prepared snacks and drinks. Great price. The only minor downside was that the location wasn’t the most convenient. Overall, highly recommended!

My two adult daughters and I were visiting The Ohio State fair and wanted to stay the night to explore Columbus the next day. Jennifer's place was perfect for us! Not only is the location great!! The apartment was very thought out and she didn't leave out any details. So much character! The beds were so comfortable with high quality bedding and pillows! Highly recommended her place!

My husband & I were in town for a Marriage Retreat and the Avenue AirBNB was absolutely perfect for such a trip! Location was easy to find, parking not an issue, easy access in and the apartment was great! Beautiful kitchen with necessities to cook dinner, living space was great, comfortable bed & the hot tub was the BEST addition to relax in at the end of the night. It is possible to hear neighbors in the same building but not to the point of major disruption, when we soaked in the hot tub each night the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. We were so glad to stay here over a hotel and would definitely return in the future! The venue we drove to each day was the Hyatt Regency hotel in downtown Columbus and it took us about 13 minutes to travel there. Many great restaurants nearby this location to choose from also.

This is possibly the perfect spot to stay in central ohio for a large group. I gathered at Charles’ spot with my best gal pals. It was so easy to get to even in the midst of Friday rush hour and had convenient on site parking. The beds were the most comfortable I have experienced in an Airbnb. One of my friends texted me after she left and asked me to check the brand of pillows on her bed. This feels rare for offering so many beds. Everyone got a good night’s rest when we weren’t staying up late in the hot tub! The Airbnb was so cozy we didn’t end up going out Saturday night. We brought activities to do and alternated between games, crafting, and dipping ourselves in the hot tub. It was nice and quiet in the neighborhood and ultimately a very peaceful stay.

Our stay was perfect! The place was immaculate and very comfortable. The host was super helpful and responsive, I would absolutely recommend it!

Tom’s place was great and fun for our trip. The space is open, but very warm and toasty on a cold weekend. The linens were clean and new. The beds were very comfortable.

This was a great stay for a short trip. The hot tub was a hit and the open floor plan on the first floor for gathering.
