This was such an amazing find and we have already looked at rebooking it! Ivica was so helpful and even recommended a boat trip from the dock below which was such an awesome experience. The place was safe, peaceful and easy to get around from. Ivica went above and beyond to be such a gracious host and he made the experience that much easier for us. So grateful that we were able to book such a beautiful apartment for our first ever visit to Dubrovnik. 10/10 would recommend there is absolutely no negative feedback on this!

What a fantastic place to stay int he old town. the location is perfect and easy to find (if you don't mind steps!) right near the main attractions but still quiet and peaceful. The place was clean and exactly what we needed, the small touches such as the snacks, slippers, shampoo, conditioner and makeup remover pads were very much appreciated. The host was super helpful and responsive and gave great recommendations in the local area and even allowed us to check in early and leave late which was super helpful! thank you for such a wonderful stay - will be recommending!

It was a super nice week in Jelena’s place. We needed a beautiful getaway and that is what we got. Jelena is very friendly, responsive, and her advises and insights improved our stay. Perfect place for couples and families with not too small kids (since there are lots of stairs and the place is on a slope). We can also highly recommend a full day boat trip with a skipper.

Fantastic place and incredible help from Toni whenever needed. Would highly recommend to any future visitors. 5 stars

We had such a wonderful stay at Sanja’s apartment with our 2 young children! Dubrovnik is all hills and stairs so the apartment was mid way down a hill on a stair passageway and clearly numbered so easy to find. We were able to use a parking spot at the top of the hill which was convenient! The apartment is just beautiful with a view to match with a gorgeous patio! Absolutely stunning! Has a secure entry way, good wifi access, comfortable beds, everything inside was modern and clean. Kitchen has necessary cooking items and we picked up coffee, soap/shampoo, and groceries nearby. We could walk to the old town and there were restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, etc within 5-10 mins walking distance to the apartment. Laundry on site was great to have and our kids loved the jacuzzi tub! Highly recommend this stay! Thanks Sanja!

Our stay at this Airbnb as a family of six was fantastic. The view from the property is absolutely stunning – overlooking the sea and nearby islands, with unforgettable sunsets every evening. Antonela was on-site when we arrived and was extremely helpful throughout the week, recommending perfect activities for our family and making sure we had everything we needed. The location is ideal – close enough to Dubrovnik for easy trips into the city, yet peaceful and quiet for a relaxing getaway. There’s also a café and grocery shop nearby, which was very convenient. The house itself is beautiful, with two separate apartments that worked perfectly for our group. The highlight was definitely the infinity pool with its breathtaking view of the sea. Waking up to such a peaceful and expansive horizon every morning for a swim was incredible. We highly recommend this place for families or small groups looking for a comfortable and scenic escape!

Mihovil was a great host.. when we had queries regarding the villa he answered promptly and concisely. Our pool was cleaned during our stay and we were asked each time when it would be convenient for us so as not to disturb our use. He was friendly and informative and the villa had clear instructions of do’s and don’ts for guests which were easy to follow. The villa also contained a useful travel guide for tourists visiting Dubrovnik which also covered other trips to surrounding islands. There was additional bedding, blankets, towels & pool towels available and a very useful washing machine. Mihovil has thought of everything including a supply of mosquito repellents for indoor and outdoor use. The villa is very well equipped and there is an outdoor barbecue for guests to use.. We would definitely recommend the villa if you wanted to use somewhere peaceful just outside of the old town but bear in mind the local supermarket or shops are a short bus/ car / taxi ride away. We

We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. We arrived a bit early and we were able to leave our luggage and got access earlier than expected. The house was absolutely spotless and very well appointed. The kitchen was well equipped and had every appliance we needed for cooking. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well designed and luxurious. The open plan kitchen living and dining areas were spacious and very comfortable. The pool and garden grounds were well looked after. The accommodation was faultless all round and we would recommend this highly to others and would love to visit again. The location is perfect in a lovely quiet bay but also easy to get into Dubrovnik. Our hosts were caring and considerate and provided a lot of advice for trips and things to do.

Božo has a wonderful place and definitely earns his super host rating. He contacted us along the way to arriving and was able to offer an earlier check in. Whilst there nothing was ever a problem if we asked he did all he could to accommodate us and offered help on any asks for trips. We loved the place and pool and being away from the town. Definitely try the Konobo Knez restaurant if you can, food was incredible. Wish we had been staying longer. My only suggestion is to make it clear that the 3 bedrooms are not all in 1 apartment, the 3rd bedroom is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance and key, so more like an2 bedroom apartment. Our teenage daughter didn’t feel comfortable to stay on her own in there. There is plenty of room in both spaces. I’d add a kitchenette and small bistro table in the downstairs as then offers a perfect shared space with relatives or friends when needed.

Wir waren im Oktober da. Alle Fragen, die vorher aufkamen wurden schnell beantwortet. Auch während der Anreise standen wir Kontakt, sodass wir das Haus auch im Dunkeln gut gefunden haben. Matjes Vater hatte auf uns gewartet. Er hat uns alles gezeigt und toll erklärt. Der Pool ist nicht geheizt, aber die Hälfte unserer Gruppe waren dennoch schwimmen. Aber das Meer war wärmer und da waren alle drin. Das Haus liegt an einer Straße. Man hört die Autos schon in der Nacht. Aber am Pool ist es total chillig und ruhig und sehr privat. Alles ist voller Oliven-Bäume. Es gibt auch Mandarinen und Granatapfel. Richtig toll. Auch ein Grill ist am Pool, den wir allerdings nicht genutzt haben. Vom Haus kann man zu Fuß zum Meer und in verschiedene Restaurants laufen. In ca. 45 Minuten auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite. Auch hier kann man gut essen (und frühstücken). Matej hat über einen Kumpel eine private Speed-Boat-Tour organisiert. Das war mega! In Dubrovnik nutzen wir den Parkplatz! 25min Weg. Super

The space was stunning, and its location couldn't be better – a quick stroll to all the main attractions, including the magnificent Wall of Dubrovnik. The Airbnb team was exceptional; their responsiveness and helpfulness truly exceeded our expectations. They went out of their way to ensure we had a perfect stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Dubrovnik!

A beautiful secluded villa with wonderful hosts and great views - what you see in the pictures is what you get and more. We had a wonderful week at Villa Seraphina enjoying Zaton, Dubrovnik and relaxing at the villa. Duro and Diana's thoughtfulness and attention to detail in everything was exceptional and a joy to experience - thank you.

Ivana’s place was absolutely perfect. Amazing location. Great space. Amazing amenities. Ivana met us on the edge of the old town, after organising an airport transfer of us and walked us to the flat - which was amazingly useful. And also gave us tonnes of recommendations for the area which were great. Definitely recommend!!

Wir haben einen Langzeitaufenthalt in der Wohnung genossen und wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung ist sauber und neu renoviert. Man hat eine riesige Terrasse von der man das Meer sehen kann. Dementsprechend ist man auch schnell am Strand. Die Lage ist toll. Innerhalb von wenigen Gehminuten hat man die Promenade erreicht und hier gibt es Restaurants, Cafés etc. Da Lapad sehr hügelig ist und die Wohnung oben ist muss man einige Stufen gehen. Das hat und nicht weiter gestört, da wir sportlich sind. Im Schlafzimmer hat man einen super Arbeitsplatz. Wir werden nochmal wieder kommen 😊

Sanja’s place was exactly like the photos. It was lovely and peaceful and breakfast on the veranda was idyllic. Even though it was very quiet, there was so much to do nearby and it was a great location. Finally Sanja was very responsive to our messages and helpful!

We had a great experience staying at Ani and Tomi’s place! Unfortunately, our flight was diverted and we had to miss our first night, but they were incredibly understanding and even offered us a one night refund, which was so thoughtful and appreciated. Check-in was smooth and easy, and we were warmly welcomed with some snacks and food, which was such a nice touch after a long journey. The apartment was in excellent condition—clean, comfortable, and just as described. Ani and Tomi were fantastic hosts, and we would absolutely stay here again!

This place is spectacular and the hosts are superb. We stayed here as a family of 8 (including a baby, teenagers and grandmother) and we all absolutely loved it. The house has been elegantly designed, making great use of space and allowing for lots of light. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the kitchen has all you need, and the pool was the perfect temperature. We dealt with Marijo for the majority of the trip, and he was always so helpful, friendly, and responsive. He even went out of his way to find a basketball for the kids to use, as well as provided us with recommendations for places to eat Peka (a Croatian dish). If we ever come back to Dubrovnik, we will definitely stay here again!
