Dubrovnik-Comté de la Neretva : locations de villas de vacances

We had the good fortune to find Andrea and Diana's home late in the season after the rush of tourists that fill the restaurants and clogg the local roads. Our timing helped make our first experience in southern Croatia less stressful than it might have been. The home was spectacular. The modern house is located in a quiet neighborhood village on the outskirts of Dubrovnik with ample space for parking. The roads in the village are tight, but roadside mirrors help. Because of our timing many of the restaurants around the house were closed for the season. A cafe with incredible views and reasonable prices was within walking distance. The local mom and pop shop was open in the morning and late afternoon, but was not opend during their ample early afternoon break. If you're driving bring groceries with you. That being said, Andrea and Diana had the house stocked with essentials from bred to cereal and milk. That was a fantastic treat. The kids loved the pool!

Dubrovnik es una ciudad hermosa, y este alojamiento fue perfecto para emparejar al mismo nivel. Muy espacioso y cómodo, con un diseño de interiores único. Está muy cerca del cable car que te lleva a la montaña y a tan solo 2 minutos de una de las entradas a la ciudad amurallada. Para terminar, el patio y la vista fueron perfectas para descansar y disfrutar por la tarde, lejos del ruido y bullicio del turismo. Muy recomendable

We loved our stay at the villa. The location was ideal being a short distance from the airport, Cavtat and Dubrovnik. The borders to Montenegro and Bosnia are also nearby. We hired a car for our stay and would say it’s essential to really appreciate the area. The villa has a homely feel although a bit dated in its interior decor, it worked so well for us all, enabling private areas and space. Aircraft did fly by but did not affect our enjoyment of the property. The real plus for us all was the outside space …. So gorgeous with fruit in abundance; kiwis, limes, pomegranates, figs, apples, damsons and quince. The outlook was stunning and the pool was perfect and cleaned regularly. The nearby beach was 20 minutes walk away. A steep decline but stunningly beautiful. Local wineries are worth visiting and their produce impressive. Anna was very approachable and helpful.

Ivana's place is perfectly located, right at the entrance to the Old Town, by the Buza Gate. Everything is walking distance and the place is always full of life. She is so friendly and helped us get to and from the car park when we arrived and when I was heading back to the airport. Would highly recommend for people looking to experience the Old Town! It really does feel like living in King's Landing for a few days

John's villa is beautiful. The views are stunning. The units are well equipped (both with washers and one with a combo washer/dryer). John prepared a delicious meal for us one night, with Sea Bream, Sea Bass and his world-famous spaghetti with lobster. We had two children, ages four and eleven in our group and they especially enjoyed the pool, even in late September. A highlight was swimming with the grandkids at the villa after returning from a full-day outing (Dubrovnik, Elaphiti Island Boat Trip and a journey by our van into Montenegro). The beaches are beautiful, but quite a journey to them, which given our time at the villa, was not as much of a plus, as I had imagined. The pizza restaurant and local market are extremely walkable (uphill), but everything else needs to be driven to. There are a lot of hills, but this is part of the beauty of this coastline! John is a very connected, responsive, kind, and helpful host. He will help with all sorts of arrangements.

When we first arrived we were slightly concerned by the smallish rooms, separate apartments and view spoilt marginally by telelphone cables. But honestly , as we stayed longer at the villa it was perfect. You can walk to the baker at the bottom of the hill for daily breakfast. The villa is clean and tidy and modern albeit the cupboard space and bathrooms are small but modern. Marko was a lovely host and gave us fresh meat and cheese. Our best day was the boat trip to the islands, swimming in caves, cliff jumping and a lovely seaside lunch in Lopud. You can pay for hotel facilities at the bottom of the hill (5 min walk) - tennis, badminton, jet skiing, beach and restaurants which are all fabulous. We didn’t hire a car and used Uber which isn’t the easiest but doable. Restaurants in Zaton were lovely. You cannot get bored of the amazing view from the outside area with a lovely salt water pool and loungers with unspoilt views to the islands and passing boats. Highly recommended stay!

What a beautiful home Diana and Mihaela have! We spent a week here with friends (4 kids and 4 adults) and there was plenty of space. The layout is so well designed and the locked gate made it so we never worried about the kids safety. It is just a 5 minute walk to the grocery store and shopping and a 10 minute walk to a rock beach and marina for easy ferry transportation to Cavtat and Old Town. Ubers were aplenty and the home was spotless. 11/10 recommend this place, you will be coming back!

Lovely location - within walking distance of the waterfront and harbour. Lovely views from front bedroom balcony and patio. Two very nice bathrooms - one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. It was lovely to sit on the patio around the pool. Staircase to first floor is steep! We rarely used the kitchen as we prefer to eat out in the evening. There was an array of restaurants to choose from . We had an ice cream most nights from a fabulous ice cream shop near the supermarket and bought croissants and bread from the bakers every day. Had a lovely relaxing break. Kristina is a great host and quickly answers any questions you may have.

The villa is a really exceptional standard and we had such a comfortable stay. There is everything you could need and it was spotlessly clean. The ice machine was a really helpful bonus and the fridge was stocked with lovely wine and cool drinks for our arrival - thank you Marija!! The views are amazing from the pool and from the terraces. Marija is such a welcoming and friendly host and full of helpful information about the local area. If there is anything she doesn't know she finds out really quickly and nothing is too much trouble. As others have said there is a very steep road up to the villa but very manageable and only a few minutes walk to get to supermarkets and the bakery and a great restaurant. Uber works really well for pickup/dropoff at the villa if anyone can't manage the hill and definitely better to bus or taxi into Dubrovnik as the traffic is mad! Can't recommend highly enough - the villa and its host Marija are just superb!!

The location of this property was beautiful. Lovely to wake to the stunning view of the river and we especially enjoyed jumping in for a quick dip. The outdoor area was wonderful. We loved the hot tub! There are small supermarkets nearby plus a couple of bakeries which were great value for money and delicious. Dubrovnik old town is about a 20/25 minute drive away. We used a combination of both uber and buses to travel in. Katrina is a very helpful, friendly host and very responsive to messages. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

We were greeted upon our arrival and recommended several taxi services to transport us to and from the port-a 15 minute ride up on a beautiful scenic route to the Villa. We would recommend renting a car or UTV, as there was parking and it can become expensive to go by taxi. The Villa was as shown on the listing , 3 bedrooms with on suite bathrooms as well as an adjacent villa; providing some intimacy to guests . There was however no curtains in that guest Villa but did have its own laundry machine and full kitchen. The Villa was equipped with coffees/teas, sugar, ice machine , soaps and a lot of fresh towels , as well as beach towels . Anything we needed was there . We didn’t have to think about anything . There was more than enough for 8 guests . Villa was clean and comfortable. If you want picturesque views , in an insanely quiet neighbourhood , we 100 percent recommend Tonina and her family’s place . Alviz , their restaurant in the port was tasty!

Úžasné místo s úchvatnou zahradou plnou zeleně, kde si budete připadat téměř jako na pustém ostrově někde v karibském moři. Nádherné, obrovské palmy, banánovníky, agáve, yuky a spousta dalších nádherných rostlin, kaktusů, olivovníků a keřů. Přesto že sto metrů od domu jsou příjemná místa na koupání v moři, kam jsme chodili ráno, kdy byly malé pláže pusté, je vám k dispozici nádherný osvetlený bazén, kde na vás od nikud není vidět, takže máte na koupání i odpočinek celý den i večer, absolutní soukromí. Děti i my jsme večer využili hřiště s šipkami a "golfovým kulečníkem" . Oba domy jsou velmi moderně a komfortně vybavené, navíc s příjemnými mořskými doplňky a dekoracemi. Využívali jsme i venkovní gril na dřevo/dřevěné uhlí, který perfektně fungoval, s jídelním stolem, který zakrývala zelení obrostlá pergola. Je to skutečný ráj, který v budoucnu velmi rádi navštívíme znovu a určiti na více než čtyři dny, které byly opravdu málo.

Le logement de Matija est conforme aux photos et à la description, la villa est au top mais surtout ce qui rend votre séjour agréable c'est l'accueil très très chaleureux de Matija ! Matija est hyper réactif et vous accompagne même avant l'arrivée dans sa belle villa ! Encore MERCI Matija

Our stay at this villa was magical. The location is stunning, right next to the sea with breathtaking views and the sound of waves. The beach is a true gem – clean, secluded, and just steps away. We spent countless hours swimming and enjoying the serene environment. The villa is beautifully designed and well-maintained. Spacious living areas, comfortable bedrooms, and a modern kitchen made our stay incredibly comfortable. The outdoor space has ample seating and even a basketball field for some fun activity. Our host was exceptionally responsive and attentive, always available to answer our questions and provide helpful local tips. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. In conclusion, this villa is perfect for a peaceful, luxurious seaside retreat. We can't wait to return!

This home is a short drive to Dubrovnik and is between the two harbours of Srebreno and Mlini which have lovely little cafes, restaurants and beaches. You can walk for bakery and basic groceries or drive 5 minutes to a larger grocery store. The pool area and view is spectacular. We ate all our at home dinners outside on the large dining table. It would be nice to have a few basic kitchen supplies in the smaller kitchens by the bedrooms (plates, cups, glassware, cutlery) but we managed easily enough by bringing them up from the main kitchen. This home was perfect for our family of 3 couples and a baby. Mato was warm and welcoming and gave us great parking advice for Dubrovnik!

What a lovely way to kick off a holiday with our family - on arrival Diana had prepared some local meats and cake as a welcome. The house is 5 star luxury, the view is stunning, beds are so comfortable, and we loved using the outdoor kitchen by the pool. This is the best stocked airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Diana truely made us welcome and is a fantastic host. She helped us organise dinners and a day out on a boat. So many great memories from our holiday. Thanks Diana you are simply amazing.

Nenad was the best host ever! Always available and very responsive. The house is dreamy, peaceful and so so so worthwhile. We will definitely be back!

This stunning villa and thoughtful and kind host, Sanja, are the best of the best!! We highly recommend staying here, as it was the nicest villa with the best host we have ever experienced after having stayed in places around the world. Beautiful does not begin to describe the deck and view from this villa. The pictures do not do it justice. The villa is well-equipped with everything someone might need from amazing patio furniture, the most comfortable beds, plenty of linens, modern and clean bathrooms, kitchen essentials, toiletries, a separate washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided, and more. Sanja went above and beyond, meeting us when we checked in and preparing a wonderful tray of snacks and wine after a long day of travel. She coordinated airport transport for us, which was one less stress while traveling. She also coordinated a private boat tour, which was fantastic. She had many recommendations to help us during our stay. She is an exceptional host! A+++

The villa was incredible! Fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We loved the hot tub and the views from the terraces. The little village is right there. We only drove when we wanted to explore other nearby villages. Very close to Korcula. The hosts were extremely gracious to me and my family. If we ever return we will certainly stay here again!

A lovely, well-equipped house with all mod cons, and things that made it a fun place to hang out with the family, such as a pool table, table football, an outdoor BBQ and fantastic pool. The view was stunning; we loved the location by the waterfront and near the Dubrovnik marina. It was wonderful to sit on the terrace and watch the sun go down. We took the canoe out (saw a kingfisher), and went out on the bikes, which were provided. It's a bus ride into Dubrovnik old town, which is an amazing place. We would have welcomed an information folder with local knowledge - for example, we weren't sure where to catch the bus, or find the local GP surgery, etc and came across by chance an amazing bakery with caffe bar on the last day, which we would have frequented quite a bit had we known about it. When we did ask the hosts for information, they came back promptly with a response, however.

We loved staying at Andy & Julie’s place. Andy was super responsive, really helpful, gave us his great ‘Guide to Hvar’ and answered all of our many questions before arriving. Dario the taxi driver was a particularly useful recommendation. The villa was characterful with lovely stone. It was in a very peaceful village with a few amenities - we loved the local wine tasting. The kitchen in particular seemed newly refurbished and was even stocked with some basics for cooking. We loved our lunches outside in the courtyard. Thank you Andy and Julie!

We had a lovely stay at Andelkas villa. The view down to the coast from the pool was beautiful. As a group we really liked the outdoor kitchen and pool area. The villa was only a short drive from lots of beaches and the lovely towns of Jelsa and Starigrad. The parking was situated away from the villa and was a bit tricky at times, but we always managed to find a space.

Wow what a villa this was. The photos look great but it's more beautiful in reality. it had everything you needed and was very spacious and clean for 2 families. Anela the owner had messaged me with tips and recommendations and was super friendly. We arrived late on Thursday night so her mum and brother came around in the morning to drop off a beautiful platter of food which was local and home made. Towels were replaced in the week and the pool and outdoor area were amazing. The location is great too as not far from the airport and Cavtat was not far too which was lovely. Overall, an amazing holiday and villa and would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in Croatia

I would just like to say how beautiful the apartment is. To top that off Irena was a fantastic host, very helpful and responsive. This made planning days out / trips even easier. When I go back to Dubrovnik I will be contacting Irena as the villa contributed to a positive holiday!
