Great house that is the perfect size for mid-size groups. We had a girls trip for 5 and slept comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking implements, and there is a park across the street which was perfect for taking the dog to play fetch. It was a great home base for hiking the parks and we had a great time.

The property was exactly as described. We had a party of 10 and everyone was comfortable. They supplied an ample supply of towels & toilet paper in the restrooms. There were plenty of kitchen supplies, spices, cutlery, pots, pans anything you could think of. They even had a large crockpot. The game room was perfect for the kids that were with us, they had a ball. The deck was perfect and we sat outside each night. Our 1st night we had a little problem with the lights outside as the switches would not work. We figured it may simply be a tripped fuse, but did not know where the fuse box was. It was kind of late and I sent a message and they responded within minutes as to what to try to get the lights to work. I was directed to the fuse box and sure enough it was a tripped fuse, problem resolved. We will definitely be staying there again. Perfect for a large party and kids. We loved our stay at East Zion Escape - peaceful and serene, with thoughtful details and great for dogs with a large fenced yard. We enjoyed walking a bit further up the road for views. This is a great location for exploring Southern Utah. It would also make a lovely retreat for an artist. We were happy to have 4wd for navigating the dirt road in rain. Gladly again!

This home and host were just perfect for us! We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. We were there over the holidays and were greeted with a lovely Christmas tree! That was just one of the many touches that made this place a great home base while exploring Zion and Bryce Canyon for a few days. With 4 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 rooms with couches to relax in, big dining room table, there was plenty of space to spead out. We packed light so the washer and dryer were great! Picked up food in St George before we arrived and cooked suppers in the kitchen and on the grill. Dishwasher worked great so cleanup wasn't bad at all. Memories to last a lifetime were made. So thankful for this super responsive host and them having this listing available.

This house is beautiful and clean. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need. There is plenty of room to spread out or gather together. The house is convenient to many area attractions and the neighborhood is quiet.

We loved our stay at Timbernest! The condo had very comfortable beds, the place was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and loved all of the cookware, plates, and glasses. The bathrooms were clean, we had plenty of hot water and both were well stocked with plenty of towels, toilet paper, and soaps. The location was perfect and we loved having the garage parking spot. The host’s proactive information helped us get into the condo without any delays and our family of 5 was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again! And we loved the décor! Great job at making us feel at home away from home!

We had the most amazing time at Donna and Doug’s place. Very clean and spacious! Donna and Doug are so friendly and very quick to respond, and provided everything we need! We felt so welcome and comfortable. Zion and Bryce national parks are very easy to get to as well! Walmart is only 10 min away. Convenient location but also peaceful!

We enjoyed our stay in Brian Head. The condo was comfortable and well appointed. Brent was helpful and responsive.

Cannot recommended this place enough. Easy to find, park, and get in. Very conveniently located next to two lifts and perfectly in the middle of both sides of the mountain. On the first floor too, no stairs!!Would definitely stay again!!

It was a great stay in little town near to Bryce Canyon. Highly recommended if you planning for Bryce Canyon National Park trip. Beware about the town police - they are very strict on the roads and can have speeding tickets for even 5-10+ mph. Great stay!!

A beautiful property with stunning views of Zion! Host was flexible in check-in and very helpful when we forgot something behind. A wonderful stay! The off season is quiet at Zion and made for a magical weekend.

Absolutely loved this place. Great location. Super cozy, and clean. Shuttle comes right to the lodge. Betty was very kind, responsive, and accommodating. Will definitely be booking this place again!
