Incredible property. Perfect gathering space for my entire family of 6. Private yet close to commerce like Publix and local gym to work out. Great memories made.

Beautiful views and great spaces! We’ve stayed in Marathon several times in different canal houses with our family of 7, and this property is now our new favorite. We couldn’t get enough of all the beautiful views from sunrise to sunset whether it was on the porch, in the pool, or out by the Tiki Hut. Every bedroom has water views as well. Boat access was an easy out to snorkeling, diving, fishing, or whatever you like to do. There are two kayaks for use, which made for some nice outings to explore the immediate area. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, and even had an extra under-the-counter ice machine. We had a great time here, and would stay again. Thank you to the owners for sharing your property.

We have done many AIRBNBS and this was what we expected. Extremely clean, and everything that was advertised. The location was perfect, and close to many local restaurants that we enjoyed. Would consider going back and would highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't been in the area before.

The house was beautiful, the location was private, everything was extremely clean, lots of towels and sheets, sunscreen, seasonings, fish cleaning table, bait freezer, stocked kitchen, cool ac, smart tvs, big enough to fit our 2500 and 32’ boat. Boat ramp was easy to use. The view was beautiful! Nothing negative to say!!

This property has a beautiful view, steps from the beach, and is conveniently located for exploration of all the Florida Keys. We are looking forward to a second visit!

Alfonso is a very responsive host who provided clear details, local recommendations (multiple of which we used), and provided a place in a great location. Neighbors are friendly. Place was clean. Perfect for our family with a 14 and 6 year old.

We wanted a homebase to explore the keys. Perfect little home and Pamela thought of everything for our stay. We typically cook but didn’t have time but I felt like the kitchen was better stocked than ours at home! Bottled water, Keurig coffee and wine were a perfect extra bonus. Funny thing is that we locked ourselves out of the property and Pamela responded right away and was resolved immediately.

Madelyn's place was a wonderful place for our family vacation. The heated pool and mini golf were a hit with the grand kids! A great deal of thought has went into the property's landscape to insure privacy. We felt completely at home. Plenty of spaces for everyone to go off and have "alone time". Most everything there is self explanatory, however Madelyn was proactive in contact with us should we have had any questions. We are definitely considering this place in future visit to the Keys!

Perfect condo for the two of us, spotless clean, new, and well stocked kitchen. We loved the pool with the beautiful ocean view. Frank was very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the Key Colony Continental Inn. The environment and location was described accurately by Cindy, as stated there were endless amenities nearby which made the stay feel like home. The beach at the condo was nice although we discovered a nice public beach nearby named Sombrero Beach. Overall, Cindy was a great host whom responded quickly to our questions. We would definitely comeback to visit again and again.

Viel zu schnell sind die Tage bei Norma vergangen. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Norma ist eine tolle, liebe Gastgeberin, die viele Tips hat. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage. Und alles ist so wie beschrieben. Wir sind in der Lagune geschwommen und haben Sonnenuntergänge bewundert. Es waren rundherum perfekte vier Tage, vielen Dank Norma!

We stayed for a multi-event wedding nearby and it was an ideally peaceful spot to return to throughout the weekend; clean and offered much of what you’d need for a weekend trip like ours. Thank you, Ana!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay with our two children. The Keys Escape was clean and very comfortable. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the mornings and evenings as the view was incredible. The heated pool was awesome, and just a few steps away. Highly recommend!

We totally enjoyed Guillermo and Polly’s place! Enjoyed the indoor/outdoor set up!We used the outdoor living space every morning for coffee and every evening for dinner and/or relaxing with TV or family games. Very inviting! Took the kayaks out through the mangroves which was fun- nice of them to allow us to use them. We weren’t there often during the day, but when we were we enjoyed the pool, the hammocks, the gorgeous sunsets, and even used the laundry facilities before we left!

Stunning views, peaceful. we had stayed in this building before 7 years ago and found other vacations have never measured up to the view. This owner puts money back into his investment, furniture was comfortable, kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. This is a end unit so you really get special views! We definitely are going home with huge smile on our faces and are so distressed. On top of all that the unit was so clean!❤️

This place is in a nice location where we saw key deer roaming around and Robin is responsive and helpful. Just be aware there are no food supplies included: coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, etc.

We had a wonderful stay at Michelle’s place. The condo was beautiful. We relaxed, enjoyed the pool. The other guests were super friendly. There amenities that were listed were spot on, no surprises. Definitely would recommend this place!!! Michelle was very responsive during our stay if needed her. Directions to get into the condo were perfect. Hope to be back next year.

Sandra is a wonderful host!! She was so proactive in communicating - gave us such a wonderful list of restaurants, too! Everything was clear - we found her place easily, got right inside, and everything so clean, which I greatly appreciated! Also, we got in late at night so Sandra offered us an extra hour in the morning before check out, which was so helpful and nice! We all got to sleep a little longer than we would have and we didn't feel rushed. We stayed only one night as we made our way down the keys so we didn't really get to enjoy the property so I can't speak to that very much - but we had a great stay for the one night we were there and Sandra is the best! Thank you for your hospitality Sandra!!!

We stayed for a week long spring break vacation with our 8 year old daughter. Everything is exactly as shown in the photos and stated in the positive reviews, and this condo is an absolute gem. It’s not only the perfect location in the resort complex itself…so close to the pool and a very short walk to the private beach, it’s also close to both Key Largo and Islamorada restaurants and attractions. We truly had the most amazing experience…the pool is lovely any time of day, it was never overcrowded or noisy, we loved having a full kitchen for cooking meals and having snacks, the ocean view was beautiful, and the in condo laundry was so very convenient. We also loved exploring the other islands, and felt so lucky that we were perfectly located for day trips and convenience to the Miami airport as well. We would highly recommend this condo and are looking forward to staying here again, or at another of John’s properties!! Thank you for an amazing experience!!

The first half of our stay went extremely well and there was plenty of space to park our boat. I would definitely stay again.

If you like peace and quiet this is the place. Not much of a shopping destination though. Key largo is more for snorkeling and scuba. A 2 hour drive to key west.

Went to Cynthia's place 1/18-1/21. It was better than the pictures. The Kawama community, the lagoon and Key Largo are beautiful. First time visiting Key Largo and there's much to do.,,fishing, snorkeling, biking, and visit John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. I went with my three sons for a long weekend for fishing and went to Key West. The lagoon is few feet from the patio to enjoy a swim. My boys loved it. Cindy kept in touch with me to see if everything was good. I had a great time and her place is is neat, clean and meticulously maintained. Go and enjoy!

Kim is a wonderful host. The property outside and inside were terrific. She knows the area and gave clear instructions for things to do and see. The restaurant recommends ions were delicious. We love that she is growing her own pineapples on the property. We will certainly spread the good word about Kim, this property and Key Colony.
