Our family had an absolutely fantastic time at this beach house! The location was perfect, near the beach, and the house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches and amenities provided, making our vacation truly relaxing and enjoyable. The house was stocked with everything we needed, including chairs, and even a cooler. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and we loved the outdoor area with hot tub. We highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation experience. We will definitely be back!

Second year in a row renting the house, which was very clean on arrival. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor shower, pool, hot tub, etc. Beach access is only two houses down and there is a designated walkway for you to cross. Low tide is great for surfing with 2 sand bars. The main road is busy, but doesn't bother you while enjoying the pool or decks. The house has everything you need for cooking, grilling, playing in the pool and going to the beach. There are plenty of beach chairs, beach toys for kids, a cooler, and beach buggy to carry it all to the beach, which is a small upgrade made by the owners. Staying there two years in a row we have noticed the owners care and have done small upgrades, which is appreciated b/c we have rented houses where you can tell upgrades have not been made in years. Kitty Hawk pier is within walking distance. The pictures represent what you will get in the house and are true. Mary and Andy were great with communication and we look to rent the place again.

Owners were friendly and helpful and generous. Well-equipped kitchen. Extremely convenient location. Very comfortable house with lots of nooks and sitting areas.

Puctures of the view didn't do this listing justice. The crow's nest allowed us an incredible, unobstructed view of sunrise each day. Perfect way to start our days there. A great first time in Nags Head.

Our stay at Travis's place in Kitty Hawk was outstanding! You are in one of the best locations, right on the beach. The views, especially sunrise, can not be beat. We watched dolphins, schools of fish and we were even lucky enough to see whales up close. We took morning and afternoon walks on the beach and enjoyed the huge deck. This place is great for entertaining and having fun! This strip of beach in Kitty Hawk is always less used, which makes it great for those looking to escape the crowds. You are in walking distance to great restaurants and you are right in the middle of all the OBX has to offer. Travis was super accommodating and we felt right at home. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved the home! My friends and I had so much to do with all the extra amenities. Great for families and such easy access to downtown! Will definitely book again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The location of this house is perfect! Right across the road from the beach. Close to everything (restaurants, grocery stores, activities) but far enough away to not hear the traffic from the busy main road. The house was clean and well organized. Like other reviewers mentioned, the floors upstairs are creaky; put your heavy sleepers in the downstairs bedroom. I also echo another reviewer’s suggestion of comfortable chairs on the upper deck. I missed the part of the listing that detailed that only one set of towels per person (1 large towel, 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth) is provided for your entire stay (our family of 3 stayed Sun-Sat). The host/property manager was very responsive and provided two additional sets when I requested more. Guests should be prepared to utilize the washer/dryer in the home or bring their own. Perhaps an adjustment to this policy could be considered based on the length of stay? Overall, a wonderful home. I would recommend it.

This stay was definitely a 10/10. We were amazed at not only how well decorated and beautiful it was, but how clean the inside was. The entire house was tidy and cozy. The amenities were great, such as the hot tub since we visited out of season. Also had lots of cookware and several board games. Not a far walk from the beach and located in a private/quiet neighborhood. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. We had such a great time and would absolutely stay again.

We had the most amazing stay! Rebecca was extremely communicative and made sure we knew everything we needed to! The place looked exactly as pictures and was very clean. It was a short walk to the beach (about 5 minutes) and the private pool was so nice to come back to! We would absolutely stay at one of Rebecca’s houses again!

Beth Ann's house layout was great for our two families - the first and second floor are entirely standalone units with their own kitchen, front door and back door to the pool. We had privacy and were then all able to gather on the second floor to hang out. It's a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. The gas fireplace was a nice touch when it was chilly during our stay.

My stay was absolutely fantastic! The hosts were amazing, and the condo was spotless. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the large, plush bathroom towels were a great touch. I loved the stylish décor and cozy furniture, especially the well-furnished balcony—perfect for watching breathtaking sunsets. The entire place smelled wonderful upon arrival, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed. Although I didn’t have my kids with me this time, I noticed it was equipped with everything I would normally bring for them. The views from both the family room and master bedroom were simply stunning. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning!

I would book this place again!! Was very clean and put together and looked just like the pictures. Neighborhood was private and walkable. Beach is less than a 5 minute walk! Highly recommend!!

Shawn was a good host and answered all my questions very fast and gave us accommodations. The place was very clean, perfect for our family and our dog! We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

What a beautiful home just steps from the ocean. Our group of 8 high school friends had a great time and appreciated the beautiful accommodations. Bedrooms are varied and well-separated for privacy. Lots of doors to access to the rear deck, pool, hot tub, and beach. The kitchen is a gourmet's delight with a great selection of cookware and tableware. We would have appreciated a few more essentials in the kitchen and bathroom.

Michael did a wonderful job communicating with us and was responsive with requests. His cottage was a perfect get away for our family. We got to enjoy morning sunrises from the balcony and the beach. Thank you for making this a memorable stay at your lovely home. We couldn’t have asked for anything better.

The bee hive was great! Perfect location, steps to the beach! It was just as described on the site. Really comfortable space, more than enough room for our group of 4. Great backyard for grilling. Wayne and Lynn were super helpful and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and shops. They were very communicative from start to finish. We would definitely go back!

Pablo's home was just the family getaway we needed! It was super clean, extremely comfortable and centrally located to a lot of different activities and sights that we truly enjoyed even in "off season ". Pablo was very helpful and responded quickly. James was very responsive and quick to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The home is cute and quirky - looks just like the photos! The only thing that was confusing was that sheets and towels are not included in the listing. This was not immediately clear from the listing page. When we were told this a couple days before our trip, James was very accommodating, though, and helped us sort out the issue. All in all a very pleasant experience with a very nice front porch!

Loved our recent stay at this beach house! The location is great, very close to the beach but felt private and secluded (on a quiet street). We drove to the beach with all our stuff, but could have also walked. No issues with finding parking at the beach, although we were here off-season in September. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed to relax after a day at the beach (both inside and on the large deck). We grilled, had pizza delivered and drove a short distance to Duck for dinner a few nights. Had one rainy day where we enjoyed sitting in the screened in porch listening to music and playing games. Would recommend Laurie's place to anyone who enjoys charming beach houses (no bland, new build here): full of fun decorations, a spiral staircase and lots of charming personality!

Andrew's home was wonderful for our crew of 6! It's located in a quiet peaceful neighborhood 30 seconds fromTimbuc II where there is a nice variety of shops and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed for cooking & baking. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were large enough where we didn't feel cramped even after bringing our suitcases in. The water pressure is excellent in each of the showers, which was perfect in order to ensure we could rinse off the salt and sand as needed. The hot tub was a nice bonus along with all the games in the basement. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Sue’s house was perfect for our family of 10! A 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. A fabulous pool for all of us to enjoy. A lovely decorated home with plenty of bedrooms and new bathrooms. Loved the outdoor showers. Well equipped kitchen for all our meals. And a porch to watch magnificent sunsets at night! Sue was quick to answer all my questions.

This is a beautiful home that has a private feel. It is so fresh and clean. It was cold weather and the fireplace made it cozy. The bikes and beach chairs included were in great shape. The showers were fantastic. The sauna and hot tub were enjoyable. The local restaurants recommended by Host were delicious (Steamers, Coastal Cravings, and NC Bar and Grill). We couldn't have been more pleased with everything.

Fabulous experience with Amber and Brett's modernly decorated and cozy home! From the booking to the checkout, everything went smoothly as the home was immaculate, well stocked with all basic nessecities for a carefree vacation and located near many activities. The Relax Shack lives up to its name and we felt right at home. I think our pup loved it even more as he enjoyed romping around the fenced in yard. Our 10 hour drive from Pleasant Valley, NY was well worth every long mile!
