I loved the place , their were precise instructions on how to use everything and it was lots to do with in the cabin . It was very clean and felt like home and and I liked the privacy around the cabin I would definitely book again

It’s was a pretty cute house. I lot more private than I thought which I liked. The pillows were sooo comfortable alone with all the other furniture. The hot tub was nice. My over all feeling for the house is great.

The cabin was in a convenient location and the surroundings were so nice. There are other cabins very close, so it’s not totally private, but the people staying in the other cabins didn’t disturb us at all and the stay was very peaceful and relaxing. The cabin is much smaller than it looks in the photos, but it was just my husband and I, so it was adequate for our needs and would be perfect for a small family. I only book places with washing machines because then we can pack light, wash and rewear, having the washer/dryer was nice. The deck is nice & large and the hot tub was great to relax in after a nice evening meal. It has everything you could need for your get away to Ellijay or Blue Ridge. If you’ve never been to the area, my suggestion is to explore Ellijay and Blue Ridge (take the train ride) and enjoy some of the fantastic local restaurants and return to the peaceful cozy cabin to relax!

My husband and I had a great time! It was such a lovely place to stay in and very peaceful. We loved the hot tub, outside TV, and big swing! The inside was so adorable and very well designed and modern! Would recommend this place to any couple, and we will probably stay here again!

This cabin was just lovely and everything I wanted as a getaway vacation with my husband and our two teenagers. Very cozy vibe inside. The views were so serene, and it was truly beautiful and peaceful . We all enjoyed our time there, and would return in a heartbeat! Everything was well stocked, well cleaned, and had just about everything you would need while there. We made sure to stock up on food and beverages before we got there, and cooked inside and grilled outside a couple of times too. The roads leading there are very windy, and at times narrow and steep, so I would definitely recommend an AWD or 4WD vehicle when coming. Other than that, we had a great time and made some great memories! We would definitely love to come back.

Knapp Thyme is exactly what my family and I needed. From the comfortable bedding to the fully stocked mini appliances needed to cook every night. Yall, this place had a crockpot! In all the places I have stayed, no one has thought that far in advance for any of their guest. Now location, being a 45ish minute drive to Helen, was excellent through and over the mountains. It's very scenic. Again, as far as location, you are 10 minutes from Blue Ridge Ga, and that is another beautiful town. What more could you ask for? Tom and Barbara have a diamond in the rough that I will look to want to come back year after year.

My husband and I had a great stay. We brought our two dogs with us. Unfortunately the property is not all fenced as was stated in the description. The cabin was cozy and had the many listed amenities. It was close to Blue Ridge and many hiking trails.

Coming here was the break we needed. We brought our pups too which was perfect, the yard was fully fenced which was huge for us, the location was hidden but perfect. It was mostly rainy during our stay but it made our stay perfect because the tranquility and peaceful silence was just what we needed. The cabin was super clean, cozy, and comfortable. Can’t wait to come back again!!

The cabin has a cozy feeling and is located nice and secluded at the end of a neighborhood, with plenty of privacy. Due to the weather we did not get to enjoy the outside but the bonfire looks like a great place to sit outside with family or friends. When booking, we didn’t realize the upstairs bedroom does not have a door, although this did not bother us because it was just my wife and I. We would go definitely come back here. Host was friendly and easy to communicate with.

My wife and I visited for a long weekend. The home was very clean and a convenient location to town and scenic areas. James + Nicole were very responsive. They kept in touch with us to see if we needed anything and wanted to make our stay the best it could be. The stairs back up to the house from the river are long but made well. It was definitely worth the trip down to the river. The covered deck is amazing. We brought our hammocks and placed them next to the water. The sounds of the flowing river and the quiet nature was exactly what we were looking for. The views from the back porch and bedroom French doors are so amazing. Opening the doors and feeling the breeze early in the morning is the best way to start the day. The kitchen was functional and had a great stock of utensils, spices, and cookware. We highly recommend this cabin and would certainly consider staying there again.

The cabin has wonderful views and plenty of different spaces to relax including the front deck with a fireplace, the fire pit or the hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed them all! The cabin was very clean and cozy.

This house is beautiful. I would not recommend for small children because of the location and very close cliffs. The mountain road can be intimidating if you are not used to skinny mountain roads. For couples or older children it is beautiful. The host was amazing and actually refunded us for our stay when we realized it wasn’t fit for our family.

We loved escaping here for the weekend. It really is a perfect place to get away to.

Beautiful and simple cabin that had everything you could possibly need. The interior is so thoughtful and has that modern touch with a country vibe thats a perfect mix of both. Loved the owners and the location, the trail to the river was gorgeous. Would stay with them again!

This stay was absolutely amazing nothing negative to say. The windows in the home made the views that much better from sun rise to sunset. They had instructions that were clear and recommendations for activities in the area. It was so peaceful I enjoyed my stay and will definitely comeback. Thank you Rachael and Michael for the effective communication throughout my stay I appreciate it.

The area had ice/snow before we came so the host called beforehand to walk us through that. There was then a threat of more weather, so our group left a night early, unfortunately. The cabin was great, good space, nice bed options, good games, etc. We would rent again, especially because it's so close to town. Thanks for accommodating our group.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin. It was the perfect way to ring in the New Year as a family. We loved watching the sunrise over the mountains on the front porch rockers. We loved watching the cows graze and meeting Jack the Donkey. The hosts were so friendly and even gave us a tour around the farm. The cabin is beautiful and spotless. Such a perfect spot to relax with family and loved ones. We hope to be back someday!

This is the ideal get away with camping vibes that also offers a cozy cabin. The creek & waterfall offer natural tranquil surrounding and then you step into a cozy, well furnished & thoughtfully decorated cabin. The sounds of a creek & waterfall are audible all over the cabin. The king bed in the bedroom upstairs was hands down my fave along with the kitchen window views. There's so much good to say. Plan to cook or drive into Blue Ridge or Ellijay for shopping & dining. We cannot wait to return in the summer for playing in the creek with sweet Maggie.

Greg’s cabin was wonderful! Very private and felt like we were away from the rest of the world. The views from the hot tub and the bedroom of the main cabin were beautiful. It was so peaceful watching the sunset from the hot tub. The kitchen was well-stocked. We also really enjoyed spending the afternoon on the screened porch. Our dog had a great time lounging on the deck with us and going for walks around the property. Would highly recommend staying here for a cabin get away! Greg was responsive and helpful during our stay. We didn’t check out the smaller guest cabin so I can’t speak to that.

Beautiful place, very peaceful. Lots to do all around, including within walking distance. I went solo and had a great time, strong wifi all around the compound.

Charming home with plenty of space to explore and relax outside. We loved being able to walk down to the creek and picnic down there. Plenty of room for everyone to stretch out. Hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful to find great local stops. Perfect home base to come home to after long days of hiking.
