A magical spot indeed! We stayed for 4 perfect nights and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. The grounds are very pretty, with wild turkeys visiting for morning coffee. The kitchen is newly remodeled and stunning. The pool was a great find and there were plenty of nice towels and an outdoor shower. The host is lovely and the caretaker called to say hello as well so we felt very taken care of. A must visit! 10 stars!

Erin’s home is awesome! We rented it for our daughter’s and their families - 4 adults, 4 children shared the home for the week. The house was SPOTLESS at check in, and so well appointed, from kids toys, kitchen staples, beach chairs, beach towels, bicycles, a fabulous outdoor dining patio with large table/chairs/umbrella, quality bed linens, towels, etc. and rooms full of nice, comfortable furnishings. The neighborhood is fabulous, especially for families who want to enjoy the pool (which is awesome!)/playground/small beach area. It was quiet and relaxing and very walkable and there are also several larger Falmouth beaches you can drive to within a few minutes. Downtown is about a 5 minute drive to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. All in all, it’s a great house in a really great location!

If you're looking for a house that has every modern touch and amenity, this probably isn't the place for you. If you're looking for a place where you can completely relax and take in the sounds of nature and views of the water, and have ample space to curl up with a book or stretch out, then this will work. The Gross' family house harkens back to a simpler time on the vineyard, feels rich with history, and has a multitude of spaces to enjoy as a group or by yourself. Very convenient to get to the uncrowded Philbin and Lobsterville beaches. Short drive to the sunset and lobster roll crowds at Menemsha. Kitchen was well equipped for for our party of 8. We cooked most nights and ate both inside and outside. We set up badminton outside and enjoyed the cool lap pool.

Exactly what we hoped for: Quiet, peaceful, friendly neighbors, and close to the restaurants in Edgartown. The pool was perfect for late afternoons/early evenings with the kids after long days at the beaches. Our hosts were very quick to respond to any messages or questions we sent. We loved our week here and look forward to coming back next year.

This house is literally perfect! It was clean, spacious and well stocked. The house is in a quite neighborhood which made it even more relaxing. The pool exceeded all expectations and I hope to have the opportunity to go back next year!

Outstanding home and location. The pictures are nice, but do not even begin to do the home justice. Lots of space and nooks too. Very responsive owner and management. Met our every need.

We liked Thomas’s place very much. It is a nice renovated spacious and clean place. The pool is a very nice and cool addition. Thomas is a very generous landlord, we found a lot of linens and towels, lots of kitchen stuff and even some toys. Tom also left us a brand new inflatable shark to use. We enjoyed our stay very much. It is highly recommend.

Rachel’s house was great, and had everything anyone would need… Beds were comfortable, water pressure in showers was perfect. Most importantly, Rachel was so lovely to deal with… She was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent location, good instructions from Owner. Really easy walks to both downtown Falmouth and the beach.

This is a beautiful cottage in a stunning location walking distance to the ferry terminal to Martha's Vineyard. I was visiting with my elderly parents from the UK and the cottage could not have been more comfortable. A lot of care and attention had been put in throughout the property to make it welcoming and provide everything you would need. Devon was a great host, very quick with replies. I highly recommend Juniper cottage and hope to return one day.

this house was in walking distance to Great restaurants and if you willing to search you can find a little body of water nearby as well. The living space and bedrooms have views of the treetops and it's very private overall. Three bathrooms also really helps when having multiple guests. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans and the couch is enormous and comfortably fits large groups.

Patricia was very responsive before and during our stay. She was easy to communicate with and gave great suggestions for beaches to visit. The house is about a 10 minute drive from the closest beach. It’s near water but it’s more for fishing or boating. It’s less than 10 minutes from the center of town where there are great places to eat and shop around. The house is beautiful and spacious. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main level and 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom the second level. Highly recommend.

A great spot in Vineyard Haven, a short walk to the town center and easy access to all the Vineyard has to offer. Our pup especially loved the nearby dog-friendly Owen Park Beach. The house is well maintained on a quiet street and equipped with everything that you need for the beach. Larry was very responsive. We had a great trip!

It is a nice house for a large family. We had between 8-12 there at any points. Close to beaches.

Great central location to points in all directions! Very comfortable stay for a family of 5. The outdoor shower was a major plus!

We really enjoyed our time at this home. The kids loved the finished basement and we had plenty of common space for two families or 4 and 5. Carrington was responsive to our needs and communicated well. The house was located close to Oak Bluffs and I enjoyed easy access to beautiful running routes by the ocean.

Absolutely loved Elisa’s house in Vineyard Haven. We went for my 30th birthday weekend with some friends and we legitimately could not have had a better time. The house is phenomenal and couldn’t be in a better location. The kitchen is modern, the rooms are spacious, the backyard is perfect for hanging out. The three season room was an awesome place to hang out. I have so so many nice things to say about this house and Elisa’s hospitality. I can’t wait to come back & could not recommend more!

Our stay was a pleasant experience. Host messaged us a week before with instructions and a welcome email - so helpful! Communication was great. Clear check-in/check-out instructions given. Beds & bedding were very comfortable and cozy, towels were soft. Ample toilet paper and towels. Garage parking for 2 cars was helpful. Great place to stay with a family. Will rent again!

This house was amazing! Beautiful and very clean! Megan had timely responses to messages and was clear in her instructions regarding the check in process. The beds were comfortable. The outdoor shower was maybe our favorite part of the trip, all the ladies enjoyed being outside and also the coolness of the inside of the house. There was tons of room. The overall aesthetic of the house was a calm, beachy vibe and made you feel like you were right beside the water. I wish we had played horseshoes in the back yard! If we need a place to stay in the future for a group trip with the ladies I would try to book here if it was available!

Exceptional - believe the hype/countless 5-star reviews. Amy's home is an ideal home base on MV, especially for families. The location is great (easy walk to town), the backyard is gorgeous, the home itself is spotless and has every toy/amenity you could want. (We especially loved the proximity to the large, well-maintained playground and town library.) Amy is an excellent host and made herself available before and during our stay. We can't wait to come back.

The Edgartown house is absolutely lovely. The owner has definitely invested alot of time and effort into the house - not only is it very very clean, they went really out of their way to have "al the little things" that you don't see in many AirBnbs - coffee supplies and both a drip and Keurig machine, a bowl of packaged snacks, hotel style towels folded on the beds, qtips and bath essentials; even mints in the bedrooms. The table was even set for a party of four with dishes, folded napkins and the works. You don't normally see this level of detail and effort in places - it's clear that Genianna knows exactly how to setup a home for a luxury stay. Of course I'm always on island in the off-season, so I didn't spend much time outside. But the deck, furniture, fire pit and hot tub do look like a great place to spend a summer evening. I almost feel like AirBnB should have Genianna teach a class to other owners how to setup a home for rental. Everything was perfect.

We loved Nikki’s place - a beautiful house, it was a perfect place for our weekend of exploration of Martha’s Vineyard. Nikki was super-helpful and very responsive - proactive with her excellent suggestions of things to do around the island, and immediately jumping in when her help was needed. Our check-in/check-out were seamless and flexible, Nikki was very accommodating and wanted us to have the best time. We really enjoyed our stay!
