Lovely place, welcome retreat. I think there’s classically a big difference between a Airbnb that is run by a management company and one that is actually someone's home. This house has the best of both. Highly responsive owners who are very thoughtful and a clutter-free space. Plus all of the amenities that accompany a house that is a home. The kitchen is very well stocked (including if you have little ones -- plates, silverware etc), the bedrooms very cosy, and the layout and furniture are great. We were visiting off-season -- which was lovely because Woods Hole was still active, including Pie in the Sky and Water Street -- but it was apparent that during the summer months the same thoughtfulness applies to summer-time fun (i.e. grill, beach gear, etc). One of the most special things is just how peaceful the house is, on the pond with lovely wildlife, and yet you can walk to some of the best food that you could ask to eat! Very responsive hosts. Highly recommend.

Whitney & Emma were extremely responsive and kind hosts. They accommodated requests and ensured we had a smooth stay. The townhome is very cute, decorated perfectly to give you a MV feel, with cooling on the second floor and beautiful cross breeze from the outdoor patio. They provide all the little necessities for cooking and cleaning during your stay. Thanks so much for the hospitality and we look forward to staying again.

The cabin is located near Edgartown. It was quaint, comfortable, and a great glamping experience. A few things to be aware of: If you are on the bigger/taller side, the bed is up steep ladder stairs. If you are a light sleeper, bring an eye mask. There is a microwave, toaster oven, and fridge, but no ice or cooktop. The outdoor shower was fun, and earth-friendly toiletries were icing on the cake. We had a lovely time!

We really enjoyed our time at this home. The kids loved the finished basement and we had plenty of common space for two families or 4 and 5. Carrington was responsive to our needs and communicated well. The house was located close to Oak Bluffs and I enjoyed easy access to beautiful running routes by the ocean.

Patricia was very responsive before and during our stay. She was easy to communicate with and gave great suggestions for beaches to visit. The house is about a 10 minute drive from the closest beach. It’s near water but it’s more for fishing or boating. It’s less than 10 minutes from the center of town where there are great places to eat and shop around. The house is beautiful and spacious. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main level and 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom the second level. Highly recommend.

Wonderful house with gorgeous views of Oyster Pond from every window. Sitting on the deck high in the trees was especially nice for our older relative who loved seeing the swans swim by. The spotlessly clean house was beautifully decorated and furnished while the kitchen provided all necessary pans and utensils. The canoe was easy to get in and out of. Would love to return next year.

Irie by the Lake was fantastic. The home is not only beautiful and perfectly designed and decorated, but it was the cleanest vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. Carol was super responsive and helpful. We are already planning to return.
