Ultimate getaway house!!! Situated on Lagoon Pond in Oak Bluffs. Sleeps 10 people plus 2 in the optional guest cottage. The house is proximate to OB center - convenient for walking and bike riding. Beach access! The house boasts an outdoor pizza oven, outdoor nooks (hammocks!), and a spacious yard. There are amenities galore including, but not limited to: an outdoor shower, grill, board games, wifi, cable & roku, towels, linens, etc. 1 week min stay, with Sunday turnovers in July & August!

Shopping, dining/entertainment, and the beach—without a car! Relax or grill on the private patio surrounded by fully fenced lawn and gardens. Only a little over a half mile down to the beach. A short distance to bike rentals and the Shining Sea Bikeway for jaunts along the coastline. Take a day trip to Martha's Vineyard! Two levels with two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the first floor; upstairs: a bathroom, master bedroom with a sitting area, a separate office with a desk and queen size bed.

Quaint Vineyard Compound

This is a multi Family home with a 3 bedroom, 2 bath Main House (sleeps 6) an in-law apartment with a queen bedroom (sleeps 2) and a cottage with a queen bed (sleeps 2). Perfect for multi-generational families or a group. This is the first offering of this property as a compound. Initially, we lived in the Main House but we are trying something different by offering our home exclusive to one group. We are in the process of updating some areas and will update photos as rooms are renovated.
