As always, we had a wonderful time in Alexia's pristine, charming, well laid-out home. It suits our family perfectly, with its separate "wings" and its open common space. It's close to Menemsha and great walking trails. As a host, Alexia is always available and helpful. We had a relaxed and happy stay there!

I have stayed in many airbnbs in US and Europe. This is by far my favorite because of its combination of simple charm, design, comfort, location, and ambiance. It truly is a gem that you can feel every minute you are there. All of my friends felt the same way. “This place is just so special.” There were 4 of us and we had everything we needed at our fingertips. The outdoor shower is divine, all the shelving is perfectly situated, the property is private, the patio, and deck lovely options for coffee or wine, and the beds, bedding, and showers couldn’t have been better. If you want to visit Martha’s Vineyard, and want to feel pampered by thoughtful design, stay here!

this house was in walking distance to Great restaurants and if you willing to search you can find a little body of water nearby as well. The living space and bedrooms have views of the treetops and it's very private overall. Three bathrooms also really helps when having multiple guests. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans and the couch is enormous and comfortably fits large groups.

We stayed over the long weekend at this beautiful property. It’s located centrally close to all the major attractions and beaches. The property had beautiful features and felt very comfortable. The home itself had a lot of charm and had a positive energy. Hosts were very kind and nice to communicate with. They left us wonderful treats and fresh eggs from their beautiful garden. Overall it was a great stay at their property. Highly recommended and we will be staying there again. I will highly recommend getting a car to travel in the island so you can go to Edgartown or other places.

I have been coming to MV since I was a kid and this place is just awesome- might be my favorite stay on the island! From the location to the amount of space the rental has to offer it’s just top notch. This is our second time staying at Todd’s house and we can’t wait to come back for a 3rd visit! House is tidy, no clutter and has all the essentials one would need. About a 10 min drive to south beach where we spent most of our vacation. The restaurant/bar and shopping scene is true perfection. Thanks for hosting us for year 2, Todd!

Everything was exactly as described. We greatly appreciated being able to bring our pets. Having laundry right there in the house was wonderful. Easy to get to groceries and restaurants, easy to get around, parking a breeze! A wonderful place to stay in Edgartown.

Although the weather wasn't great, our trip to the Vineyard was fantastic. Beth's home was just what my friends and I needed for a weekend away. We got cozy and cooked a great "Friendsgiving" meal. The host couldn't have been more kind. My group originally scheduled our visit in September, but due to a personal conflict, we had to cancel. Beth was able to help us reschedule instead. I'm so grateful we did. We are already considering scheduling to stay again at Beth's in the summer. I highly recommend staying at this great home.

Rachel’s house was great, and had everything anyone would need… Beds were comfortable, water pressure in showers was perfect. Most importantly, Rachel was so lovely to deal with… She was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

If you're looking for a house that has every modern touch and amenity, this probably isn't the place for you. If you're looking for a place where you can completely relax and take in the sounds of nature and views of the water, and have ample space to curl up with a book or stretch out, then this will work. The Gross' family house harkens back to a simpler time on the vineyard, feels rich with history, and has a multitude of spaces to enjoy as a group or by yourself. Very convenient to get to the uncrowded Philbin and Lobsterville beaches. Short drive to the sunset and lobster roll crowds at Menemsha. Kitchen was well equipped for for our party of 8. We cooked most nights and ate both inside and outside. We set up badminton outside and enjoyed the cool lap pool.

We only stayed one night, we wished we could have stayed longer. Jerry’s house is very beautiful. All rooms were clean, the sheets and towels were fresh-smelling, We were a large group of 11 and the house was large enough to have sections where people can hang out separately but still had a cozy feel. We hope we can come back!

Alan was a fantastic host. The house felt much bigger than the pictures and smelled clean when we arrived. The pool was also great for our kids. We slept comfortably and it was a great quiet neighborhood to go for walks. Also, very close to south beach and easy to get into Edgartown. Would highly recommend!

What a relaxing and wonderful stay! Barbara’s place was welcoming and even better than the pictures. The house has everything you need and the addition of the community pool was the cherry on top. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We look forward to returning to Barbara‘s place the next time my family and I visit MV.

The place is amazing, right on the ocean. Beautiful views from all around. Ron the host is super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

This was exactly what we were looking for--it was equal distant from vineyard haven and oaks bluff, right along the bus route. We ended up renting bikes and biking to and from different towns, which was amazing. Theda was extremely responsive and even let us check in and out when we needed. We'll definitely stay here again when we're in town!

This is a great place. The neighborhood is quiet, almost rural, yet literally 5 minutes from Edgartown center. Our kids were able to safely ride their bikes around the block, and our dog loved the fenced backyard, where she could hang out on her own in sun or shade. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen well-appointed and very easy to use, especially given the helpful labels and photos on and inside the cabinets and drawers. We had a quiet and happy stay, and will be coming back again for sure. Thank you.

Exactly as described and pictured! 5 stars all the way around. The home is on a busier street so you do hear some traffic but it did not detract from our stay. Just noting in case you are looking for complete peace. Great communication and proactive information from the host. Highly recommend!

Loved staying at the Shell House at Menemsha Inn. Spacious house, loved the tennis courts and fire pit and the breakfast at the Beach Plum was lovely. Comfortable and well-equipped. Would love to stay again.

For this being my first Air B&B, I couldn’t be more pleased. Perfect location. Jon was a phone call away with any questions or concerns and I felt like it was a home away from home. Definitely recommend for a great stay at the Vineyard!

beautiful home. beautiful, peaceful area. definitely need a car as the house is in a rural area. The dishes in the cabinet were dirty and there were dishes left in the dishwasher when we arrived... Not a huge issue we would have washed anything before using anyway. all in an all a beautiful space.
