Jarrett was an AWESOME host. Friendly, responsive, accommodating. He sent a list of things to do and places to go that was very helpful to us first-time visitors of MV. The house was IMMACULATE! Lots of open space, beautiful art, great outdoor space, tons of storage and every necessity was provided. We couldn't have asked for a better space...it was worth every penny we spent. If I could make one recommendation, it would be full length mirrors for the lower level bedrooms. THAT'S IT! I would definitely rent from Jarrett again. 🤩

What a relaxing and wonderful stay! Barbara’s place was welcoming and even better than the pictures. The house has everything you need and the addition of the community pool was the cherry on top. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We look forward to returning to Barbara‘s place the next time my family and I visit MV.

I loved my stay at Jenny's and Ania's place! The room was clean, cozy, warm (with a fireplace that works), and had everything that we needed (including a haridryer, hangers, and full kitchenware). The property is also steps away from the beach and we managed to catch the sunrise and sunset—it was a beautiful and humbling view and experience! Sue and Christine were especially helpful during the day of our checkout; thank you for the warm hospitality! It was a safe, comfortable, and peaceful stay. I will definitely wish to return when I visit Falmouth in the future! :))

We cannot say enough about this special place. Everything was perfect. It was everything we could have asked and more. This cottage has absolutely everything you would ever need. The location is wonderful. Linda has thought of everything to make you feel comfortable. She is very responsive and caring. We will definitely be back next year, already looking forward!

We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay so much! The neighborhood is adorable for walking and our little one loved the playground right down the road. The house is so quiet yet so close to downtown and beaches. Will definitely be back!

This was the perfect spot for a long weekend on the Cape! The condo was bright, clean and looked exactly like what the pictures showed. The view of the water/proximity to the beach was amazing, and the location was convenient for everything we wanted to see and do around town. Would definitely recommend!

This is a cozy family home with ample space to hang out and relax as a family — including a kitchen/dining nook, living room, outdoor dining table, poolside lounge area, and a ping pong table in the garage. The 3 bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. There are two indoor bathrooms and an outdoor shower. This secluded family retreat is located on a large, country landscaped property in a quiet West Tisbury neighborhood, with beautiful pastoral surroundings, nearby farms, and a glassblowing studio. A vehicle is recommended to get around the island, but we found the location of this property to be centrally located with respect to many of the attractions.

If you're looking for a house that has every modern touch and amenity, this probably isn't the place for you. If you're looking for a place where you can completely relax and take in the sounds of nature and views of the water, and have ample space to curl up with a book or stretch out, then this will work. The Gross' family house harkens back to a simpler time on the vineyard, feels rich with history, and has a multitude of spaces to enjoy as a group or by yourself. Very convenient to get to the uncrowded Philbin and Lobsterville beaches. Short drive to the sunset and lobster roll crowds at Menemsha. Kitchen was well equipped for for our party of 8. We cooked most nights and ate both inside and outside. We set up badminton outside and enjoyed the cool lap pool.
