We always stay at Marina Spatial when in Duma since the location is also very convenient and just right beside the new Filinvest Mall (where you can have a morning coffee at UCC), walkable to Buglas Isla and Bay Shores (that houses CBTL). The unit is clean and they also provide free drinking water and has a washing machine in the unit. The unit however doesn’t have a parking space within compound so you may have to find parking rentals separately if you do not prefer street parking. Overall, it was a great stay. Til next time.

For the second time staying here, I keep coming back to this place. It's comfortable, clean, and has a really great ambiance. You truly feel at home, and the host, along with his sister, is very welcoming. The unit is fully equipped with everything you need, making it a perfect place to relax. The view is beautiful, and it’s conveniently close to the exit area. For me, I don’t need to look for any other place—I really love it here!

Douglas' space is perfect! It has everything you need. The internet is great and reliable and that's very important for me as I work remotely. I got the sleep I needed even during the day as it was peaceful. Very much recommended for budget stays with the best location.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Casa Valencia. The house is beautiful, clean and fully equipped with everything you need. It has a chill and relaxing vibe and we felt really comfortable staying there. We loved that all the rooms have their own bathroom. The host is responsive and accommodating and the caretaker is nice and friendly. It’s a few minutes away from Forrest Camp, Mango Ranch and Tierra Alta.

Had a good experience here with my friends. We were able to enjoy the amenities, like the kitchen, the grill, the swimming pool! The place is silent at night, so you can just fully relax and unwind. It also gets a bit cozy, so really perfect for those who love coffee (and they have an espresso machine). Adriaan, the host, is very very approachable, and communicates well with the guests. He is very understanding too, if you are looking for something specific, he will do his best to give it to you and make your stay even more comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Mike's Place at Marina Spatial

Mike’s place is close to restaurants and easy to catch the trikes. I enjoyed my stay here and surely will be back. The condo has everything I needed. Mike is an awesome guy and always ready to help. He wants to interact and he is very friendly.

Kuan, hihihi. Me and my babycakes stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The environment was very peaceful and comforting. The owner was very friendly and approachable as well as the workers there. Itss truly a hidden gem of dumaguete and affordable too. Would definitely recommend this to others!

Comfortable Studio Guest House

The host was absolutely lovely 🥰 I’ve felt very welcome. I’ve stayed for a month. Place was clean and cosy. Fast internet with no issues. Very peaceful location, a bit out of centre but tricycles were easy enough to catch. I definitely recommend this place if you don’t want to stay in crowded, busy hotels.

This is my second time staying at Darlene's apartment and everything was great again. Great location close to everything by trike that you can catch right in front of the property. Will definitely stay again when we go back to Dumaguete.

This is a good location if you are mobile. May has a good motorbike for hire so I chose that option. It's quiet and perhaps a little cooler up in Valencia. I loved driving around Dumaguete so I enjoyed the fact that it was a 10 to 15 minute drive downtown. The laundry service was impeccable. For me it was a very good experience.

10/10. The place is very big and modern. (the house, parking area, rooms, living areas, etc) The host greeted us in person on our first day and was very responsive and kind, which made our stay very comfortable. The place is near the town, I remember driving late at night and it only took around 3-5 minutes to 7eleven. We will come back soon. 🙌

Cozy home with 24hr security

Loved our time staying at the Airbnb. Host was very responsive. We asked for a mop so we could clean up after ourselves and they had it sent asap. They had Toiletries available, which we were thankful for since we forgot to bring some. The place was very clean , aesthetic and definitely felt like home. Kitchenware were available as well and a fridge which was very convenient. Linens and towels were clean 🤍. Love the service. I 100% recommend this place. Definitely will be coming back whenever I visit dumaguete again. Thank you so much.
