We kept extending our stay here because of how comfortable we felt in this house. Ate Mhy , the caretaker, is very friendly and kind. I love everything about this stay. My doctor does a home visit and does everything conveniently for me. Glad this house isn’t hard to locate. Really a great AirBnB find!

We had an incredible stay at the townhouse. We were provided with all the necessities we needed, and the host was responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the dipping pool, which was a great way to cool off while relaxing with friends. Their internet was really strong, which was a big plus for us as we needed to work. The place was very clean, the instructions were clear, and one of the perks of staying there was the opportunity to feed stray animals with our leftovers, as we don't like wasting food. Overall, everything was great from check-in to check-out.

Very nice, the staff/caretakers/maids, whatever you call them were top notch. They were friendly, helpful and just pleasant to be around. There were a number of places to eat within a few moments walking, there were sari sari stores next door. There was a lot of traffic on the road until about 10 pm, very easy to catch tricycle to go down to Blvde. I don't know about all the time but the other guests at the facility were very pleasant while I was there.

Très jolie maison avec piscine très propre. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le jardin, très bien entretenu et plein de jolies fleurs. 5 chambres + 1 chambre extérieure climatisées. La plage à proximité n'est pas idyllique, mais la localisation est très bien : pas très loin de la "highway" sans en subir les nuisances sonores, un petit restaurant local et un restaurant de sushi à proximité sur la "highway". très facile de prendre un tricycle pour aller en ville (Dumaguete ou Valencia). Tata et Emma ont été charmants et réactifs . Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

Conversation with my daughter when I told her we were leaving this Airbnb in Dauin: Her: But I don't want to leave - this is the best place ever! Me: Oh really? Why do you like it so much? Her: Because of the dogs and the pool So yes, our kids (aged 6 and 8) absolutely loved this place. It has a very cool and unique design. Great access to the beach and pool. And very convenient access to the Liquid Dive resort next door (we liked going there for breakfast).

Cherry is a perfect host. We've stayed at many Airbnb's and Cherry stands out as one of the best. We felt right at home. We were able to cook simple meals, she responded immediately when we had a couple of requests and she makes you feel like you are part of a little community in her complex. We were able to park our rental car. The place is fully secured with a steel gate. You just felt very safe and comfortable at Yoo C Apartments! Very cool place to stay.

This is a nice studio apartment, very private and secure. I recommend having your own transportation or you will need a ride when you want to go somewhere. The internet was good and host was easy to communicate with.

This is my second time booking Elle’s Place, and I will always come back—it truly feels like my base whenever I’m in the area. The place is budget-friendly, quiet, and aesthetically pleasing, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. One of the best things about this place is its proximity to the airport, making it very convenient when waiting for my flight. Plus, with a new road being built that leads straight from the highway to the subdivision, getting here is now even easier! Since it’s located in a subdivision, I highly recommend planning your trip in advance—booking a tour or renting a vehicle will give you the best experience. Dumaguete, Sibulan, Valencia, and Dauin are so interconnected that you can easily explore them all. The home itself is spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The hosts are very responsive and always ready to assist with any queries. Highly recommend Elle’s Place for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Astra Bella Unit 2 is a great place to stay especially if you are travelling as a group. One concern is that their bathrooms are quite small. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay. The place feels like your home away from home.
