Thanks to Jared and Madelyn, we have had a wonderful stay at such a short time. The place is warm and nice and the neighborhood is also peaceful. We felt at home at an instant and it does not feel like we are at a different place. Overall, the place is great, will definitely book the place again once we are back to Sibulan again. Thank you very much for the nice accommodation.

What a fantastic few days we got to spend in Valencia. Elah Mae was brilliant, made us feel right at home and the brewery next door serving fantastic Mexican food was an added bonus. Beautiful view on the lookout and couldn’t have asked for more!

Had a good experience here with my friends. We were able to enjoy the amenities, like the kitchen, the grill, the swimming pool! The place is silent at night, so you can just fully relax and unwind. It also gets a bit cozy, so really perfect for those who love coffee (and they have an espresso machine). Adriaan, the host, is very very approachable, and communicates well with the guests. He is very understanding too, if you are looking for something specific, he will do his best to give it to you and make your stay even more comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Ken is the best host I have ever had with an Airbnb experience. I would recommend a longer stay here for sure. Ken and Catherine are so nice and genuine. they will show you around the area and tell you what you need to know. I am so please to have booked this unit as it has developed friendships with the owners. Highly recommend this place to anyone. Do not hesitate, book this unit.

The place was very clean and comfortable . Joy was very helpful and quick to respond. Free pick up and ride to the airport are much appreciated. Location is quite far from the places we needed to get to.

Beautiful and private cabins, I was really hesitant to stay here and I am glad I chose to stay at Savi’s place. Big cabins that reminded me to Mexico, fully equipped kitchen (with microwave!), complementary drinking water was provided, tv with a fair amount of channels and games/books were were also provided. At first I thought it was a shared cabin but the cabin (all what you see in the pictures) is for you, I think is good enough for up to 4 pax It’s in between cities so I recommend renting a motorbike, but public transportation is easy to get, just give out look for a bus and go up to Valencia or down to Dimaguete. The nearest convenience store was 15 min walking, although there’s some family-run stores near by Savi was helpful and communicative, it took a time to get responses (6 hours or so) but she did respond my inquires.
