Stayed in Dimple’s place overnight and i couldnt be more happy and secured. The place was cozy and welcoming and she has everything i need. More importantly, Dimple was so helpful and approachable that even in my last minute request, she was able to provide.

We only stayed for a night, but it was a really nice place so I could have stayed for longer. Convenient location, comfortable furniture, and spotless.

Mike’s place is close to restaurants and easy to catch the trikes. I enjoyed my stay here and surely will be back. The condo has everything I needed. Mike is an awesome guy and always ready to help. He wants to interact and he is very friendly.

This was my second time staying here. Clean and matches the pictures and description. Will consider staying again next time I am in town.

What a pleasure it was to stay in Majorie's stylish beautifully furnished unit and to be supported during my girlfriend and my long stay here by she and Janey. They are the best!!! Her unit is beautiful, has everything that a short or long stay needs in amenities. Having great security, a swimming pool, gym and pool table was extra added bonuses. Even a place to dry or clothes after each wash. My girlfriend and I lived here and had a great stay. Located in Dumaguete's up and coming Piapi neighborhood, it was both far enough and close enough to the ferries to other island, the airport and the downtown Dumaguete area. There are some cell service connection issues in this unit (...had to leave our windows open often) but her wi-fi still helped us stay connected. We would stay again and highly recommend you renting from her.

If you’re going to Dumaguete, book Miguel’s place. It is SO ACCESSIBLE! There’s restos and convenience store just across the condo. The place itself was clean, had hot water to shower with, everything you could possibly think of during a vaca! Not to mention Ms Angie, Miguel’s mom, was so helpful. She kindly picked me and my friends up from the port and brought us up to the unit. I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Would definitely stay here if I were to visit Dumaguete again.

I had an amazing stay at this two-bedroom condo! The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy, and the living space was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was fantastic—close to great restaurants, shops, and attractions. Check-in was seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Overall, a perfect place for a getaway. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would love to stay again!

Place is very nice for the money. Pool is great The area is fantastic. Many good restaurants and even a small new mall next door. I enjoyed daily walks and swimming. Really an excellent base to explore from. You will make friends here very easily.

Plus, the place was very affordable without compromising on quality and comfort. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, and we truly enjoyed our time here. The place was exceptionally-maintained and immaculate. Everything inside looked brand new and elegantly designed, which really radiated modern style. I had a fantastic stay at Hanz's apartment! The space is lovely, featuring a big TV and very efficient air conditioning that kept the rooms nice and cool. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need, and having a washing machine is a great bonus. Check-in was seamless, and I noticed significant improvements in security compared to my previous stays—there were no delays this time at all. Compared to other similar units I've rented, this place is a real bargain. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

We had an amazing stay at Nica and Amir's underground space! The underground layout adds a unique charm to the AirBnb. The dedicated workspace was a huge bonus and made working from home comfortable and productive. The Wi-Fi was reliable, which is always a must for remote work. Plus, the entertainment options were great – the Smart TV had everything we needed to relax after a long day, with all the streaming services at our fingertips. I loved the peaceful atmosphere, and the location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Nica and Amir were responsive and always available for any questions, which made the whole experience even better.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They even brought us over a mini karaoke set when we mentioned hearing karaoke next door. The pool was refreshing, and it’s a super short drive into town. Highly recommend especially if you’re renting a car.
